Lord Hill Norton the evidence that there are objects which have been seen in our atmosphere, and even on terraform, that cannot be accounted for either as man-made objects or as any physical  force or effect known to our scientists, seems to me to be  overwhelming states …

 A very large number of sightings have been  vouched for by people whose credentials seem to me  unimpeachable. It is striking that so many have been trained  observers, such as police officers and airline or military pilots. Their observations have in many instances… been  supported either by technical means such as radar or, even  more convincingly, by… interference with electrical  apparatus of one sort or another…

The general election, in June 1970, brought the Conservatives back with a promised reprieve for Britain’s presence east of Suez; it was just one month later that Hill-Norton got his unexpectedly early promotion from commander-in-chief, far east, to first sea lord, a post he held for only 10 months.

He became chief of defense staff, Britain’s most senior serving officer, with the rank of admiral of the fleet, in April 1971. His final active post was as chairman of Nato’s military committee from 1974 to 1977

The Trump Administration has released over 65,000 new pages of John F. Kennedy Assassination Files,  Kennedy’s  memo was written  10 days prior to his death on November 22, 19363where he was requesting that the CIA work with the Soviet Union’s Khruschev Administration on investigating and understanding the threat of “UFO Unknowns.”

A story that combines UFO cover-ups with the assassination of John F. Kennedy is important for determining who killed the president. Author William Lester says he uncovered files while conducting research for a new book on Kennedy: he found  a similar letter a  written by JFK and addressed to the CIA in which the president requests confidential information about UFOs

In the never-before-seen, top secret memo supposedly written on Nov. 12, 1963, the president ordered the CIA director to organize the agency’s intelligence files relating to UFOs, and to debrief him on all “unknowns” by the following February. Ten days later, Kennedy was assassinated.

The newly surfaced document is bound to add fuel to the undying fire surrounding the president’s death. Lester, a paranormal researcher and author of the new book “A Celebration of Freedom: JFK and the New Frontier” (Wasteland Press, 2010), said he obtained the memo along with two others from the CIA under the Freedom of Information Act. A copy was not in the Kenedy Library

Something is a little odd about it,” the technician said. “It is sanitized in very odd places: the director’s name, the top heading of the document.  The top and bottom of the letter are blacked out Lester claims that the new declassified mem shown above  is thus the missing link in a conspiracy theory surrounding another document that many conspiracy theorists think indicates that the CIA killed Kennedy to prevent his involvement in a UFO cover-up.

This document, called the “burned memo,” was passed to the fringe media in 1999 by an anonymous source claiming to be a former CIA operative. The alleged leaker said he worked for the CIA between 1960 and 1974 and pulled the memo — which experts have never verified as authentic — from a fire when the agency was burning some of its most sensitive files.

In the new memo, Lester said, proves JFK really was probing the CIA about UFO intelligence, and that the CIA might have taken steps to prevent this. “If Kennedy had gotten some level of control of this issue from NASA or the CIA, who’s to say he wouldn’t have disclosed that information to the American public? Who knows where that would have led?” Lester commented.

Lester said, Kennedy was concerned that UFOs seen by the Soviets would be misinterpreted by them as being U.S. aircraft behaving provocatively. This may be what Kennedy implied when he (allegedly) wrote, “It is important that we make a distinction between known and unknowns in the event the Soviets try to mistake our extended cooperation as a cover for intelligence gathering of their defense or space programs.”

Another  reason for Kennedy’s inquiry could have been his obvious interest in space travel; at the time of his (alleged) writing, NASA was a new agency, Lester explained, and “the whole question of outer space and life in outer space was at the forefront of everybody’s thinking.”  There was also a concern about UFOs at the time about a series of UFO incidents and sighting.. .There was direct communication between the Soviet General Staff and the Pentagon concerning UFOs to prevent a World War. The UFOs would fly in large concentrations penetrating the USSR or NATO Countries that were picked up on radars suggesting that large attacks were occurring. The communications  would notify each of the nuclear powers that  these were UFOs and not an attacking force  that  would  stop retaliation.

