Memorandum for Mr. Ladd.
Mr. (name blacked out) also discussed this matter with Colonel L. R. Forney of NID. Colonel Forney indicated that it was his attitude that inasmuch as it has been established that the flying disks are not the result of any Army or Navy experiments, the matter is of interest to the FBI. He stated that he was of the opinion that the Bureau, if possible, should accede to General Schulgen’s request. Edgar Hoover wrote, “I would do it, but before agreeing to it we must insist upon full access to discs recovered. For instance, in the case the Army grabbed it and would not let us have at it for cursory examination.”
Also, in a memo to FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover from the Washington FBI Office Dated March 22, 1950…
“An investigator for the Air Force stated that three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers and about 50 feet in diameter. Each was occupied by three bodies of human shape, but only 3 feet tall and dressed in metallic cloth of an exceptionally fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.” (This memo was released in 1976 under the Freedom of Information Act.
New York UFO Crash Near Niagara Falls?
Crashed UFO on Highway 270 ten miles north of Buffalo
BUFFALO— In the summer of 2001, I was asked to brief the Air National Guard unit at Niagara Falls Air Base, New York, who claimed a crash had occurred in the past and that rumors suggested military firemen and police had responded.
Bob Eure, a former professor at Temple University in Philadelphia, revealed the following story regarding UFOs that are frequently sighted above Lake Ontario. On or about April 15, 1992, a large disc-shaped craft was observed coming out of Lake Ontario, whose average depth is 283 feet, around 7:00 AM. The craft was seen flying erratically south toward Lockport, New York.
The object appeared to wobble and drop lower, as if it were in trouble. Observers reported it seemed to be searching for a landing spot while continuing to lose altitude, until it ultimately crashed on Campbell Boulevard (Route 270), about four miles west of Lockport and ten miles north of Buffalo.
The April 15, 1992, crash was similar to that seen in the movie “MIB”. When the UFO crashed it managed to avoid hitting cars traveling on the road. However, many drivers of the cars stopped to examine the UFO and most waited until the military arrived. The UFO was 100 feet in diameter and 25 feet high. Some reports indicate the craft was on fire. Military, firefighters, and police quickly arrived and cleaned up the crash site and cautioned those there not to talk about the incident. The craft was taken to a large factory nearby. Somehow the authorities were able to keep the crash quiet despite a fairly large number of witnesses.
Interestingly the UFO would have gone down in direct sight of Tim McVeigh father’s home. Therefore, it would surely be rational to assume that Timothy McVeigh could have been still living at his father’s Campbell Boulevard home. Two years later, on the morning of April 19, 1995, an explosion destroyed a large section of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The effects were devastating: 168 people (including 19 children) were dead, several hundred were injured, many of the buildings were destroyed, and hundreds of nearby buildings were damaged. I wonder if the crash had something to do with Timothy McVeigh being convicted of terrorism and executed by lethal injection on June 11, 2001.
In September of 2001. Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station 914th Fire Department asked that I brief them on UFOs. My UFO briefing was cancelled terrorist attack when an American Airlines Boeing 767 filled with 20,000 gallons of jet fuel crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center.

Virtually every aircraft and helicopter are joined by the Dragon UFOs.. We are receiving information about similar Dragons flying formation with aircraft at numerous airports around the world.

We can only speculate about the Dragon UFOs. We know there are large numbers based on where we search for them, they are there following every aircraft. They appear too small to have pilots so they are likely machines made to spy on human aircraft. We are unaware of any attack on aircraft or attempts to foul jet engines. Planes often divert from birds but I’m unaware of aircraft diverting from the Dragon UFOs.

Cristina Gomez: What if everything we think we know about UFOs is wrong? What if they’re not visitors from space, but something far more complex and potentially dangerous? Computer scientist Jacques Vallée, the man who inspired the French scientist character in Close Encounters of the Third Kind, has spent 60 years studying these phenomena. And what he’s discovered will change how you think about reality itself.
