Dr. Roger Leir
A good friend, Dr. Roger Leir, Podiatrist and Researcher of Alien Implants, passed away in a hospital while preparing for foot surgery on March 16, 2014.. He was a hero of mine for attempting to show proof of alien implants. He had surgery complications from a July 2010 roll over car accident after leaving the MUFON Symposium. He injured his foot and stomach and was hospitalized for some time before returning to his various projects. He died in the hospital prior to his 2014 surgery.
I asked my Doctor friend how to stay alive to old age. He told me, “The most important thing is to stay out of the hospital!”
Dr. Roger Leir is a world expert in the field of alien implants. He recently spoke at Washington DC Citizen Hearings for Disclosure, organized by Stephen Bassett. Dr. Leir’s experience spans decades and includes scientific evidence that people are being implanted with alien devices.
Dr. Roger K. Leir, author of the Aliens and the Scalpel-First and Second Edition, “UFO Crash in Brazil,” “Casebook Alien Implants,” “Chopped Liver” and three other books published outside the United States. Dr. Leir held academic degrees of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Bachelor of Science, and associate in arts. Dr. Leir a longtime Podiatric Surgeon, had been in private practice in Ventura County, California, for the past 43 years.
The late Dr. Leir was one of the world’s most important leaders in physical evidence research involving the field of UFOlogy. He and his surgical team had performed fifteen surgeries on alleged alien abductees. This resulted in the removal of sixteen separate and distinct objects suspected of being alien implants. These objects have been scientifically investigated by some of the most prestigious laboratories in the world including Los Alamos National Labs, New Mexico Tech, Seal Laboratories, Southwest Labs, the University of Toronto, York University, and the University of California at San Diego.
Their findings have been baffling and some comparisons have been made to Meteorite Samples. In addition, some of the tests show metallurgical anomalies such as highly Magnetic Iron that is without crystalline form, combinations of crystalline materials mixed common metals, growth of biological tissue into or out of metallic substances, as well as isotopic ratios not of this world.
Dr. Leir has also been involved in investigations into other areas of UFOlogy involving physical evidence.
He has traveled to Brazil and performed exhaustive research into the Varginha, Brazil case. In 2003 Dr. Leir worked with one of the world’s leading geneticists and the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) on a DNA study pertaining to evidence collected in a famous California Alien Abduction Case. Dr. Leir had anticipated performing more surgeries in the future and was investigating the physiological and biological aspects of the Alien abduction phenomenon. He had recently formed “A &S Research Inc.”

Dr. Roger Leir, who claimed to have removed extraterrestrial implants from over a dozen patients. The doctor also used radio frequency scanning to detect these strange devices.
Jesse Beltran told listeners how he believes dentists may be among those unknowingly installing these implants, which are supplied by dubious medical companies. “I’m not saying that dentists are out there doing this on purpose,” he admitted. “Our suspicion is that most people in the medical industry who are giving injections probably aren’t aware that they’re doing this.” Not all of these implants are in teeth, he explained, sharing a story about one found in a man’s shoulder.
The purpose of these devices may be a form of mind control. He mentioned the work of a Russian physicist who developed a technology in which audio transmissions can alter human consciousness, causing people to believe they were talking to God. Whether or not this technology has alien origins is the question.

The Witness states, “Lit Up Moon colored Noah’s Ark hovering approx. 20 feet over the front of my car travelling in the same direction. Could see each individual plank of the ship and full details, as it swayed side to side at the same speed in the same direction for approx. 2 mins making no noise.
It then disappeared. I was shocked at what I had seen at 2.30am in the morning after I had just locked the works up where I was night turn manager and had set off home. I know what I saw with my own eyes and every detail of the ship/craft and my first reaction was a Laser beam show in Manchester? At 2.30am I don’t think so.”
“The following day -front page in the national newspaper was a report of a UFO hitting a Wind-Turbine in Lincoln at approx. 4am that same morning? Lincoln as the crow flies is approx. 1 and half hours away!!
Underwater Base Off Puffin Island, Wales

Numerous sightings of strange lights leaving and entering the sea around Puffin Island, Wales, has led some ufologists to believe that the area may be home to an underwater alien base. A spate of sightings in early 1974 were particularly interesting to investigators. All spoke of not just lights, but solid objects that were seen leaving the sea near the island investigator Phil Hoyle stated that he has heard and read various unconnected reports concerning Puffin Island and that all of them tell the same story and describe the same type of phenomenon. He also stated that alleged alien abductees close to the area have reported that their abductors were humanoid and told them they came from a base under the sea near the island.