Remote Viewer Ingo Swan

 When I was stationed at Langley Air Force Base, the NASA scientists claimed an alien base was found on the far side of the Moon.

One of the most fascinating pieces of “evidence” for alien bases on the far side of the Moon comes from remote viewer Ingo Swann who has stayed at my home during several of my research meetings. Swann, who was instrumental in creating the US government’s remote viewing program in the 1970s, is one of the most respected remote viewers in the world. In 1973, while remote viewing Jupiter, Swann reported that the giant gas planet had rings around it. This fact was unknown then.

Six years later,  Jupiter’s rings were discovered in 1979 by the passing Voyager 1 spacecraft, but their origin was a mystery. Data from the Galileo spacecraft that orbited Jupiter from 1995 to 2003 later confirmed that these rings were created by meteoroid impacts on small nearby moons.Mar 23, 2008.

In 194, the US Navy sent a satellite called Clementine to the moon to image it for two months. During that time, the satellite took 1.8 million images. Out of those images, 170,000 images were made available to the public. The rest were classified because of alien bases found  on the Moon. At my home, Swann remote viewed key locations on the Moon and found about ten different locations that indicated an unearthly extraterrestrial presence. “Swann ‘saw’ with his mind’s eye craters in darkness, and trails of tractor-tread marks. Confusion set in until Swann realized that he was ‘seeing’ intelligent mining  activity and structures on the moon. He tried to get some of the other  researchers present remote viewing instructions, but most of us had little ability.

“In the depths of a crater Swan viewed a green, dusty haze lit by banks of artificial lights mounted on very large, tall towers. He was apparently observing extraterrestrials building a base on the moon. Ingo sensed that he had been psychically ‘spotted’ by two of the humanoid-looking inhabitants of the moon base. The aliens appeared to be conducting mining operations.

Several researches tried to remote view the moon mining but when Swan was able to see the mining operations below ground he stated, “The aliens know I’m here, and I’m afraid they may try something so I better leave.” He said they are mining a black mineral and loading it on a spaceship, the dark lines coming out of craters are the black mineral dust  that comes off the outside of the spaceship when it takes off. Black minerals are manganese (Mn) and titanium (Ti); some titanium-containing minerals like rutile and ilmenite can appear black.

UFO HAZARDS

The two principal hazards noted with relation to UFOs have been attributed to powerful electrical fields which they can project in a general or localized area and the psychological effects they have produced on the general populace or individual contacts.

 FORCE FIELD IMPACT

The disruption of air and ground travel has often been reported in the presence of UFOs. The ignition systems of auto and aircraft engines have apparently been affected by energized force fields to such an extent as to stop their operation; the headlights and radios have also ceased to function.

Here are a couple of examples. In Buenos Aires, on March 29, 1978, “A strange force shut off their engine and headlights of their Citroen CG, lifted it 15 feet off the road, then set it down a minute later and 75 miles to the north.” The driver had noticed a yellow and violet light shining in his rear-view  mirror while driving the last leg of a long stock car race, and he realized that it was approaching too fast to be a competitor.

A month later a Colombian bank manager and a navy officer had their car headlights go off when buzzed by a UFO, with the navy man suffering temporary paralysis.  Other South American countries in which similar actions were reported around that time included Argentina, Chile,  Peru, and Uruguay. These effects have also been noted to influence the controls and  instruments of aircraft, e.g., the pilot of a Piper reported  that his controls became inoperable when he was approached by three disk-shaped objects, 10 to 12 feet in diameter, over Mexico City on May 3, 1975. (62)

Similar cases have been reported by military pilots, illustrated by the classic case of the near mid-air collision of an army helicopter with a UFO on October 18, 1973, over Ohio, where not only did both the UHF and VHF radio wave- lengths go dead temporarily, but the downward movement of the helicopter with its four occupants was levitated upward by a green beam from the UFO in time to prevent its crash into the ground. COMMUNICATIONS DISRUPTION