Hey, I’m Cristina Gomez, and welcome to this episode of UFO News Updates. In a recent interview with the Sol Foundation, Vallée revealed cases involving mysterious deaths, a massive, classified database of 240,000 UAP encounters, and his controversial theory that we’re dealing with a control system that’s been manipulating humanity for centuries. But here’s the most chilling part. Vallée believes our very survival as a species may depend on figuring out how to communicate with this system. And time is running out.
Jacques Vallee: “When we started, I started building databases based on French cases and cases in Europe. And discussing it with people in French universities, that idea of is it a control system came up. The question that any scientist should ask, you know, I mean, what is it? We have many thousands, dozens of thousands of cases. So, it’s doing something. It’s not hiding. It’s in fact in full view. There are many cases where somebody is driving on the highway and something lands in front of the car. OK, so this is not this is not somebody hiding. This is very much in your face.”
Cristina Gomez: Vallée’s latest book, Forbidden Science, Volume 6, Scattered Castles, published back in January, reveals how his analysis of over 500 high strangeness cases led him to view UAP as a projection into our own reality, akin to a simulated environment. Vallée started as a proponent of the ET theory, the idea that UFOs are visitors from another planet, but analyzing thousands of cases revealed patterns that just didn’t fit. The behavior was too absurd, too theatrical, too focused on psychological impact rather than scientific study.
Jacques Vallee: “The particular case involved something very strange. It involved disks, much like what people now report as drones—except these did not have propellers. They appeared in the sky and seemed to exchange light rays. At the time, people thought this might be some kind of new weapon being developed, and the incidents began in the late 1970s.
In daylight, when they came to the site, there was a truck present. At first, they interpreted what they saw as a dead body inside—though it may have been a decoy or something else entirely. Someone had set fire to the truck, and a man in uniform was there, telling them to go home and insisting there was nothing to see. Yet this was the very location where those beams of light had been exchanged the night before.”
Cristina Gomez: Between 2008 and 2010, working under top secret clearance for the intelligence agency’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Applications Program, better known as AAWSAP, Vallée and his team built something unprecedented, a data warehouse containing 240,000 cases from around the world, integrating 13 to 14 separate databases with translated foreign reports from 593 sources worldwide.
Jacques Vallee: “That structure was intended to feed into an artificial intelligence system with two purposes. The first was refinement—because nobody needs 240,000 cases to recognize that some sort of phenomenon is happening. What we really need are perhaps 20,000 of the best-documented cases, which could then be turned over to the scientific community across various disciplines—from medicine and chemistry to architecture, agriculture, and beyond.
Based on that core dataset, multiple teams could conduct specialized studies. That was the idea. However, the project was cut off after two years, and I don’t know the current disposition of what we accomplished. At that point, the project was terminated. I should also make it clear that I don’t hold any secret clearance or special access beyond that study.”
Cristina Gomez: The database included cases of UAP-related injuries or anomalies not publicly declassified. Then, after just two years and $22 million in funding, the program was terminated. The database vanished into the classified world, and Vallée confirmed the database’s potential for AI-driven analysis of the top 20,000 cases, but emphasized its classification limits, and its scientific access. What do you think happened to that database? Was it transferred to another program, or is it sitting unused in some classified vault? Drop your thoughts into the comments.
Vallée has strong opinions about the current congressional approach to UAP research. Take a listen to this.
Jacques Vallee: “When is the last time science had to wait for a decision of Congress to study something? That’s not how universities operate. You conduct experiments, and in the course of those experiments, you discover a discrepancy. You study that discrepancy—because it could lead to an invention, a breakthrough, or even a new theory.
If you have a patient in front of you who is dying from something previously unrecognized, you document it—you don’t call your congressman. So why are we spending all this time in Washington assuming that Congress is going to do science? That’s not what we pay them for, and it’s not what Congress does. The laws they pass may or may not relate to science. Of course, legislators certainly have a role, which is important, but we are misunderstanding what that role truly is.”
