Congress Hearing on UAPs July 26, 2023
The US Congress has held a public hearing on claims the government was concealing a longstanding program that retrieves and reverse engineers unidentified flying objects (UFOs). Three retired military veterans testified before a House Oversight Subcommittee that was the Congress’s latest foray into the world of UAPs – unidentified aerial phenomena, the term the US government uses instead of UFOs. Media has an important role in reporting UAPs.

The witnesses claim the technology is far in advance of any aircraft we have. Commercial pilots do not have a reporting system. Need a central point to report UAPs. A large 100- yard square UAP hovered over Vandenberg Air Force Base, California in 2003, then departed and flew over the mountains; We have crashed UFOs and alien bodies.
Major David Grusch an Air Force Intelligence Officer said he was asked in 2019 by the head of a government task force on UAPs to identify all highly classified programmers relating to the task force’s mission. At the time, Grusch was detailed to the National Reconnaissance Office, the agency that operates US spy satellites.“I was informed in the course of my official duties of a multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program to which I was denied access,” he said. The UAPs have the ability to disrupt our aircraft radar, FLIR, and other aircraft systems..

When asked whether the US government had information about extraterrestrial life, Grusch said the US likely has been aware of “non-human” activity since the 1930s. Alien bodies non human have also been recovered. ‘ There has been a multi decade program hat captures UFOs and keeps UFOs from the public.

The Pentagon has denied Grusch’s claims of a cover-up. The statement did not address UFOs that are not suspected of being extraterrestrial objects.
In a statement, US Department of Defense spokesperson Sue Gough said, “ Investigators have not discovered “any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently”.

Violent tactics
Major Grusch said that he became a government whistleblower after his discovery and has faced retaliation for coming forward.“It was very brutal and very unfortunate, some of the tactics they used to hurt me both professionally and personally,” he said. Grusch declined to be more specific about the retaliatory tactics, citing a continuing investigation. US Representative Some people are warned and subject to disruption of careers and even threat of life. if they talk. There are reprisals against these witnesses and brutally attacked and threat of no promotion..
Congressman Tim Burchett stated on TV,” Some people have lost their lives trying to get the UAP/UFO information out. The stigma attached to UAP is real and powerful and challenges national security; those who speak out about the dangers of UAPs fear repercussions. “It silences commercial pilots who fear professional repercussions, discourages witnesses, and is only compounded by recent government claims questioning the credibility of eyewitness testimony.”
Editor’s Note: I was told I was not promoted to Lt.Col. because I had UFOs printed on my records. MUFON and Air Force Association personnel should come forward if they process inside government information. FOX NEWS reports: Investigative journalists Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp provided Congress with sworn testimonies, which were obtained by Fox News Digital, and flanked former Intelligence Community Inspector General at Wednesday’s UFO hearing. Russian warplanes engaged UFOs, “chased them and even shot at them” at least 45 times by 1993, according to classified Russian documents that investigative reporter George Knapp obtained and smuggled out of the country.

At the least two UAPs were shot down by Soviet Union fighters. Knapp said he first heard whispers about crashed UFOs, “strange materials and reverse engineering programs being carried out in secrecy in the Nevada desert by intelligence operative and defense contractors,” in 1989. “Most alarmingly, UAP are witnessed, documented and often captured on corroborative multi-platform defense sensors and targeting systems while displaying the capability to outpace, outmaneuver and outperform our most advanced military weaponry; or any other known technologically advanced terrestrial nation’s military inventory and private industry holdings.”
He revealed Russia’s 10-year study about UFOs, which he wrote “was likely the largest UFO investigation ever undertaken,” that included thousands of case files from interviews with military personnel. The program’s director told Knapp about the Russian warplane dogfights with UFOs.
“In most incidents, the UFOs shot away at unbelievable speeds, but in three incidents, the Russian warplanes were dibbled and crashed. Two of the pilots were killed,” Knapp wrote in his letter.
“After those incidents, the MOD (Ministry of Defense) issued a nationwide order that UFOs should be left because, in the words of a top Air Defense official, ‘they may have incredible capacities for retaliation.’”