In addition to the impedance of radio transmissions and reception,  such as that described in the preceding incident, telephone and television  interference has occurred, illustrated by the chagrin of President  Lyndon Johnson in having his conversation from the Texas White House cut off while talking to assistants in Washington, D.C.(64) The  ability to render inoperable all electronic forms of communications, including those that control the launching of defense weapons  systems, has been considered within the range of UFO capability.  Whether this could extend to the erasing of recorded computer data such as bank records, personnel data, FBI, CIA, and NSA files, along with critical information of every kind, is not beyond the realm of possibility.  Thanks to William Kramer Ph.  ‘Pentagon’s efforts to rack & identify UFOs-

 

The U.S. military’s history of encounters with unidentified flying objects goes back to World War II. One of the first major UFO sightings came in 1942, when anti-aircraft batteries around Los Angeles opened fire at objects in the sky that they thought were Japanese aircraft

. The Army determined later that a lost weather balloon had caused a false alarm. Later in the war, pilots with the Army’s 415th Night Fighter Squadron reported seeing strange discs of light over Germany, which they dubbed “Foo Fighters” — a term that came from the Smokey Stover firefighter cartoon.

And two years after the war ended, a high-altitude balloon meant to monitor for Soviet atomic bomb tests crashed near Roswell, New Mexico. and  Based on an  Army major’s comments, the local newspaper reported that a “flying saucer” had been recovered, giving birth to the modern phenomenon of UFO sightings.

While both military and civilian observers have pondered these encounters for decades, the Pentagon’s focused efforts to find out what UFOs are only started gaining momentum in 1947, when the Air Force launched Project Blue Book.

Over the next 22 years, the Air Force investigated 12,618 sightings of UFOs, of which 701 remained unidentified when              the service closed the project in 1969.

The Air Force ended Project Blue Book after the University of Colorado determined that none of the UFOs investigated by the service had posed a threat to national security; none of the UFOs showed evidence of technology that was more advanced than modern science; and investigators found no evidence that any of the UFOs were extraterrestrial craft, according to the Air Force. Many of the research scientist’s disagreed with these findings.

With the military no longer looking into sightings of unidentified airborne objects, the task of investigating UFOs fell to local law enforcement. But years later, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) helped to secure Congressional funding for the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, or AATIP, which investigated unidentified aircraft sightings for the Defense Intelligence Agency from 2008 until 2012.

“The purpose of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identity Program (AATIP) was to investigate advanced foreign aerospace weapon system applications, with future technology projections over the next 40 years, and to create a center of expertise for advanced aerospace technologies,”  said Defense Department spokeswoman Sue Gough .“The goal was to help understand the threat posed by unconventional or leap-ahead aerospace vehicles and technologies that could have national security implications for the United States.”

                  The Defense Intelligence Agency awarded a contract to Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies, LLC, which worked with academics and scientists to provide a total of 38 technical reports between 2008 and 2012 that looked at several issues associated with unidentified aircraft, including their methods of propulsion and power generation as well as their armaments, Gough told Task & Purpose.

But in 2009, a review determined that the reports from AATIP were “of limited value” to the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the program ended when its funding expired in 2012, Gough said. For the next six years, the Defense Department did not have a formal program to examine reports of unidentified aircraft, she said

During that time, the military services dealt with reports of UFOs the same way they did with reports of other safety or operations security incidents.

The U.S. military got back into the business of investigating unidentified airborne objects in August 2020 when then-Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist established a task force to detect, analyze, and catalog reports of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena — a new term for UFOs. The task force fell under the

“The Department of Defense and the military departments take any incursions by unauthorized aircraft into our training ranges or designated airspace very seriously and examine each report,” an August 2020 Defense Department news release says.