Cristina Gomez: The criticism hits at a fundamental issue highlighted in the recent 2024 congressional hearing. Lawmakers are frustrated by lack of transparency from Pentagon offices like the whole domain anomaly resolution office AARO. But Vallée argues this misses the point entirely. Science doesn’t wait for political permission. As he notes, the last time science needed Congress to approve studying a new phenomenon? You document the anomaly, you investigate it, you don’t call your congressman. And this tension between political oversight and scientific investigation continues to hamper serious research.
Perhaps Vallée’s most sobering revelation concerning humanity’s future was mentioned here.
Jacques Vallee: “Do we know that the phenomenon has been with us for a long time? Perhaps for as long as humans have been on Earth. This raises the question: why do we see such a concentration of it now? Well, this is the first time we are approaching a true test. Astronomers have long said that in the evolution of life on a planet, there comes a point of discontinuity—where a civilization develops technology advanced enough to threaten its own environment.
There are signs that we may have reached that stage. While we haven’t completely destroyed our environment, we have made a number of faulty decisions in our technical and economic development that now threaten our continued existence on this planet.”
Cristina Gomez: Vallée believes we’re at a critical evolutionary juncture, the point where a species either learns to manage its technology responsibly or destroy itself. Drawing from insights in recent scientific papers about the Great Filter hypothesis, many civilizations may not survive this transition, and the increased intensity of UAP activity, Vallée suggests, might be related to this critical moment. If advanced intelligences monitor developing civilizations, they will know we’re approaching this make or break point.
And Vallée’s approach goes beyond passive observation. He built an observatory in Northern California trying to provoke a response from the phenomenon. And this is what happened on the last day of his research.
Jacques Vallee: “In the middle of the night, there was such a bright light that woke her up and there were no curtains anymore. There was nothing on the windows. There was a light that brightened up the whole forest. It was intense white tending to the ultraviolet. And she saw this and then told me about it. And it was like something very much alive saying goodbye. And you know, there is a sense of humor in all the manifestations of UFOs. A sense of humor at a level which is difficult for us to accept.”
Cristina Gomez: The timing was too perfect to be a coincidence. Nothing for years. Then this spectacular light display on the final night, as if the phenomenon were kind of winking at him. And this aligns with patterns noted by other researchers. The phenomenon seems to avoid scientific documentation while maintaining just enough presence to continue the mystery.
And Vallée spent six decades studying UFOs and reached a revolutionary conclusion. We’re not dealing with visitors from space, but with something far more complex, a control system that’s been shaping humanity’s consciousness throughout history. Whether this system is trying to guide our evolution, evaluate our responses, or simply maintain its own hidden existence remains very unclear. But Vallée’s research suggests our survival may depend on learning to communicate with it intelligently.
The massive database his team built could have provided answers, but instead it disappeared into the classified world and we’re left with congressional hearings that treat symptoms rather than causes. Skin of Aliens
Len Stringfield told me about the skin of the Roswell flight crew: He stated that macroscopically, the skin resembled the tiny, granulated smooth beaded inhabiting the islands of the South Pacific.

Len Stringfield stated that his physicians reported that the skin was NOT the semi-permeable layers that hold in moisture and fluids and hold out dangerous rot bacilli. Stringfield stated that it was like synthetic screen mesh under a microscope. He stated that,
“The alien flight crews would have leaked like sieves if they were walking around outside the landed craft and not encased in some artificial cellophane-like substance. “Infection would have occurred in seconds.” The floor of the craft had a texture of the floor was like “Coral growth” patterns. The kidney dialysis bag of the aliens was similar to the crystalline layers of microbes in the floor layers. He also described vented louvers in the flooring edges on either side of the crew compartment, which were similar to the gill slits of sharks. The craft may have had fluids inside to cushion the flight crew from high “G” aerial maneuvers
The alien flight crew would likely die from the rapid onset of infections and dehydration. Fluid in the craft would allow for near buoyancy in seawater and allows the craft to dive into the ocean and fly out again with slightly positive buoyancy offset by its propulsion system.
