Alien Bodies Shown in Mexican Congress

Scientists put on display the remains of “non-human alien” beings. in the Mexican Congress on Tuesday by September 12, 2023 Two small, mummified specimens were presented at Mexico’s first public congressional hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), also known as UFOs. UFO researcher Jaime Maussan and other experts displaying two mummified bodies he claimed to be not from Earth proposed that the Mexican Chamber of Deputies recognize UAPs, to guarantee airspace security and to allow it to be studied.

According to Maussan, ”The bodies were found in 2017 in Peru and are estimated to be between 700 and 1,800 years old, with only three fingers on each hand and elongated heads. Maussan said it was a clear demonstration that the presented bodies were non-human specimens, and that researchers could prove that the DNA of the two mummies did not belong to human beings. “This is the first time it (extraterrestrial life) is presented in such a form, and I think there is a clear demonstration that we are dealing with non-human specimens that are not related to any other species in our world and that any scientific institution can investigate it,” he said.”

Gray Alien
Richard Boylan, Ph.D. states “Race” distinguishes various extraterrestrials of decidedly different appearances.” More research into exo-biology, (the science of extraterrestrial life’s physical structure and processes), will help us understand the various types or races of ET’S. Some are very small while others are very large while many are about humans. Some researchers feel over fifty races of many intelligent species are visiting Earth. So would the declassifying of the Government’s already considerable covert research on extraterrestrial biology, (such as is going on at NASA’s Ames Research Center, Sunnyvale, CA, and at Los Alamos National Laboratories, NM). For convenience I shall use the term race to distinguish extraterrestrials of significantly different anatomical features. The most common Extraterrestrial race encountered has a number of variants. These variations in size and details of appearance may represent origins on different planets. This race is popularly, and rather imprecisely, called the “Grays”.
The “Grays” are stereotyped, by uninformed or careless writers, as: short, upright, two-legged beings, three-and-a-half feet tall, with grayish- white skin, large, hairless, fetal-shaped heads, with huge, all-black, sloping, almond-shaped eyes without pupils or eyelids, whose eyes wrap around partially towards the temple-area sides of the head, a narrow jaw tapering to almost a V, small nostril holes but no nose, a small, thin, lip-less, horizontal slit for a mouth, thin torsos with no ribs and no genitals evident, long, spindly, but surprisingly strong arms reaching to the knees, similarly long, very thin legs, and hands with three, long, non-tapering, joint-less fingers, which end in claws instead of fingernails, but no thumb. To be sure, there is such a race of beings; or at least a race, of which this is one variant. However, there are also: five-foot tall “Grays”, seven-foot tall “Grays”, “Grays” with mushroom- white skin, “Grays” with brown skin, “Grays” with black skin, “Grays” whose large eyes have a thin membrane which can extend across the eye, “Grays” with midnight-blue eyes, “Grays” with wispy fine small amounts of hair on their heads, “Grays” with four fingers, and “Grays” with three or four fingers and another finger positioned where the human thumb would be, and “Grays” whose fingers end with suction-cup-like tips.
There have also been extraterrestrials reported who have a large process of folds along the back of their heads, a series of deep creases or crevices along the top of the head, sloping down forward towards the front, and with a strongly pronounced brow- ridge above the eyes. Are these twelve different races; or variants based on evolving in different climactic zones on one planet? Does this represent racial variation within inhabited planets in one star system? Or do these variations occur within one cluster of star systems? Or does the “Gray” genotype tend to appear in many different star systems, on some planets, along with other races, on other planets, within those same star systems? The truth is, we do not know. Or at least that information has not been released to the public. Thus, we are still at the stage of gathering information on the various different types of intelligent life forms visiting our planet. Another source of variation even within what one race is apparently clothing. Many experiences report that their “Gray” visitors wore no clothes. Others have seen “Grays” wearing long robes and hoods over their heads. Others have seen crews where both versions of attire, as well as close-fitting jumpsuits, were in evidence. Yet Grays are not the only ones wearing robes.
Round Eyes
Another race of Extraterrestrials is the 4-to-5 1/2-foot tall Being, with a somewhat large head (by comparison with the human head) but not as proportionally large as the “Grays”, and who has somewhat large (but smaller than the “Grays”) dark oval eyes, spindly frame and limbs, and a hand with three long, cartilaginous, bone-less fingers, which end with neither claw nor suction-cup, but rather “ordinary” fingertip shape, except that their fingers do not taper.
Reptilian