 The new task force was not a continuation of AATIP, Gough said. Since naval aviators had filed most of the reports of unidentified aircraft sightings, the Department of the Navy had taken the lead in investigating UFO incursions into military training ranges and designated airspace starting in 2018.

 The Defense Department began taking steps the following year to formalize the Navy’s work tracking unidentified aircraft. By the time the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force was established, the Pentagon had already released three unclassified videos in April 2020 that showed three separate encounters between Navy pilots and UFOs:

One in November 2004 and the other two in January  about encounters with unidentified aircraft in restricted airspace off the East Coast.

Separately, in November 2004 two Navy F/A-18F Super Hornets from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz   reported seeing a strange aircraft shaped like a ‘Tic Tac that disappeared in front of two aircraft. Radar from the cruiser USS Princeton detected the aircraft 60 miles away just seconds later.

 

And in July 2019, several unidentified aircraft swarmed Navy ships off the  coast of California that were later determined to be drones. Since President Joe Biden took office, the Defense Department created the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization.

The Group was later renamed the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, or AARO, in July 2022. Dr Sean M. Kirkpatrick was named director of AARO, which falls under the   Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security

. Kirkpatrick was unable to provide a statement for this story, Gough said. “It is vital to our national security and the safety of our military personnel that we maintain awareness of anomalous objects in all domains,”

UFOs at Yakama Indian Reservation.

UFOs are often spotted southeast of Tacoma, Washington on the Yakama Indian Reservation.

There is intense UFO activity within the Toppenish Ridge area that is 40 miles wide and 70 miles long. It is an area of canyons and heavily forested regions. The valley is essentially closed to the public and special permits are required to enter.

Forestry personnel have seen UFOs and have heard unusual sounds for years coming from deep underground. Within the dark, restricted canyons, ‘glows’ have been seen. Washington has the second highest number of UFO reports only following California.

This area is not accessible on foot or by vehicle. Located in southwestern Washington State reservation is 1,130,000 acres that is home to the Yakama Indian Nation. The reservation was granted to the Yakama in a treaty signed in 1855 by Governor Isaac Stevens of the Washington Territory and representatives of the Indian tribes.Yakama Reservation almost a third of Washington 

  Although the treaty called for a period of two years to allow the various tribes to migrate to and resettle on their new reservations, Gov. Stevens declared Indian lands open for white settlers a mere twelve days after the treaty was signed.

 

 Yakama chief, Kamiakin called upon the tribes that had been duped to forcefully oppose this declaration. Things moved quickly and a series of raids, counter raids and reciprocal atrocities began. This uprising became known as the Yakama War that continued until 1859. The Yakama accepted their reservation and still dwell there today.

The Yakama Nation covering almost a third of Washington state  is about 6,300 strong with a flag that shows their sacred Mount Adams, and an eagle with its wings spread. Above the eagle is the “morning star.”  Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation

Mount Adams, the Klickitat River and the Yakima River are among the defining features of the 1.2 million-acre Yakama Indian Reservation in south central Washington.

The tribe, operates a fisheries program with approximately 40 employees. Among its fisheries projects is its unique work in  the U.S. Department of Energy to use abandoned intake settling ponds at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation to acclimate about 500,000 fall chinook juveniles before releasing them into the Columbia River.

The Indian Security report large numbers of UFOs are seen in the area. The Indians claim the aliens operating the Craft are their ancestors and they are not afraid of the aliens.

Low-flying silver cigar-shaped craft have been seen disappearing into the deep canyon known as the Middle Fork of Toppenish Creek. The Indians and others report lights and UFOs of both cylinder and disc shape.

 Northfield, Massachusetts — On April 20, 2014, two witnesses spotted a cigar shaped UFO flying south to north not far from the Atlantic Ocean. The craft was at around 5000 feet altitude flying at about 100 mph. There were no wings, windows or appendages of the craft that had blunt ends similar to a cigarette.

 DNA Efficient Information Storage System

The DNA molecule is probably the most efficient information storage system in the world.

