The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The US Air Force investigated UFOs publicly for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

“General Wilfred de Brouwer, Deputy Chief, Royal Belgian Air Force served as the Chief of Operations for the Royal Belgian Air Force during the famous Belgian UFO Wave, which lasted from November 1989 to April 1990. During this period, thousands of citizens, police officers, and military personnel reported seeing massive, silent, triangular-shaped crafts with bright lights hovering and accelerating at impossible speeds. As the official military spokesperson for the incidents, De Brouwer took a remarkably transparent, scientific, and serious approach to investigating the unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).
The De Brouwer became a prominent global voice on the reality of UAPs, contributing his account to investigative journalist Leslie Kean’s book UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials Go on the Record.
He has consistently maintained that the Air Force arrived at a firm conclusion: a series of completely anomalous, unauthorized aerial activities took place in Belgian airspace that cannot be explained by mass hysteria, conventional aircraft, or technological malfunctions. He openly stated that the technology witnessed during the 1989–1990 wave remains entirely beyond the capabilities of modern human aviation.

Until now, not a single trace of aggressiveness has been signaled as F-16 aircraft attempted to intercept the UFOs.

Mars Hit by Ancient Meteorite
Millions of years \. Either before or after the impact the Martians likely built Underground cities or chose to escape Mars and likely came to Earth. About 7,000 years ago people with blue eyes emerged throughout Earth where only brown eyes existed. It is unlikely that people who had brown eyes suddenly developed blue eyes and suggested a new species arrived rather from Mars or another planet. These blue eyed people or actually aliens were generally larger than humans Brown eyes are two and a half more suscept to cataracts than blue eyes. Graves of this new species is found all over the Earth in places like China, England Sweden, Malta and Chile.
And if the theories are right, it blasted out the biggest crater that any planet has ever survived. It was a convulsion far bigger than the puny one that drove the dinosaurs to extinction on Earth only 65 million years ago. One region of the surface is the huge oval-shaped scar of the impact itself, covering more than a third of the Martian surface and including all the vast low-lying lands of the planet’s far north. The other is the even larger highland region to the south, marked by deep canyons, high mountains and the remains of giant volcanoes.
The huge, dark elliptical scar with its thinner Martian crust in the north is more than 6,500 miles long and 5,300 miles wide, and few craters have punctured its smooth plains. Astronomers call it the Borealis Basin.
The other, covering virtually the entire southern hemisphere, averages up to 5 miles higher in elevation and is heavily cratered – an indication that its surface, untouched by the impact, is older than the northern lowlands, scientists believe.
Astronomers from UC Santa Cruz, Caltech and MIT are proposing in three separate reports in the journal Nature Today that a giant meteorite or comet more than 1,200 miles in diameter – sped toward Mars at up to 21,600 miles an hour, crashed at a steep slant into the planet about 3.9 billion years ago, and blasted out the huge elliptical scar that now forms all of the planet’s northern lowlands, : “The impact would have to be big enough to blast the crust off half the planet, but not so big that it melts everything.” Thanks to NASA