Another race is the so-called “Reptilians”, or “Riptides”, although I note again that there is no implication in these descriptors other than that of intelligent, communicative people. What distinguishes these “Reptilian” extraterrestrials is their skin, which has small, fine scales, rather than smooth, their face, which has larger-than- human yellowish-green eyes with a “starburst”-shaped pupil, the eyes often oval, and an almost snout-like blunt process in the area of the nose and mouth, giving this type an almost dragon-like humanoid appearance.
Another group of extraterrestrials for convenience, I call the “Jawas , after their resemblance to the creatures in the film, Star Wars. This group is distinguished by their clothing. They wear hoods and robes, are generally short (three to four-and-a-half feet tall), and their faces are concealed by the shadows thrown by their hoods. Sometimes there is a much taller hooded and robbed one on board the UFO, who often stands to the Experiencer’s left as s/he lies on the ET medical examining table. This Tall One appears to direct the procedures, and often is the one who telepathically communicates with the Experiencer. A few Experiencers have noted glowing eyes under the “Jawas'” hoods. Other Experiencers have reported that when they got a glimpse of the Being whose face was shadowed by the hood, it was a type of “Gray”. Still others saw neither glowing eyes nor “Grays” under the hoods, but rather never could distinguish the features in the shadows of the hoods.
There are often mixed- race crews on the UFO’s. In such cases there could be “Jawas” or “Praying Mantis” types or “Riptides” or “Grays”, joining in a coordinated effort in carrying out scientific or medical tasks. A few Experiencers have noted robot-like figures, whose movements and “vibes” (or rather lack thereof) strongly suggest that these are robots sent remotely by extraterrestrials to observe, reconnoiter, and possibly retrieve objects. However, I have not encountered any reports of robots actually interfacing with humans to accomplish communication, or to remove the human to their craft for scientific examination. The robot-like figures appear to be relegated to the more impersonal tasks of information-gathering and stealthy surveillance, without the risk to the extraterrestrials that they would otherwise run of possibly encountering hostile human responses.
Praying Mantis type
A more distinctive kind of extraterrestrial is the “Praying Mantis type” race. These Beings have long, narrow faces, with long, narrow, large eyes, sharply slanted upward and outward in an almost narrow-V position, given an almost insect-like appearance. This comparison is heightened by the Praying-Mantis types’ extremely thin, long torsos, long, extremely thin arms which are usually crooked into a sharp bend at the mid-joint, with the hand and fingers/mitten sloping almost vertically downward from the “wrist”, and legs also bent at an almost right-angle at the mid-joint, creating a crouched pose. The overall effect is the characteristic “Praying Mantis” look. It should be noted that experiencers feel that this type is no insect, but rather an intelligent, gentle-spirited, but somewhat “hyper” and jerky-moving, human-like life form, both males and females.
Humanoids”, “Blondes
My research has come up with a goodly number of reports of “Humanoids”, “Blondes”, or “Nordics”, extraterrestrials almost indistinguishable from humans. I have also encountered reports where the Experience r believed that the extraterrestrial s/he was dealing with appeared to be a human. However, in every case, this turned out to be an extraterrestrial-imposed mental visualization in the mind of the experiencer, the so-called “screen memory”. Upon closer looking, the experiencer was able to see the actual nonhuman face of the extraterrestrial behind the mentally imposed “human” mask. My favorite variation of this mental cloaking experience occurred to one experiencer who believed she was encountering a human “spaceman”. I invited the Experiencer to look closely and carefully at the face of the “human spaceman”. When she did so, she suddenly was startled. “Oh, my”, she said,” It’s not a human after all. It’s one of those Grays.“ Other details made me suspect we were still not done. I suggested she study closely the face of her “Gray” visitor. Startled, she could see that it was a “Retold” who had previously cloaked himself mentally as a “Gray”. Another extraterrestrial racial type described as a short, chubby “Dwarf” extraterrestrial, with round pudgy faces. They seem to be relegated to doing menial chores during a contact.
Undoubtedly, many more races could be described. We as humans are challenged by intelligent life that looks so different from us, a challenge which can be disturbing. But it can also remind us that the Source of All is myriad in its expression of lifeforms, including intelligent life-forms, across the vast Universe. Only the anthropocentric would be offended by the Supreme Source’s creation of intelligence in other anatomical packages. And, indeed, ET messages tell us that we are that special variant mix of intelligent life: part-extraterrestrial intelligent life form, part-Earth primate. – Richard Boylan, Ph.D.
Alien Writing
Crashed UFO in Russia
In addition to the Roswell witnesses, we have evidence of alien writing from the former Soviet Union the TNT Television Show called “The Secret KGB UFO FILES” starring Roger Moore and myself George Filer. I’m the first to appear on the screen claiming UFOs were of great interest to the Russians. The film claims the disc crashed near Sveedlovsky, USSR in late 1968 or early 1969. Parts of the craft were not found until a partial thaw revealed it half buried and sort of propped up against some trees.