The immensity of complex coded and precisely sequenced information written on the DNA is amazing. The evidence speaks of intelligent, information-bearing design.  Complex DNA coding would have been necessary for even the hypothetical first ‘so-called’ simple cell(s).

Even Francis Crick the co-founder an d Nobel Prize Winner stated, ‘”An honest man, armed with all the knowledge available to us now, could only state that in some sense, the origin of life appears at the moment to be almost a miracle, so many are the conditions which would have had to have been satisfied to get it going”.’³

Crick reasoned that life could not have evolved from non-living chemicals under any conceivable earth conditions.  But the idea of a creator was unacceptable, since it would go against his atheistic faith.  Atheism is a religion in the sense of that its position of the non-existence of God that cannot be proven!  So he must explain the origin of DNA from his religious perspective, that life did not originate on earth.  He does this with a theory called panspermia.  That the seeds of life are all through the universe. Crick  proposed, in a book called “Life Itself,” that some form of primordial life was shipped to the earth billions of years ago in spaceships—by supposedly ‘more evolved’ (therefore advanced) alien beings.⁴

The aliens themselves may have been created by greater intelligence than themselves, then how did they evolve from non-living chemicals in the first place? Also, how could these extraterrestrials know what the outcome of evolution would be, with its undirected processes of time and chance?  Another insurmountable problem for Crick is that evolution is supposed to have been occurring for the last 3.5 billion years.  How could any intelligent race plan for, and expect to be around to see the results, some billions of years later?

Even the non-Christian molecular biologist, Michael Denton, says, in his best-selling book Evolution a Theory in Crisis, ‘Nothing illustrates clearly just how intractable a problem the origin of life has become than the fact that world authorities can seriously toy with the idea of panspermia. Everywhere we look, life possesses the hallmark of the design and purposes of its creator.

Humans have DNA organized into 46 chromosomes (23 pairs), containing approximately 3 billion base pairs, which encode about 20,000 genes, and these genes provide instructions for building and maintaining our human  organism

“The Secret Could Be in our DNA,” he says.

 

“Francis Crick, the discoverer of DNA, although he is an atheist published a book which subscribed to the theory of intelligent design, that our universe was not simply the result of a series of chemical accidents. He states, “Life did not evolve first on Earth, a highly advanced civilization became threatened so they devised a way to pass on their existence. They genetically-modified their DNA and sent it out from their planet on bacteria or meteorites with the hope that it would collide with another planet. It did, and that’s why we’re here.” Our DNA was encoded with messages from that other civilization. They programmed the molecules so that when we reached a certain level of intelligence, we would be able to access their information, and they could therefore “teach” us about ourselves, and how to progress  knock is intelligent and articulate, and his writing is as expert as you would expect from a teemed international correspondent.

UFOs in our skies and  Stories of abduction lead some investigators to conclude that aliens are living among us. Every living thing on Earth uses DNA to encode genetic information. Outwardly the various species on Earth vary widely but every species seems to be descended from common ancestors. The earth had been bombarded from space for billions of years by primordial debris. Some scientists speculate life was brought from space.  Other forms of life may have grown on Earth and they chose to remain apart from humans. Perhaps they learned humans were dangerous and  untrustworthy.  They may not have the same DNA or are just different enough to be chased into hiding. They may not have developed automobiles because they could not operate on our roads safely. Our ancestors report stories of Leprechauns, fairies, elves, jinn’s and other life forms.

Our life form may have won out because we destroyed the alien life form, the bacteria and disease we carried caused them to become and die. Let’s assume an alien life form does exist that is based on another biochemistry. Steven Brenner at the Foundation of Applied Molecular Evolution in Gainesville, Florida, which is based on RNA, a molecule that can store genetic information and act like an enzyme that will put together molecules. This life form could develop into an intelligent creature.  We can speculate that they developed alternate power systems and craft specifically designed to stay apart from humans.