Mars Hale Crater Has Possible Mining

Norman Bryden writes, “This is an interesting image of a crater taken by the Mars Global Surveyor. The crater has what looks like a modified wall to the upper right. You can see the cut-out portion and it looks as if it is a dam-like structure, with possibly water tumbling over the edge. Then inside the center, but at the top area of the crater view there is more evidence of mining and terracing, and ridge lines indicate that it is possible there is road. Actually, best view I got was by going to higher contrast and then making a negative color image. It is noticeably clear the floor of the crater has roads, buildings, plots of land in an impressive area. My high contrast version shows this most clearly at the lower right hand corner of Hale crater.
I know some of the work you did shows multistory buildings with entrances, driveways, and balconies, so overall, Hale Crater is an amazing and busy place. Overall, this seems to be a major developed area of considerable size with, I would guess, a matching population. How anyone can look for “life” on Mars the size of microbes when this picture, when you get rid of the NASA blurring, lo oks more like flying over Colorado.
There are structures that look like walls and dams, and they are water reservoirs intelligently created to intentionally harness the water supply on Mars. Many craters seem to have modified walls, and other interesting water collection features. The construction may be new or thousands of years old. There is also tube at the bottom of the crater.
Gordon J. Gianninoto, writes, “I decided to play with the Mars Hale Crater photo to get rid of the smoothing and, for myself, see if I could duplicate the views showing almost the e ntire crater floor developed with roads and buildings and plots of land and I was quite successful. But then I decided to look more closely at the terrain above the crater, and much to my surprise, I discovered the crater above and to the left of Hale has clear evidence of roads and excavation of mining minerals. Then I noticed the face of the ridge above the right side of the crater shows terracing and mining typical of excavation of .
This is Endurance Crater with dam like structures to hold water.
The white area at the bottom of the crater suggests a spillway or dam to collect water.
Water is needed to support life and water seeps into the craters bringing lifesaving water to the Martians.
These craters are all about water, its preservation, and the capitalization of it by life of some kind. The most obvious conclusion is that the bottoms of the craters are artificial constructs of some higher intelligent life form.
The craters are often photographed with water seeping in from their sides and water being collected and likely carried to the tubes.

Engineer Harold Carver writes, “While looking at images that the Rover Opportunity took, I noticed Endurance Crater lacks the profile of a typical crater, yet everything about it suggests that it was built to hold a body of water”.
This water flows out of the sides of the crater into a reservoir. The angles are too precise to be a freak of nature and are suggestive of a purpose. surface of Mars is pocked by more than 63,500 impact craters at least 0.6 miles (1 kilometer) wide, which is a good reason to develop a civilization underground.
cameras pick up large amounts of heat from underground areas of Mars that suggest underground cities. Many of the craters have ice in them until the summer when temperatures reach 92* degrees. In the Spring the ice melts and plants start to grow.. Ice can be collected in winter months and melted creating water to feed the thirst of the Martians.
Endurance Crater Structures
Reinterpreting the Viking Lander’s results in the light of the new findings suggests the samples from landing site 1 contained 1.5 to 6.5 ppm organic carbon, while those from landing site 2 contained 0.7 to 2.6 ppm organic carbon. The presence of organic material does provide some evidence of life or past life on Mars. Thanks to PhysOrg.com.
In the summer temperatures can reach 90 degrees /f and mold and some plants appear to grow.
Editor’s Note: I spoke with Dr. Gilbert Levin who designed the Viking Lander laboratories tests for life on Mars. We both agreed that Mars has life and for some reason JPL is reluctant to admit it, and is only slowly releasing crucial scientific data to support Mars life? Other Mars scientists agree there is life on Mars, but the information is classified Secret. Martian soil.
The labeled release experiment was the brainchild of Dr. Gilbert V. Levin, who first brought the possibility of testing for life on Mars to the attention of NASA officials back in 1959. Levin, a Ph.D. in environmental engineering, knew that his invention of microbial radio respirometry could be adapted for interplanetary missions. He called his invention Gulliver, remembering how Swift’s fictitious character travelled enormous distances and discovered tiny Lilliputian creatures. His labeled release experiment was chosen as one of three life detection experiments on the Viking mission. The book “Mars: The Living Planet,” indicates the fix was in for the Viking Mission from the start.
When the first images from Mars arrived at JPL headquarters, they revealed a multicolored landscape eerily reminiscent of Arizona, complete with a blue sky. NASA staffer Ron Levin (no relation) looked on in amazement as a technician went from monitor to monitor, changing the settings so that the landscape and sky presented a uniform orange and red appearance. Levin followed the technician, changing the settings back, only to be “chewed out” by James S. Martin Jr., Viking project manager.
Although spending billions to reach Mars none of the subsequent missions have carried life detection equipment to settle the debate. In July of 2001, Joseph Miller, Ph.D., in the department of cell and neurobiology at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, announced, “The gas release signal itself not only had a circadian rhythm, but it had a precise circadian rhythm of 24.66 hours – which is the length of a Martian day.” This data virtually proves that microbial life was actually found back in 1976. Miller. “I’d say it was a good 75 percent certain then, but with this discovery, I’d say it’s over 90 percent. And I think there are a lot of biologists who would agree with me.”