Many television shows, books, and several movies have claimed that an alien craft crashed in a desolate area not too far from Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 Millions of visitors have trekked to Roswell to see the UFO museums and the alleged crash site. The Roswell Photo Interpretation Team has been studying Roswell and have found clear indications that something of great importance occurred. Hundreds of hours have been taken to examine the photos taken by James B. Johnson. In 1947, when the crash at Roswell, New Mexico is believed to have occurred and Major Jessie Marcel the 509th Intelligence Officer was sent out to investigate the crash site. He found lightweight porous material like metallic fabric that was porous and small beams with symbols or writing on it. He returned to Roswell and showed it to his wife and son. The Army Air Force was a relatively small group of men fairly set in their ways. Almost all announcements and contact with the public were done by the Base Public Information officers who dealt with the news media on a regular basis. Indeed this essentially was their entire job.
Colonel William Blanchard the Commander of 509th Bomb Group at Roswell, phoned Lt. Walter Haut and instructed him to make the announcement that the remains of a Flying Saucer had been captured by the Army Air Force. Haut told me, he contacted the news media and sent out the story. So far the system was working according to orders. The indicators suddenly change telling us something exceptionally important has happened The Flying Saucer story is suddenly taken over by Military Intelligence Even today on most bases only five or six people, the highest level unit commanders and key intelligence officers have the highest clearances.
Suddenly, they become the only officers releasing information on the crash from both Roswell and at their 8th Air Force Headquarters at Fort Worth.
Obviously, this change in release authority indicates the highest-level of classification that only the commanders and intelligence are allowed to see. Photo shows some of light wreckage material and metal bars taken to Ft. Worth, Texas.

The witnesses swear often on their deathbeds to have seen and sometimes confiscated small pieces of metal with strange symbols from the craft when they were part of a military cleanup team. The government wrote two large books stating these people are mistaken that it was simply caused by a Mogul balloon. I have attempted to analyze both the witnesses and the government’s claims. Most witnesses report they observed hieroglyphic writing on the outside of the craft and on small beams in the debris that are not on a Mogul Balloon. The powerful testimony of numerous witnesses would likely convince a jury in a court of law that an alien object had indeed crashed.
If collectively, the witnesses are telling the truth this is probably the biggest story of the century. . Many people claim to have seen the strange purple or pink alien writing or symbols that are very distinctive. Major Jessie Marcel an Intelligence Office and hiis son Jessie Junior and rancher Bill Brazel claim to have observed the writing on the debris first -hand.
Major Marcel picked up some of the debris, brought it home in the middle of the night to show his wife and son. He stated, “It had little numbers with symbols that we had to call hieroglyphics because I could not understand them. They could not be read, they were just like symbols, something that meant something to aliens, and they were not all the same, but the same general pattern.” The wife and son now Colonel and Dr. Jesse Marcel Jr. MD also claims to have seen the strange writing on the debris. completely precise in that memory. Neil Morris a computer specialist who works for the Physics Department at University of Manchester, England has discovered that strange symbols matching the symbols reminded Major Jessie Marcel of Egyptian hieroglyphics. the descriptions of several witnesses..

His wife and son now Dr. Jessie Marcel Jr. also saw the writing. The most important writing is on small metal beams and appears etched or carved out in three dimensions’. Another witness Frank Kaufmann claims he had painstakingly copied the writing at the site of the wreck from a small “I” beam. It is published in a number of places most notably in the precision metal model kit that he did with the Franklin Mint. A series of abductees also claim to see have seen alien writing.
Debris’ from Crash
Linda Corley PhD interviewed Major Marcel in 1981, and he made a drawing of the alien writing for her. Linda recognized the writing as Demotic Hieroglyphs that were found carved on the famous Rosetta Stone that was discovered by Captain Bouchard a French officer with Napoleon Bonaparte, while building fortifications in 1799, near the town of Rosetta on the Nile River. The stone is a block of black basalt has an inscription cut in three languages, Greek, Egyptian hieroglyphic and demotic. Demotic is a sort of shorthand first developed about 900 B. C. from the older hieratic, or cursive form of the hieroglyphs. Copies of the writing were provided to French scholar Jean- Francois Champollion who twenty-two years later was able to decipher the ancient Egyptian writing.It is interesting that several hieroglyphic letters take the standard shapes of UFOs such as a disc for the letter r and T a dome shape. The stone is now in the British Museum in London. The Rosetta Stone opened the master key to Egypt’s Lore. Without it the wonders of Egypt would be vague and meaningless. Now it appears the various descriptions of the writing on the debris fit the writing on the Rosetta stone.
Linda Corley PhD translated the symbols Jessie Marcel gave her and she was able to translate them as follows: “To go sail, fly, move-from a point in time to take or carry away from some place-toward first the point or goal at which anything arrives-to be, exist, live , take place, happen and occur –the mouth singing.” Jessie said the writing was on the beams that appeared to be wood. It wasn’t wood. I took my cigarette lighter and tried to burn some of that. It wouldn’t burn. The military has it in its laboratories.
.”Major Marcel took the debris to Roswell Air Base to show his Commander William Blanchard, who then ordered a news release that the Army Air Force had recovered a Flying Disc. This story was published in numerous newspapers throughout the world on July 8, 1947. First Lieutenant Robert J. Shirkey also claims to have seen the debris and writing at Roswell while standing in the 509th Group Headquarters building next to Blanchard.
Jesse Marcel Junior, the Major’s son says, “My dad awakened me and my mom to look at some strange debris on our kitchen floor. I had been asleep for hours by that time. The debris was already on the floor, we looked at it for 15-20 minutes, and then it was loaded into our car and he drove off as soon as it was loaded.” Jesse Junior remembers “a seal balancing a ball on its nose
Intelligence Officer, Major Jessie Marcel is ordered to take some of the wreckage from Roswell to Ft. Worth, Texas on a B-29 flown by the second highest ranking officer on the base the Assistant Base Commander. More comfortable and spacious transports sitting on the flight line are ignored. The B-29 crew has been chosen because they are cleared for the Top Secret atomic bomb. This infers that Major Marcel’s package was at least top secret and very important.
The Air Force claims the package was part of the Mogul Balloon, that was made of mundane everyday materials that included weather balloons and Rawin target kites. The balloons carried instructions written in English that they should be returned to the Army. It appears likely that someone at Roswell would have recognized these mundane balloon materials. Instead, it is obvious what Major Marcel was carrying was very important.