We receive about 800 reports of UFOs per month. Scientists and governments are not looking for other forms of life on Earth. We have indications of alien bases underwater and remote mountainous regions. If I were an alien life form afraid of humans this would be my modes-operandi. They would also realize that as technology advances humans are getting a better understanding of what is in our skies and under the water.  Our satellites, radars, optics are becoming more sophisticated.  Proof of their existence is becoming closer.

There appears to be a program of interbreeding between the alien life form and humans.  This effort allows the aliens to look like us and  live among us.  Millions of new genes were recently collected trawling the world’s oceans. Life  may have started on Earth . Porpoises for example  have the brain equivalent of a four-year-old and some appear much brighter. . Learn commands and can communicate. If life is easy to develop, there should have developed many times on Earth. The Nordics claim to be our ancestors.  Perhaps we are spotting evidence of other live forms in our skies

 China Controls US Weather

China already spends an estimated $100 million a year and employs 50,000  people for rainmaking and weather control. Typical Weather Control Device. At installations outside Beijing, peasants don military fatigues squat behind anti-aircraft guns and rocket launchers, blasting the sky with silver iodide, hoping to shock rain from the clouds. Chinese scientists say they kept the rain away from the opening and closing ceremony, of Beijing Ceremonies.

       One of five HARPS’ Chin uses to Control the Weather —China revealed plans to drastically expand an experimental weather modification program to cover an area of over 2.1 million square miles – more than 1.5 times the size of India.

According to a statement from the Communist State Council,” China will have a developed weather modification system, with breakthroughs in fundamental research and R&D in key technologies”

Palm Springs record-breaking heat  122 degrees on July 8, and 125 in Las Vegas. The entire west is breaking records that is also moving east to Norh Carolina and the Coastal stats.

Jet Stream Acting UN-natural Be8ng Effected vu China

 A Popular Mechanics article states, Control of the ionosphere and for clandestine communications and detection of submarines they have created  HAARP for weapons instead of science.

Small electrical and temperature changes in the Jet Stream in China or Russia can create momentous changes in the jet stream when it hits the US. 

The Jet Stream flowing through China is being changed from normal patterns causing severe storms and heat throughout the US.

Stream 100 MPH west to east winds makes unusual curve up to Alaska or Canada bring cold air to U.S. In summer, the jet stream flows south to bring in storms and heat · Record-breaking high temperatures have hit across dozens of cities where cooling centers have been opened to protect the vulnerable in June. Extremely dangerous heat continues in July 2024 with temperatures as high as 117F in Las Vegas. Eighteen wildfires are raging in California alone. Some 25,000 military age Chinese have entered the Southern border and it only takes a match to start  a huge fir burning towns and killing people. Water vapor is the strongest greenhouse gas, and the most variable component of the atmosphere.

Ionosphere Storms

 As the jet stream changes intensity and position, it affects the motion and strength of the Arctic air mass or the Pacific’s heat. The Jet streams follow the boundaries between hot and cold air and tend to pull the weather with them. To get unusual heat you move the Jet Stream into the Southern Pacific Ocean.

The deadly generated storms knock out power to millions of  homes. The cold winter air is the coldest and most powerful in a generation.

1,375 tornadoes

Accu Weather predicts anywhere from 1,250 to 1,375 tornadoes across the country, a new record  in 2024. Jet streams are some of the strongest winds in the atmosphere. Their speeds usually range from 129 to 225 kilometers per hour (80 to 140 miles per hour), but they can reach more than 443 kilometers per hour (275 miles per hour).

The HAARP beam is broad like a flashlight’s, not narrow like a laser, but it can be electronically steered anywhere within 30° of zenith—that is, local vertical—and it can operate at 3–10 megawatts of power (MHz) Its powerful radio waves drive ionospheric electrons back and forth in what are called plasma waves. As those driven electrons collide with each other and with background species, their temperature goes up, which is why HAARP is called a heater. Thanks to its frequency agility, the HAARP antenna can heat at specific altitudes where the transmission frequency simultaneously matches two resonances, 180 antennas are linked to function as one mega antenna aiming at millions of watts of Extremely Low Frequency waves into one tiny patch of the atmosphere disrupting the jet stream.