Giant Tubes May Contain Cities

Numerous tubes are spotted throughout Mars. Most are buried but some are uncovered by wind and when they wind through craters. Tubes are similar in size to Manhattan, New York and could actually contain skyscrapers as shown
Investigator Joseph P. Skipper, writes, “The most obvious conclusion is that the fully blown tubes are artificial constructs of some higher intelligent life form based on a super elongated dome principle forming a protective shielded habitat of some kind”. Such technology is evidence of sophisticated life on Mars as I have reported in previous reports.. Remember that the tubes extend from one side edge of the crater to the other and off the strip with no signs of diminishment in size. 156.44 N 63.42*S MOC12.03186 is as big as New York City. On Mars there are a series of tubes several miles wide that show up within several craters and natural low valleys. According to the MSSS supplied statistics, the strip above is 2.98 km wide or 1.85 miles wide
These tubes within the craters are 8.92 km or 5.54 miles of tube length. However, we can also reasonably assume that there are still plenty of tube systems unseen off the left or west edge of the strip and off the right or east edge probably for many miles. The tubes appear to go underground in several directions. These tubes appear to have ribs holding up plexiglass.
So, we’re talking about a colossal tube system hundreds of miles longer than that.
Additionally, much smaller tubes are found in valleys and places where the soil has been blown away. MOC strip E12-03186, we now see one tube slipping off from the larger and heading off in a different direction.
“There are sunlight reflections gleaming off of the top surface of the many tubes with semi-translucent quality and vague light color spots suggest the tubes can provide light to the interior. The appearance of these spots in this evidence tends to encourage speculation that these spots may not just be discolorations on the surface of the mass, but something under and/or within the tube as seen through its semitransparent surface. The tube may provide hollow air and/or water canal space rather than making full and complete flattened contact with the ground.. The dark narrow band that separates the north perimeter edge of the main tube from the terrain is a little too fuzzy and streaky and appears to have image tampering. That dark narrow band of tampering is likely hiding something indicating possibly Plexiglas’s like construction.
Then inside the center, but at the top area of the crater view there is more evidence of mining and terracing, and, [although it is not possible to see more], ridge lines indicate that it is possible that a road valley links what I call areas 1, 2, and 3. Actually the best view I got was by going higher contrast and then making a negative color image. My high contrast version shows this most clearly at the lower right hand corner of Hale crater. You have my permission to use my photo enhancement work, and or my ideas as you see fit. I have been working with digital photography since 1996 and have been a professional photographer since I was 12. I state unequivocally that none of these ‘development areas’ in Hale Crater are artifacts such as pixelization. This is authentic. Clearly this photo was abused by the space agencies to hide what is really there.
At one point Mars was clearly a planet with a large percentage of surface water. Then something happened to destroy that. I guess this development has occurred since then. But who knows? Thanks to Gordon J. Gianninoto.