It was so important that crew members state the debris package is carried in the bomb bay with three guards. Not even atomic bombs carried in the bomb bay had special guards. There is unidentified complex debris showing signs of technology to the rear of the foil sheet.
Major Marcel carrying the precious package is met at by 8th Air Force Adjutant Colonel Thomas Jefferson Dubose as the B-29 arrives at Carswell Fort Worth Army Air Base flight line and taken directly to Commander General Roger Ramey’s office. A Fort Worth Star Newspaper photographer James Bond Johnson has been sent to with instructions to photograph the debris. James had been in pilot training for World War II when the war ended, and was now working for the newspaper.
James Johnson the news reporter claim, when he arrives at the office the package is still wrapped. He and Colonel Dubose unwrap the package that contains lightweight metallic debris. I have interviewed Johnson several times, and he indicates the debris smelled burnt like it was part of something that had exploded or burned. He was very surprised they would put this smelly mess on the General’s rug. After spreading out the debris on the rug, General Ramey arrives holding a message in his hand. Johnson takes six photos with the debris. The negatives of four photographs are at the University of Texas Archives and copies are being examined by the Roswell Photo Interpretation Team (RPIT) that was formed to evaluate the photographs.
Later, Warrant Officer Newton the base weather officer is brought in to identify the debris. He identifies the material as being from a weather balloon and its Rawin radar target reflector device that looks similar to a box kite. The target reflector is made of paper backed foil and balsa wood sticks “Roswell Report Fact versus Fiction in the New Mexico Desert” written by Captain James Mc Andrew,
Newton stated, “While I was examining the debris, Major Marcel was picking up pieces of the target sticks and trying to convince me that some notation of the sticks were alien writings.
There were figures on the sticks lavender or pink in color, appeared to be weather faded markings with no rhyme or reason. He did not convince me these were alien writing.

Newton ssays “I was convinced at the time that this was a RAWIn target reflector.” The Air Force in their 1995 report indicates this debris was actually part of a Mogul Balloon experiment that had been launched from White Sands and was found near Roswell. TOTAL amount of foil for each ML307C Radar Target can therefore be calculated as: ((2 x 2) / 2) x 9 a total of 18 square feet per ML307C. Therefore the crash debris had 3 times this amount of ML307C’s or 54 square feet of foil material (7776 sq inches) The ML307 radar reflector came into service 1944 and continued in use through into the 1950’s, the assembly of each reflector consisted of 3 corner reflectors each composed of 3 triangular sides each of aprox 2 feet in length,
General Ramey was called from the Pentagon press room, as reported in a number of major newspapers which quoted his remarks (e.g., Washington Post). General Vandenberg (4stars) “dropped into the Washington AAF Public Information Office” and personally took charge about an hour after the Roswell Press release .
These stories generally did not have Brigadier General Ramey(1 star) calling it a weather balloon/radar target. Instead he called it “flimsy,” “almost like a box-kite”, “made of wood” and with a cover “like tinfoil.” Then the Post claims that “Ramey said he hadn’t actually seen it himself as yet. He went to take a look, and called back that it was 25 feet in diameter. He said he was shipping it on to Wright Field, Ohio, but would have one of his meteorological officers look at it first.”
Meanwhile, only two persons are allowed to deal with the news media. These are Major Kirton the 8th Air Force Intelligence Officer and General Ramey himself. Major Kirton spoke with the Dallas Morning News at 5.30 pm Later, General Ramey goes on radio to denounce the debris has just a balloon. This situation alone would indicate that something very important was happening and not just a balloon.
Other indicators signal something very important has happened Key generals such as General Twining, General Putt and likely President Truman start traveling toward the area. FBI messages start covering the situation. A large scale recovery operation goes into gear not far from Roswell. Photos of balloons start appearing in the paper claiming these are what crashed
The debris from the craft had preformed sheet metal components folded, punched and press formed, these in metal gauges far heavier than the foil used in a Radar Target. The craft may be time travelers from the past, or in the past some their civilization provided the Hieroglyphics to the ancient Egyptians.
The photos show that General Ramey is apparently holding a message. With new computer enhancement techniques RPIT is learning a great deal. Much of the message has been read and in part states,
“the victims of the crash are being transported to Fort Worth.” Clearly much of the debris has strange writing on it.