KGB documents reveal the largest of the discovered pieces has the shape of a semi-circle. The Piece found was part of a larger object possibly of a disc shape. We discovered burnt remains of a living creature, which resembles by its size a child or a midget. Soviet Union Air Defense Troops from unit 67527 participated in the recovery. About fifty members of this unit wearing heavy winter coats participate in the recovery operation during the KGB film. The craft shows part of an alleged captured alien disc that contains cryptogram or secret writing and very similar to those described in the Roswell crash
Dwarfs
UFOLOGY 144-48 Upon first exposure to UFO literature, the reader is prone to ignore any reference to the dwarfs seen hovering or flying through the air, or to dismiss the story as totally beyond the UFO phenomenon. Maintaining mental tranquility during extensive reading, however, is not so easy. In the sample cases under study, UFO people were reportedly flying on numerous occasions, and these events must be objectively examined. A man in Venezuela saw an object in flight that landed near a bridge. He first thought it was a Great Blue Heron bird, but then saw that it was a little man with all the characteristics of the UFO dwarfs. Upon being awakened by the shaking of his bed, another witness saw a small creature fly out an open window toward a dazzling light. (65) When a dwarf was disturbed by a racetrack employee while attacking a horse in a barn, he “zoomed” out the door. (66) These strange observations standing alone might be disregarded in the absence of the following ones, which specifically link the flying creatures to UFOs. The normal way that UFO people enter their craft is through a hatch or doorway in the side, by stepping into an elevator that has been let down from a hovering craft, or by climbing up a stairway on the underside. If it is too high or they are in a great hurry, they simply fly to it. A small creature dressed in shiny clothes seemed to “fly” as he moved toward a craft hovering less than 2 meters above the ground. It “opened up” and the creature “popped inside.”
Two Aliens Fly to Craft
Two creatures in white suits and helmets were seen in Canada to fly back into a large disc-shaped craft. (68) Two children in France saw “four little devils” that hovered, flew around a 2-meter sphere, then dived into it. (69) Only two days later in Venezuela with little chance of communication, a police officer saw a dwarf wearing a silver-colored, metallic-looking coverall. The dwarf lifted one foot, then the other, and flew up toward an object overhead and sailed into an open door. (70) The prominence of clothing in these cases should be noted. While these observations are truly baffling, they are elementary compared to the next two that, oddly enough, furnish a clue to comprehension. A twenty-three-year-old woman and her parents saw a strange little man surrounded by a bluish-yellow glow as he soared over the neighbors rooftops. (71) Here is a direct association between flying and luminosity. The same relationship was reported for the taller UFO people when a strange being 2.l0-m tall was seen hovering in the air near a bright object; his body emitted a peculiar glow. (72) The bodies of two dwarves appeared to glow with lights of changing colors as they emerged from a landed vehicle in New York. (73) The idea that the bodies were emitting light has probably been confused by the witnesses with luminescence of the clothing and the atmosphere surrounding the creatures. Three giants, 3 meters tall, wore luminous clothing as they came out of a huge machine over 10 stories high. (74)
A minister in Ohio saw a silhouette wearing a luminous suit near his house. A man 2.5 m tall wore luminous boots as he inspected his craft in San Salvador. The aerial activity of luminous bodies and changing colors sounds all too familiar; it closely parallels the emission of light from UFOs in flight. Apparently, the type of propulsion system used by these people for personal flying is the same as that employed to drive their vehicles. It would seem that the “shiny” quality of their clothing, the sheen or the radiance, is a necessary adjunct to the system, making the clothing most unusual and possibly explaining the lack of buttons, fasteners, and seams. With some kind of electromagnetic system involving the surface of the clothing, the discontinuities created by fasteners and seams would be undesirable. A gap between trouser cuffs and shoes seems to be avoided by making the shoes integral with the standard coveralls. Similar care to preserve extraordinary smoothness also applies to the surface of the vehicles. Some other aspect of flying may have been involved in two isolated observations.
Two boys in Brazil, ages 9 and 11, saw a luminous sphere at treetop level from which descended a tall being gliding down to the ground along two vertical beams of light. Since strong beams are frequently aimed downward from UFOs, they could have been extraneous to the descent for the being flew back up to the sphere without their benefit. A more distinct indication that the light beams were important occurred in Venezuela about three years later. Two beings came out of an oval object through a system of light beams, and they returned to their craft “as if carried by the light.” Two men skiing through the woods near Helsinki furnished a very detailed description of this process. UFO people probably encompasses a use of light beams that is entirely unique. In the previous section, it was observed that UFO people did not wear special equipment to protect their bodies against strong gravity. This point was used to argue that they did not need it because they came from someplace where gravity was greater than on earth. It now becomes clear, however, that their remarkable clothing could well serve as a device to relieve the body of burdensome gravitational forces. If it is capable of offsetting the body weight entirely for the purpose of flying, it could also serve to offset any desired fraction of the body weight to facilitate walking in an abnormally high gravity. Numerous examples of UFO people being seen as brightly luminous while walking on the ground, instead of flying, are ample indication of that usage. It appears that the clothing furnishes protection against gravity, and on that basis, the argument becomes admissible that the UFO people originate in gravity that is less than that on earth. U.S. Navy, Us. Air Force and Space forces are reporting UAPs/UFOs over the Atlantic Ocean Whiskey Military Area. Some days 200 UFOs are reporting UAPs/UFOs over the Atlantic Ocean Whiskey Military Area. The UFOs that come out of the ocean are reported off the coast of the Carolina’s.
U.S. Navy pilot Lieutenant Ryan Graves, who flies an F/18 Super Hornet that has a top speed of 1,190 mph, reports seeing objects that he cannot explain that are flying so fast that it makes his plane appear to stand still. More than that, he has observed these UFOs perform maneuvers that his top-level training tells him could not be performed by human beings. Pilots said that the flying objects were able to stop suddenly and turn quickly while reaching hyper-sonic speeds.
‘These things would be out there all day,’ Graves said. ‘With the speeds we observed, 12 hours in the air is 11 hours longer than we’d expect. ‘Graves said the most unusual thing about these UFOs was their ability to stop suddenly, turn on a dime, and immediately accelerate to hypersonic speeds. ‘Speed doesn’t kill you,’ Graves said. ‘Stopping does. Or acceleration.’
In 2014, a pilot operating a Super Hornet fighter jet reported that he nearly collided with a UFO.
The pilot recalled that something which resembled a ‘sphere encasing a cube’ flew in between two fighter jets that were flying around 100 feet apart from each other. Another pilot, Lt. Danny Accoin, said he noticed a flying object on his radar, missile system, and infrared camera, but he wasn’t able to see it.