KA newly discovered feature on Mars bears an uncanny similarity to the famous “Face” in Cydonia. While inspection of the “new” feature doesn’t yield any recognizable facial features, the surrounding mesa could easily be mistaken for the “platform mesa” on which the Face is situated. Particularly, the “headdress” is hauntingly mirrored by the new feature, indicating a possible common origin. [image] This remarkably geometric formation is comparable, in a gross sense, to the “Face on Mars” in Cydonia. As discoverer Nathan writes on his website, “It is almost certain that both these objects…were formed by the same processes. Whether [those are] artificial or natural is still unproven.”
Mark Carlotto’s rectification of the Cydonia Face reveals a formation with considerable symmetry and facial proportion. The newly uncovered formation appears decidedly artificial, but its dimensions are notably squatter; while the Face mesa is rectangular, the new formation is better described as a square. Nathan, continuing, writes: “Let us now assume that these objects are artificial…why must they both portray a face…? (simple) If the Cydonia face is artificial and its symmetrical perimeter represents a head-dress, then the same MUST be said for the other (because both perimeters are basically identical) …and the only place a head-dress goes is (of course) …on a head/face.”
Life Was Found on Mars in 1976
The most compelling evidence of extraterrestrial life – microbial life – was already found on Mars. On July 20, 1976, after a 10-month journey 200 million miles from Earth, the first Viking Lander unfolded its spindly legs and touched down on the Martian surface. In a short time, the Viking camera began transmitting the Martian landscape showing blue skies and a scene similar to Arizona. There was much celebration and Indian tribes such as the Hopi claimed they were brought here from Mars eons ago. Babylonians most feared sky god was from Mars and the Egyptians had named Cairo after Mars.
Six weeks later, Viking Lander 2 set down in a more northerly location. Each Lander contained equipment for the detection of Martian life forms. One experiment examined gas changes inside a small chamber, where a portion of Mars soil was exposed to water vapor and a cocktail of nutrients. Another experiment looked for the synthesis of organic substances in separate Martian soil samples. Hillenkoetter sent a remarkably similar letter to Congress that was reported in the New York Times on 28 February 1960 stating, “Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about the UFOs said former CIA Director and Vice Admiral Hillenkoetter. “But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.” He also charged that ‘to hide the facts, the Air Force silenced its personnel’ through the issuance of a regulation. ’I urge immediate Congressional action to reduce the dangers from secrecy about Unidentified Flying Objects’, he continued. “Two dangers are steadily increasing: 1. The risk of an accidental war from mistaking UFO formations for a surprise Soviet attack. 2. CARACAS – On Saturday, June 15 in the afternoon I was able to photograph fortuitously two objects with a strange appearance in the vicinity of Cerro El Avila around San Jose – Cotiza, while attempting to record the wake of an aircraft after it crossed the skies over Caracas. The vehicle moved in a southeast – northeast direction and vice versa, generating a sort of “gaseous tissue” in the heights, white in color and of broad dimensions, which took approximately 30 minutes to vanish