One of Ivan Sanderson’s sources stated that no less than 13 British craft recorded in their logs that their sonar’s had tracked this object at high speed underwater. Allegedly, the unknown target continued to be tracked for four days as it maneuvered down to depths of 27,000 feet! Nothing of known earthly origin can travel underwater at such speeds or maneuver at such depths. UFO/USO SurfacingThe solid object that appears to be made up of two sections looks white in color and also may only be reflecting IR light as no shadows or other colors can be observed. No eye contact with the object was made as I knew it must have been so high in altitude and didn’t want to risk losing it from sight. Mile Long Cursus UFO Landing Marker were built throughout England in ancient times. There are archeological structures carved in the soil that have a similar cylinder shape to UFOs and size and are known as cursus. They are called cursus because they thought they were racetracks.

It is my theory that the Cursus was built over rough terrain to mark the position of the huge alien Motherships like the one I chased while in the US Air Force. The Cursus may outline the craft’s landing field. The cylinder shape and size match the monuments on the ground as well as the long burrows. Thousands of man hours of work were needed to build the outline to imitate the Motherships size and shape who often launch disc shaped craft. UFO sightings over the UK feature missing both civil and military planes and pilots.’ These date back to the 1917, but the 2007 sighting by pilot Ray Bowyer and his passengers over the English Channel gains prominent coverage and remains unexplained.

Picot Ray Bowyer spotted a giant UFO
Pilot Ray Bowyer spotted a giant UFO while flying his Trislander to Alderney Island, in the English Channel on this day on April 23, 2007. His sighting was backed up by official technical records and by direct sightings from passengers on the aircraft. The enormous unexplained object was estimated to be a mile long, and hovering at an elevation of around 2000 ft.
The sighting is particularly interesting as it came a little over two months after 20 to 25 unexplained lights were spotted flying information over Alderney’s north coast at 6.15 am on 14 February 2007.pilot Ray Bowyer spotted a giant UFO.
Trislander Aircraft in the afternoon of 23 April 2007
Ray Bowyer, a pilot flying south towards the island of Alderney in the English Channel sighted unidentified flying objects. He reported the sighting to an air traffic controller who told him that a second pilot had seen something similar. In Bowyer’s report to the British Civil Aviation Authority he said he saw two bright, stationary objects. Two passengers on Bowyer’s aircraft said that they saw unusual colored lights at the same time. Proposed explanations for the sighting have included earthquake lights and sun dogs.
On 23 April 2007, Ray Bowyer, a fifty-year-old pilot with eighteen years flying experience reported seeing “a cigar-shaped brilliant white light” in the sky. He decided it was a stationary object, approximately the size of a Boeing 737, at an altitude of around 2,000 feet (610 m) and at a distance of 10 miles (16 km). He later concluded that its distance was closer to 40 miles (64 km) and its size was “as much as a mile wide”.[2] In 2021, Bowyer said it was “the size of five or six battleships“, and that it had been “a very sharply defined, solid, bright yellow-gold
In 2013, the British academic and folklorist David Clarke published a partial transcript of the recorded conversation between Bowyer and an air traffic controller on the island of Jersey. In the transcript, the air traffic controller said that he did not pick up any radar contacts initially ahead of Bowyer’s aircraft, only seeing “a very faint primary contact,” which he considered to be meteorological in origin. Bowyer said that he approached the light and looked at it through his binoculars. He later said that he had been “able to look at this fantastic light without discomfort”.[6] He also said he saw a second object moving in formation with the first set of lights, later stating it was “exactly the same … [but] further away”, being closer to the island of Guernsey. He said the UFO was “clearly visual” for approximately nine minutes.[6][2]
After landing in Alderney, Bowyer made an official report to the Civil Aviation Authority, labeling the incident as a “near-miss“.[2] Bowyer then flew the return leg of his flight to Southampton, but did not see the objects again. By 25 April 2007, the British Ministry of Defense (MoD) had stated that it would not investigate the reported sighting. Two weeks after that, the MoD released information connected with the report, including a statement from a second pilot. The report of the sighting published by the MoD reads in its entirety:

The first object was bright orange/yellow. There was a gap in light or darker areas. Second object was identical.[Later, in Pilot magazine, Bowyer added a sketch of what he had seen to this report, in which he described the objects as approximately the size of a “reasonably large town.”] Bowyer reported to the BBC that he was “pretty shook-up” by what he saw, describing the incident as “pretty scary” The Times regarded Bowyer’s report as “one of the most impressive and perplexing testimonies to have found its way into MoD archives”.[3] In 2008, the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph reported on the incident in connection with what it called a “huge rise” in reported UFO sightings in the United Kingdom. Other witness accounts According to Bowyer, several passengers on his aircraft had noticed the light, one of whom described it as “sunlight-colored”.[6] Two passengers reported seeing the light to the Evening Standard, one of them describing it as “an orange light … like an elongated oval”.[2] Patrick Patterson, a pilot from the Channel Islands’ airline Blue Islands reported that he saw a similarly described object in the same approximate position.[9] It was later reported that this pilot saw “an object behind him to his left” at 1950 feet. General Twining UFOs Are Real
Lt. General Nathan Twining
On 8 July 1947, General Eisenhower ordered Lt. General Nathan Twining the commander of the Air Materiel Command (AMC),at Wright Field, to go to White Sands Airfield to make an appraisal of the reported unidentified objects being kept there. With a team of experts, technicians, and scientists Twining was directed to not only appraise the unidentified flying object, but also to deal with the military, political, and psychological situation surrounding its existence.
General Twining flight logs of 1947 have been recently released, so his location between July 7 and July 9th, 1947, has been confirmed. This trip to New Mexico was Twining’s only trip during the summer of 1947 to inspect a crashed UFO.
IPU Summary Page 4 states the following: – 7th July 1947 – Twinning went to Alamogordo AAF for a secret meeting with Army Air Force Chief Of Staff General Spaatz and to view recovered remains of craft from crash landing site 20 miles northwest of Socorro.
8th July 1947 – Twinning went to Kirtland AAF to inspect parts recovered from power plant. 9th July 1947 – Twining went to White Sands Proving Ground to inspect craft being stored there. 10th July 1947 – Twining made inspection of R&D facilities at Alamogordo and then returned to Wright Field.
General Nathan Twining was the commander of the Air Materiel Command that deeply emerged into research: aircraft design, guided missiles, propulsion, electronics, meteorology and climatology, aviation medicine, armament, winterization, and atomic energy. Scientists and engineers of AMC investigated the effects of high speed, high altitude flight upon the human body and aircraft.
Air Materiel Command was the place where much of the new technology for the Air Force would be developed such as the entire guided missile program, and it became the responsibility of the United States Air Force in 1947. This Secret document was downgraded under the Freedom of Information Act.\