‘I knew I had it, I knew it was not a false hit,’ Accoin said.‘[But] I could not pick it up visually.’
The pilots began to notice more activity after their radar systems were upgraded, but most thought they were false radar tracks. The UFOs were spotted in areas that were designated for fighter jet training in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, which makes it unlikely that these were commercial drones or other objects that are classified. The Roosevelt Carrier Task Force operated off the coast of Florida and was transferred to the Middle East and later returned to the East Coast. The UFOs followed, but none of the pilots or the Pentagon would speculate as to what they believed the objects were. Whoever they are they want us to know they exist
‘We’re here to do a job, with excellence, not make up myths,’ said Lt. Accoin.
The pilots’ claims come a week after a Department of Defense spokesperson reportedly confirmed the Pentagon’s interest in UFO’s, citing the agency’s investigation of ‘unidentified aerial phenomena.’
The F/A-18 can carry a wide variety of bombs and missiles, including air-to-air and air-to-ground, supplemented by the 20-mm M61 Vulcan cannon. It is powered by two General Electric F404 turbofan engines. They accord fleet air defense, suppression of enemy air defenses, air interdiction, close air support, and aerial reconnaissance. To our knowledge the fighters have not attacked the Tic Tacs.
In the Iraq war The Hornets shot down the two MiGs with AIM-7 and AIM-9 missiles in a brief dogfight. The F/A-18s, each carrying four 2,000 lb. (910 kg) bombs, then resumed their bombing run before returning to Saratoga. Dual-seat fighters were favored for complex strike missions against heavy air and ground defenses in adverse weather. The second crewman sit in the same fighter or in a second fighter. Single-seat fighters that lacked wingmen were shown to be especially vulnerable

The shift in terminology comes just weeks after the U.S. Navy unveiled new guidelines on collecting information about UFO sightings.
As reported by Politico, the guidelines are designed to make it easier for sailors to report UFO sightings amid fears that mysterious unidentified flying objects could actually be ‘extremely advanced Russian aircraft.’
The Navy has reported an uptick in the number of ‘highly advanced aircraft’ encroaching on its air
. In 2017, former Pentagon official Luis Elizondo made headlines when he detailed the existence of the UFO-focused Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program – a $million government operation that studied UFOs.
The secretive program sought to identify UFO sightings through U.S. surveillance and eyewitness reports and then ‘ascertain and determine if that information is a potential threat to national security.’
U.S. Navy Super Hornets
Among the sightings were reports from pilots of two U.S. Navy Super Hornet fighters who spotted a UFO on a training mission.
The pilots reportedly spotted a mysterious vehicle, around 40 ft long, oval-shaped and whitish, hovering erratically above the ground.
The craft ‘had no plumes, wings or rotors,’ but traveled at a mile per second. When pilots approached the object, it easily outran the military jets.