Ancient Barrows and Burial Mounds
All around our world there are numerous ancient discs shaped burial barrows, tumuli, or mounds that were built to bury our ancestors. When I flew for the Air Force, I noticed many mounds from the air in many parts of the world. Ohio, West Virginia, Illinois, Florida, the Middle East, and United Kingdom have many examples that still exist. Thousands were built in America, and 18,000 were built in Britain 5000 years ago in the Bronze Age.
Hopewell Indian Mound with 9,000 flint discs in Ross, OhioNative American pre-historic and ancient cultures—most notably the Hopewell culture and Cherokees, crafted large quantities of flattish, circular, or elliptical flints and chert pieces often called flint discs.
This mound was dug into in 1891, and thousands of silica/limestone flint discs were found among the remains of the Indians. The flint disc shaped models were in Indiana Quarry where beach ball sized discs were buried. After they were dug out the models were carved into the shape of discs and carried 250 miles to Hopewell. The manufacture and transport of roughly 10,000 pounds of discs proves the Indians felt they were of great importance. The Indian religions believed their soul would remain after death and the flints would help transport them to Indian heaven with their key god.
Both in Great Britain and America thousands of flint discs have been found inside the American Indian, Iranian, and British burial mounds. Recently, it has also uncovered an ancient alphabet that appears to have been used throughout the ancient world. The burial barrows are constructed to a precise plan, where the periphery of a circle is marked by posts and stakes and is called a palisade. Now, 5000 years later, the barrows still maintain their basic structure unless destroyed by grave robbers or modern construction projects. Within this palisade the dead were buried and a discoid shaped structure that was built to look remarkably like disc shaped UFOs. Not only was a disc shape used in construction but also, each dead body was buried with its own carved disc. Sometimes these small discs came from a hundred miles away and were often carved or chipped from flint stone. Archaeologists claim these disc barrow builders were worshippers of the sun and moon.
I asked investigator John Thompson his opinion. He stated that our ancestors saw “things” in the sky and intuitively, but probably incorrectly and as modern man is doing, decided that Gods from space were/are visiting us. They, however, and more astutely than us, made the death-heaven connection. Why bury models of UFOs with themselves if they didn’t think that these entities “about them” were not connected to the so-called spirit world they were entering? It’s obvious they saw a link between what they observed in the sky and where they believed they were going after dying. So, we can hypothesize that our ancestors, like Ezekiel who saw a UFO in the sky, probably worshipped or at least prayed that these craft would.
Many of these massive disc caches were made from Indiana Hornstone (also known as Ste. Genevieve chert), which was quarried from southern Indiana nodes and transported over 200 miles via rivers like Ohio. The sheer labor required to mine, break down, and transport thousands of heavy limestone-encased nodules suggests a spiritual or communal purpose rather than basic survival toolmaking.
Manufacturing: They were produced through flintknapping—deliberately and skillfully chipping away the outer portions of raw silica stone nodules to form uniform circular or almond-like blanks. The Indians likely believed the flying disc UFOs captured the souls of the departed.
Discs are clearly depicted in the 2,500-year-old Palace of Darius at Persepolis in Iran. I think we can assume the depictions of disc craft are accurate and it makes good sense to assume they were in our skies in ancient times. These UFO discs have been depicted in 18,000-year-old ancient caves in France. The Egyptians believed a metal craft with a metal door carried the souls of the dead who had led a good life. Many of the objects found in the barrows conduct the disc theme and its importance to people. Clothing and capes were fastened over the upper chest with a disc measuring two inches in diameter. Jewelry, early armor and even the chief structures of worship conducted the disc theme. Stonehenge itself covered by wood would make a nicely worship conducted the disc theme. It is similar in appearance to the Mound of Kinowth and both have a disc shape with a rim and representations of windows that faithfully imitate the real UFO object. If the ancients intended to imitate either the moon or the sun their structures would look quite different. N

Many tribes in Meso-America have the same legends of extraterrestrials or star people giving humans ancient knowledge, writing and advanced methods of construction. Often there were warnings and prophecies about how humans will end up if we don’t change. Mayans, Aztecs and Hopi Indians tell of the aliens from space.
Were Discs Worshipped in Ancient Times?

The June 2008, National Geographic Magazine states, The people who built Stonehenge had discovered something hitherto unknown, hit upon some truth, turned a corner—there is no doubt the purposefully placed stones are fraught with meaning. But what in fact do they mean? Despite countless theories offered over centuries no one knows”. Page 36.
I theorize that Bronze Age man worshipped disc and cylinder UFOs. I personally chased a huge cylinder-shaped UFO over Stonehenge while in the Air Force and they have been reported throughout history. Even my namesake King George III had his sighting. Assuming things (craft) were over the area in ancient times they would appear as sky Gods and worthy of worship.
Mothership
Carl Sagan stated in his book, “Intelligent Life in the Universe”…”I believe that efficient interstellar spaceflight to the furthest reaches of the Galaxy is a feasible objective for humanity. If this is the case, other civilizations, eons more advanced than ours, must today be playing in the spaces between the stars.” (Page 449.) Astronomer Ian Crawford reports his diffusion model leads to “full galactic colonization” in 5 to 50 million years (Scientific American, Nov. 2000,). “Several million years is a long time in comparison to a human life span, but it is short in comparison to the life span of main sequence stars”. Enrico Fermi, the famous physicist, questioned in 1943, called: Fermi’s Paradox. “Where are they?” Extraterrestrials should have colonized Earth long ago, but they are not here”. My answer is, “Look up, they are here.!