… There are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreck terror upon other nations. It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts. ”

Many believe HAARP was created and has been used for weather control, by controlling the jet streams movement with enough juice to trigger cold weather across the US by directing the jet stream north into Alaska and Canada and then down into the US bringing Polar weather with it.

Hot weather is controlled by sending the Jet stream south into the Pacific Ocean. Why build five HAARPs unless you are going to use them to change the jet streams normal patterns . It is thought heating and electrifying the ionosphere will cause atmospheric heating and flooding rain.

Tame the Tornadoes

 In 925, the infamous U.S. Tri-state twister hit parts of Missouri, Illinois and Indiana, claiming 695 lives. Because tornado kill people and wreck property, costing billions of dollars yearly, a force of tornado aircraft fighters should be developed! We know tornadoes need a source of instability (heat, moisture, etc.) and a larger-scale property of rotation (vorticity) to keep going. One process around a thunderstorm which can rob the tornado of either instability or voracity is relatively cold outflow–the flow of wind out of the precipitation area of a shower or thunderstorm. Many tornadoes have been observed to go away soon after being hit by cold temperature outflow.

Tornados generally form when “warm moist Gulf air meets cold Canadian air and dry air from the Rockies. The most destructive tornadoes occur from super cells–which are rotating thunderstorms with a well-defined radar circulation called a mesocyclone. Recent theories and results from the VORTEX program suggest that once a mesocyclone is underway, tornado development is related to the temperature differences across the edge of downdraft air wrapping around the mesocyclone. Properly placed the dry ice can equalize the temperatures taming the tornado.

Tornado fighters set up west of towns could use small exact distance rockets to strategically place and detonate safe, yet cloud dispersing explosives or chemicals. Various methods could be tested to determine what effects the super cell that forms the tornado. Perhaps a radar beam could be focused and tuned to ruin the magnetic lattice of the tornado.

The military owns microwave beam technology that might be effective in stopping the forming of a tornado. We can now produce clouds that create rain; perhaps these machines operating in reverse mode would take the energy out of the clouds. I’m not sure what would work effectively but now is the time to start developing procedures to defeat the tornados. A method is needed for stopping the swirling action that leads to the formation of the tornado. With experimentation we might find a simple solution.

Doppler radar and sophisticated computer graphics storm chasers have been intercepting tornados for years. It’s not an exact science yet but towns are often given several hours warning time. As the storm intensifies, the hook can become very prominent on radar in the area of the storm that can spawn a tornado.

Ground or air-based units could intercept suspicious tornado forming clouds before they touch down, Dumping dry ice into a cloud may be effective in cooling its energy. Large aircraft can dump tons of ice, coal dust, or cloud damping products at minimal cost. High explosives dropped or shot into the clouds may be effective in stopping the swirling action. It’s time to study and experiment. C-5, C-117, and C-130 aircraft could drop tons of dry ice or smaller conventional weaponry into critical super cells. It would certainly be worth trying as an experiment. Congress would have to deny any legal problems that might occur.

A tornado’s vortex can reach speeds of over 300 miles per hour and travel at 75 MPH. I have flown in hurricanes and winds well above a hundred knots. Tornados are fragile and if any variable is changed it becomes unstable and will disintegrate of its own volition. Military transports, drones, or tankers might be able to calm our skies. Talk to your congressman about developing a way to fight tornadoes and hurricanes…I have flown into severe storms when necessary using radar to penetrate the least rain and though it is brumby and scary as the wings moved up and down we made it through with KB-50s, C-141s and C130s. With warmer weather the tornadoes will likely increase in number and size.

Look and Listen for large hail, heavy rain, strong winds, frequent intense lightning …bulge with a rotary motion at the base of the thunderstorm cloud …loud roar like the sound of a jet or train.