In Eugene H. Burt’s book “UFOs and Diamagnetism,’
Burt discusses the Hall voltage developed across a conductor when the conductor is inserted in a magnetic field. In a few cases, one of them being Bismuth, the current may be considered positive current. It should be beneficial to determine whether there is a correlation between the observed diamagnetism in solid state physics and a positive current as determined by the Hall Effect.
Henry Wallace, a GE Engineer, patented a device for creating secondary gravitational fields. He described using spinning discs composed of bismuth which had developed a strong positive electrostatic charge. Bismuth has a density as heavy as lead.
It can be found in the circulation of hot water hydrothermal veins that also have nickel, cobalt silver, tin, and uranium sulfides. that were suspended and charged with high voltages.
Townsen T. Brown experimented with disc- shaped capacitors.
These disc- shaped capacitors accelerated toward the capacitor’s positive pole. The Brown Effect is usually referred to as electro gravity. Objects that are highly polarized and develop high voltages tend to lose weight and levitate. Experiments with spinning objects also show gravitationally anomalous effects.
Flying saucers are surrounded by an ionizing field that levitates and propels them as well as acting as a refractive lens to divert light in stealth mode. Diamagnetic materials create an induced magnetic field in a direction opposite the Earth’s magnetic field and are repelled by the applied magnetic field. In contrast, the opposite behavior is exhibited by paramagnetic materials.
Materials called diamagnetic are those that laymen generally think of as non-magnetic, and include water, wood, most organic compounds such as petroleum and some plastics, and many metals including copper, particularly the heavy ones with many core electrons, such as mercury, gold, and bismuth. Diamagnets may levitate in stable equilibrium in a magnetic field, with no power consumption.
The Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands has conducted experiments where water and other substances were successfully levitated. Most spectacularly, a live frog) was levitated.
In September 2009, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California announced they had successfully levitated mice using a super-conducting magnet.
They hope to perform experiments regarding the effects of microgravity on bone and muscle mass. Recent experiments studying the growth of protein crystals have led to a technique using powerful magnets to allow growth in ways that counteract Earth’s gravity.
Metallic hexagonal crystals reported on the craft also show diamagnetic behavior and may function as waveguides in superconductors.
Discs are likely to develop a time-varying diamagnetic field that interacts with the earth’s magnetic field. The Roswell craft had advanced technology, an organic technology that is able to grow an ordered structure from a crystalline matrix. Such organic technology is our next step in growing homes and vehicles that can change their shape.
Lockheed’s X-33,
The Roswell craft may have become the model for Lockheed’s X-33, a rocket-based Single Stage to Orbit (SISTO) Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV). The Lockheed Martin Skunk Works X-33 uses a lifting body shape coupled with a rocket engine to propel the vehicle to over Mach 15.
It seems amazing that aliens would use so many designs similar to underwater living entities.
This indicates they live and develop underwater or come from a planet with similar water conditions.
We can even speculate alien humanoids developed a civilization beneath the sea as speculated
The lifting body shape is similar to the stingray.
Carl Feindt in his book “UFOs and Water” the Sea, lakes, and rivers” discuss the large number of sightings that have occurred in water, leaving and entering the Sea, lakes, and rivers.
Carl does not feel there is an Earth based civilization that aliens simply use water as a convenient hiding place

The Air Force discovered Townsen T. Brown experimented with disc- shaped capacitors that were suspended and charged with high voltages.. Objects that are highly polarized and develop high voltages tend to lose weight and levitate.
Engineers marveled at the thin amalgam of the most refined copper and purest silver they had ever seen that covered the metal was remarkable for its conductivity, as if the entire craft were an electrical circuit offering no resistance to the flow of current. [p107] Accelerating from a near stationary hover above a given spot, like a helicopter, to speeds in excess of seven thousand miles per hour in a matter of seconds? The craft itself was an electrical circuit ship’s underside.