Each week for over twenty years in Filer’s Files, I have provided evidence that our Earth is being visited by probes from other civilizations.
While I was on active duty in the US Air Force, London Control directed us to investigate and intercept a large UFO.
As we intercepted the UFO, I saw it on my radar and visually just before it flew into space at incredible speed.
It’s time for scientists to start looking at the incredible evidence collected daily around the world. NASA Space Shuttle videos are a good place to start. In my opinion we are not alone. The National Geographic carries a drawing of the Salisbury Plain Stonehenge area showing disc shaped burial mounds and cylinder-shaped barrows. From the air the burial mounds appear like a Mothership cylinder launching disc shaped mounds. The Bronze age culture began to flourish 5000 years ago with an extreme interest in the heavens. Archaeologists describe the burial mounds as Disc, Bell-/Disc and Saucer barrows. The mounds vary in size from 20 to 100 feet and have the same shape and structure as standard UFOs seen and painted on the walls of caves 20,000 years ago. Perhaps the most interesting are the cryptic trenches like the Cursus that are numerous in Britain that are similar to the cylinder UFO I saw over the Stonehenge area.
Kenneth Brophy in British Archeology Magazine tries to make sense of some of Britain’s largest and earliest prehistoric monuments. He states, “Cursus monuments are among the most impressive yet mysterious prehistoric sites in the British Isles. Their sheer size -a mile long, gigantic even by today’s standards – A thousand years older than Stonehenge, , and apparently inscrutable function make them a particularly fascinating subject for study and speculation. These long, narrow earthwork structures date from the Neolithic – many from the early part of the period about 6,000 years ago, This Cursus is 1000 feet from Stonehenge and was built between 3630 and 3375 BCE, making it roughly 500 years older than the earliest phase of Stonehenge- and are thus some of the oldest monumental buildings in the world. They have been found across the country from southern England to north-eastern Scotland and stand beside some of the most famous archaeological sites in Britain and Ireland, such as Stonehenge, and Newgrange. Cursus monuments match the shape and size of a giant cylinder shape UFO I chased a UFO near Stonehenge and I told Prince Phillip about it at dinner. The UFO cylinder matched the Cursus with a mile long continuous double boundary of an interior bank and an exterior ditch. It is my opinion ancient Britains marked the landing spots of Mother ships and the nearby burial mounds have what appear to be alien bodies mixed with humans. the `6 foot deep ditches could be filled with water to cool the UFO or simply to show a safe landing base. . The ends of a Cursus are either squared off or rounded. Size is perhaps their most amazing characteristic. which was confirmed by my aircraft radar measuring the UFO which matched the mile long Firth of Forth railway Bridge
Forth Many Cursus are several kilometers long..” I suggest Cursus was made to worship or encourage the huge Motherships to land.”
Timber monuments that preceded Stonehenge were built in the shape of discs which are often launched from the Motherships. Other Motherships have been spotted by airline pilots over the UK. Additionally, small discs twelve inches in diameter are frequently found within the burial mounds often held by the bodies. .
New archaeological evidence found by the Stonehenge Riverside Project indicates the area was used as a burial ground from its earliest beginnings in 3000 B.C. Burials continued at Stonehenge for at least 500 years when the giant stones which mark the landmark were put up.
A large portion of the objects found within the mounds have discs and cylinder shapes such as shields and jewelry.
Stonehenge was built with some eighty bluestones with weights up to nearly five tons.
Gerald Hawkins, Professor of Astronomy calculated that some 210,000-man days were needed to drag and ship the bluestones from Carnal, Wales to Stonehenge—a crow-fly distance of 135 miles. The bluestones are thought to have healing abilities. When I personally visited Stonehenge I had a feeling of wellbeing and awe and discovered a carving of a knife on one large stone.
Like the Giza pyrmids aliens may have helped bringing the stones. The bluestones from Mynd Langner Mountain also have the appearance of being deliberately hewn to simulate a wavering cloud-like effect that is strikingly similar to the cigar-cloud phenomenon. Basically, the bluestones represented or symbolized the cloud-cigar. Even today Stonehenge is probably the most popular visiting area in England for UFOs and crop circles.