This is only a portion of the UFO and the debris smelled like it had likely crashed and started to burn.
General Roger Ramey had in his hand a piece of paper and when it became apparent just how closely it was possible to “look” into the photographs a suggestion was made that “wouldn’t it be nice to know what Ramey was reading”, what was found was a revelation indeed, the first word to shout out from that 50 year old piece of paper was “VICTIMS”. Other word too were visible “FORT WORTH”, “STORY”

I contacted the wife of Lt. General Ramey(3 stars) after he passed away. She was willing to speak to me on several occasions claiming her son had told her not to reveal anything about Roswell incident. I had talked to several of her girlfriends who claimed she knew the crash at Roswell was an alien craft. General Ramey and Mrs. Ramey were married after the crash. She stated General Ramey, was very upset that he had to lie about the balloon story. He had graduated from West Point and felt lying was against his honor and beliefs. He only did so when ordered to accomplish what he was told to do. He and his wife were transferred to the Pentagon where they were often invited to the White House by President Truman, and he felt he would be nominated for Commander of the Air Force. Unfortunately he passed away of a heart attack before this happened. In January 1947 assumed command of the Eighth Army Air Force at Fort Worth Army Air Base on November 1, 1946. In June 1950 General Ramey became Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at Air Force headquarters, Washington, D.C. and the following month the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, General Ramey was appointed Director of Operations.
General Ramey assumed command of the Fifth Air Force, Far East Air Forces, Korea, in May 1954.

On July 19 , 2023, my phone didn’t pick up how much the object that lit up the sky. I was looking west when I saw an object moving south in the sky. It left a very bright tail and aura that latest about two minutes It may of been a missile.
California Object
on June 16 , 2022, Oddly shaped UAP(s?) discovered in video on a flight from Burbank to Oakland. Speed of the object was ridiculously fast and invisible to the human eye. Filmed at 60 fps (frames per second) – craft e a few hundred yards away from the window, OR is shape-shifting or both.

On August 1, 2018, took dog on a walk at 11:30 pm and saw massive black triangle moving south at low speed with. black martial that emitted a white ball of light near each corner, center and rear heat..
Florida Object
On June 28 , 2023 my daughter and I were fishing and she spotted the UAP moving east from the west at a very slow speed. I grabbed my phone once I realized this was not a plane, blimp, helicopter, balloon, balloons or drone. The object moved at various speeds changing shape until it went straight up out of sight.

Gainesville On July 26, 2023, at 2:46 pm I captured a silver oval dome shaped object fall from sky then immediately change direction. Captured this using a night vision camera on a fixed tripod.

On July 17, 2023, estimate size of circle at around 200 feet in diameter. West bound on 140th street 1/2 east of Highway 77/ Cedar Ave, headed toward the object.

On July 13 , 2023, I was driving and saw a bright glowing object for five minutes. It n started coming back towards me in the west and south. It reflected tons of light and was bigger than an airplane.

There is frequent sighting in the English Channel, England, and further south in France/ Newton Abbot Deven — I sat in the garden sky watching on April 23, 2020. The sky was clear with no planes. I sat there looking around the sky with my Nikon P900 camera when a Royal Navy helicopter flew over the area, I took some photographs as the helicopter flew over the horizon where I spotted a saucer shaped object that was moving at speed across the sky. When I zoomed in, I could see its violet color. I quickly took a photograph at 1:36 PM as it accelerated away at great speed. There is very compelling evidence of alien craft in our skies. I regularly see UFOs around this area, and the aliens have underwater bases.