Jeff Rense sent a video of six Disc shaped UFOs flying over Florida. They were followed by several helicopters. It is thought these may be Air Force Discs being moved from a base in Florida to another location possibly because of the threat of a hurricane.

On September 14, 2022. Tic tac shape luminous have been seeing a lot of anomalies in same area for over 8 months now and took pic.
California Object
On September 6, 2022. noticed a rectangular vertical cloud SW that was round metallic-looking object appeared to the left of the cloud. A short vertical trail had appeared. This trail was 25 times as long as the small vertical cloud.
Illinois Light
On July 10, 2023, star gazing when a very bright gold cylinder object came directly overhead. It had very distinct edges. Made no sound and was several times larger than aircraft. Flew east. Eight other people witnessed it.
Indiana Disk Light
Warsaw on September 12, 2023 appeared to be a stationary space station that had a low earth orbit at 630pm-815pm. It didn’t drift., and had no visible propulsion. Had a donut like inner structure with an overall cove.

Greenville on January 12, 2021, triangle with three lights began in the east, that was like an orb. It was not V enus and was really big but it was not Venus. It came towards where I was and turned south. When it got overhead, I could see it was a triangle.
Maine Light
On August 8, 2023, what did I just capture, something told me to stop and record this heat lightning , then I see this yellow stream of light shoot 2 feet away no sound , vanishes about 20 feet in front of me only getting maybe 8 feet off the ground.
Massachusetts Light
On September 9 , 2022. taking photos of sunset and saw 2 objects fall from sky. No idea what they were

New York Triangle
Glen Falls on September 6, 2022. on my way to work, seen an orange object. Zoomed in on phone and took picture. and watched it for about 10 minutes then left. it was gone when I got to work.
Ohio Lights
Dayton on September 3, 2023 Strange lights, the bottom one flew off to the left.
South Carolina Light
Once September 24,, 2022. after taking photos and video I sent to NASA. They confirmed they got my video. NASA SAIS, “I’m getting credit for seeing it”. I can send video NASA SENT ME.
Texas Diamond
On September 5 2022, I was watching a dog at Grannis Street and a diamond shaped object came into view about 10 feet off the road. It was 16’ feet long and about 6 feet’ bottom to top. I could see a mottled look. The gliding object had no lights, made no sounds

Pinehurston on September 6, 2022. flight in NE, 90 degree turns, moving erratically. Intercepted by two other fast moving objects, following by a dozen small objects. in large radial area around it. Observed again four hours later.
Canada Light
Calgaryon August 12, 2023, I live 5 km se of Calgary Airport and spotted a glowing object. I quickly snapped still photos and then video recorded the object with my Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone.
International Space Station
On August 29, 2023, I notice an object on top of the atmosphere. As the ISS got closer I continued to take snap shots,, right before they cut the live feed. This is happening a lot. Surprised they have not stopped showing live feed from ISS
Italy Line
Milan on January 6, 2023 we were flying from London to Milano. When we were above the Alps we noticed black lines above the clouds. They are changing direction, some stopped in mid air, some moved vertically.
Namibia Light
On August 8, 2023, this odd light was photographed in the sky.
UK/England Lights
Carrickfergus on August 18, 2023, it was white and glowing red then disappeared behind the TV dish but that wasn’t recorded my own fault I was incredibly stunned the only reason I even saw it.
Burlington on August 25, 2023, taking a picture of a rainbow and looked at the picture which shows 2 UFOs and a black orb , and the 2nd picture does not show the orb .

There is frequent sighting in the English Channel, England, and further south in France/ Newton Abbot Deven — I sat in the garden sky watching on April 23, 2020. The sky was clear with no planes. I sat there looking around the sky with my Nikon P900 camera when a Royal Navy helicopter flew over the area, I took some photographs as the helicopter flew over the horizon where I spotted a saucer shaped object that was moving at speed across the sky. When I zoomed in, I could see its violet color. I quickly took a photograph at 1:36 PM as it accelerated away at great speed. There is very compelling evidence of alien craft in our skies. I regularly see UFOs around this area, and the aliens have underwater bases.