Bill McDonald obtained detailed information about the Roswell alien craft from Army counterintelligence personnel he called Rick and Frank who carefully described, sketched, and overdrew on my sketches until the lateral profile of the craft was exactingly close to the profile of a harbor porpoise a species of cetacean known as Dall’s Porpoise. The stingray-skate-like diamond triangular wing form profiles were subtly different–But close enough to satisfy a detective’s standards regarding multiple witness composites.
The Two UFOs are Similar to Stingrays
The hexagonal power cell belly tiles were identically described by both men, to include being subducted under a thin rim layer of approximately eighteen inches. There were big hexagons near the nose, shrinking in size towards the tail and for the cockpit canopy/forward sensor array shield–Only subtle variances in shape and placing. Frank thought it was a cockpit canopy. Rick stated it was a cover for a multi-tiered instrument array. The craft carried seven aliens. Witness “Dutch” Bischoff in Anaheim (Who claimed to be a CIC auxiliary pilot) stated it was a “Half nose cone.”– May 1993—Long before my interviews with Rick and Frank.
My friend Len (Stringfield) stated very surprising things over the phone in December ’94. Len was EXTREMELY specific about the skin of the flight crew: He stated that macroscopically, the skin resembled the tiny, granulated smooth beaded scales of the tiny albino Geckos inhabiting the islands of the South Pacific.
He stated that his physicians reported that the skin was NOT the semipermeable layers that hold in moisture and fluids and hold out dangerous rot bacilli. He stated that it was like synthetic screen mesh under a microscope.
He stated that the alien flight crew members would have leaked like sieves if they were walking around outside the landed craft and not encased in some artificial cellophane-like substance.
Grey Alien
Infection would have occurred in seconds to the Aliens. They apparently worked together navigating and operating the craft. Rick interviews stated that when he crawled through the wreckage he noticed something very odd about the texturing of the floor of the flight deck of the interior crew cabin. He stated that it was the oddest form of “Antiskid” imaginable. He stated that examining experts had compared the deck flooring to rings and swirls like “Fingerprint” and “Coral growth” patterns. Rick stated that in later years, he had occasion to examine a kidney dialysis bag and that when cut open, the microtubule packing was similar to the crystalline layers of microtubes in the floor layers. He also described vented louvers in the flooring edges on either side of the crew compartment which when he drew them reminded me of the gill slits of sharks and rays.
I put the skin and the flooring descriptions together and came up with the fluid life support system and flight ballast inertial dampening buffer. Oxygenated fluorocarbons approximate the weight of water but evaporate fast after a hull breech. Sterile fluids would not only sustain life but would also cushion the flight crew from high “G” aerial maneuvers and death from rapid onset of infections and rapid catastrophic dehydration.
All witnesses told me that the craft was unusually light for its size. Without some form of heavy ballast, it would have fluttered like a kite without a tail in atmospheric flight mode. Trim was critical for a craft of its size and weight. Every seat needed to be filled. Only a fluid fulfills all ballast and all delicate trim requirements for atmospheric flight–Magneto-aero electric propulsion in the air. Certain species of frogs breathe and receive nutrients directly through their skin tissue membranes. They die fast out of the water. Their lungs are partially atrophied from lack of use. UFO Crash on Plains of St Augustin
Art Campbell has done an incredible job of researching the July 2, 1947, crash of a small, extraterrestrial craft in the Plains of St Augustin, New Mexico not far from the Roswell crash. There is speculation that the two UFOs collided or both were affected by radars.
Art Campbell writes, “In May of 2012 a group of 15 people found a great deal of important material near the San Augustin, NM crash site that is thought to have happened at the same time as the Roswell crash. By far the most important finding was this I-beam. It is 2 inches across at the flanges and 13 1/4 inches long. Rather crude flanged holes at each end indicate it may have been a repair. Bottom skin, honeycomb, and I-beam might have been scraped off a craft on the first skip down. On the left is the I-beam is another piece of 38’oneycomb. This one had some skin attached, believed to be just inside the interior. Some excitement occurred when a faint triangle, circle and other markings were found near the right end of beam. The beam is probably the most significant find at the crash site and wants to make sure everybody knows about it. The beam looks more like an H-beam used to distribute horizontal loads. Crude flanged holes are a mystery. It is possible it will be used more than once in a repair of some sort. Thanks to Art Campbell.

Art Campbell and his research team found a beam with a metallurgical composition primarily aluminum with high silicon, manganese, copper, and iron. The UFO had the general shape of a Sting Ray and many of the parts seemed to be similar to underwater plants and coral.
The recovery team found several pieces of beams that were likely part of a grid of beams that covered the entire bottom of the UFO (probably crisscrossing the bottom of the craft in 10-12″‘ squares) supporting the honeycomb sandwich.
The craft when it skipped down lost a lot of its bottom and this beam was probably ripped out. Also, light weight honeycomb material was found at the San Augustin crash site and also at one in Japan.

Honeycombs nearly identical were found 6000 miles apart and 41 years later, Honeycomb on left are from San Augustin, Magdalena Plains, New Mexico crash debris. The Shikoku Island, Japan debris were found in 1971, on the right by Mr. Shioto who saw the UFO explode and found the debris.
All of the samples were evaluated with a volt-ohmmeter and were found to conduct electricity. Fifty-six (56) elements were detected in at least one sample. The aluminum contained alloys that were not available in aluminum in 1947. The coatings on all metals were blended with metal and rich in silica, titania, magnesia, sulfate, phosphate, and chloride, were almost certainly not available in 1947. The coatings are similar to those removed from people claiming alien contact. The samples still emit magnetic and electrical energy indicating these samples include nanotechnological smart metals of probable alien origin. Analysis of some of the metal indicated it was not from Earth.
Honeycomb Piece of Crashed UFO
Art Campbell found many items which are as follows: The major component of the metallic portions of all of the samples proved to be aluminum (Al). All of the samples appeared to be composed of aluminum alloys, with varying amounts of alloying elements. Other elements detected included beryllium (Be), carbon (C), oxygen (O), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), chlorine (Cl), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), titanium (Ti), iron (Fe), and palladium (Pd). The coating layers of the coated samples were much different in composition from the metallic portions of the samples.