Bottom Debris From Crashed UFO
That the flight suits – “flight skins” is a better description – the creatures wore were made of a substance whose atomic structure was elongated, strengthened lengthwise, so as to provide a directional flow to any current applied to it. The engineers who first discovered this were amazed at the pure conductivity of these skins, functionally like the skin of the craft itself and their obvious ability to protect the wearer while at the same time vectoring some kind of electronic field. [p108]
The debris and the spacecraft indicated that an engine didn’t somehow fall out of the craft when it crashed. A conventional engine was never there in the first place. What we found was that the craft seemed to have had the ability to store as well as conduct a vast amount of current. What if the craft itself were the engine, imparted with a steady current from another source that it stored as if it were a giant capacitor? This would be like charging the battery in an electric car and running it until the battery was drained. [p109]
UFOs are often seen above Power stations or electric lines
The Roswell craft was simply a capacitor that stored current that was controlled or vectored by the pilot and was able to be recharged in some way or could recharge itself with some form of built-in generator. UFOs are often seen above Power stations or electric lines recharging their batteries. Scientists who had gone to the Air Materiel Command at Wright Field to see the debris were speculating that the electronic potential of the Roswell craft reminded them of the German and British antigravity experiments of the 1920s and 1930s. Tesla and a number of other European scientists had been pioneers in the conversion of circumscribed small-area antigravity fields out of electromagnetic fields. [p110]
But what if the flying craft already carried enough electric potential and storage capacity to retain its power, just like a very advanced flying battery? Then it might have all the power it needed to propagate and vector a wave directionally by shifting its magnetic poles. If the magnetic field theory experiments conducted by engineers and electrical energy pioneers were correct.
Assuming Paul Biefeld and Townsend Brown in the 1920s at the California Institute for Advanced Studies were accurately reported.
The U.S. military as well as scientific record keepers at Hoover’s young Bureau of Investigation kept remarkably close tabs on what these engineers were doing. Then the technological theory for anti gravity flight existed before World War II.
The Germans developed and flew flying disks
If the EBEs utilized a wave-propagation technology as an antigravity drive and navigation system, then they traveled inside Molecular alignment metallic alloys. About the only possible process that could interfere with the electromagnetic field drive we suspected the aliens were using was a directed-particle energy-beam weapon that could disrupt the electromagnetic wave formation around the spacecraft and penetrate the antigravity field. That ETs, angels, and humans may be from the future is a 1960s “Star Trek” narrative that he parrots and given that time is probably circular––the past, present, and future are all happening at once and time.
Jack Sarfatti Phd. claims. “That’s what metric engineering physics i.e., control of gravity with SMALL amounts of energy is all about! Physics is elementary, all sufficiently advanced civilizations have it. For us right now the engineering of metamaterials is the Biggy.”
Metamaterials are engineered materials with unique properties not found in nature. They can manipulate electromagnetic waves in ways that conventional materials cannot. Applications include super lenses that can focus light beyond the diffraction limit. Metamaterials can enable cloaking devices that render objects invisible to certain wavelengths. They are used in antennas to enhance signal strength and bandwidth. Research is ongoing to develop metamaterials for improved wireless scan technologies. By utilizing sophisticated production processes such as nanofabrication methods and additive manufacturing, scientists can create metamaterials with exceptional accuracy at the nanoscale.\
“Area 51”pyramid
The Air Force’s infamous super-secret base at Groom Lake, Nevada also known as “Area 51” or “Dreamland” has constructed a massive desert pyramid. It could be a radar site, but speculation suggests it may tie into the network of ancient pyramids worldwide and draw upon alien technology to absorb the energies to power ancient UFOs?
Pyramids are magnificent structures thought to have been alien. Scientists in China and Russia think so. Now, the hidden technology of those ancient structures is being activated as massive pyramids around the globe are shooting pulsing streams of raw energy deep into space. Were some pyramids actually designed by aliens that created a worldwide network of advanced city-states based on their super science? Pyramid technology is ancient and global. Fantastic pyramids have been discovered in South American jungles, the ocean’s floors, on high plateaus and desolate deserts often with a series of pipes stretching out for miles or various underground water canals. Hundreds were built in Tibet and China allegedly by blue eyed, white skinned blonde aliens.
I’ve researched these ancient silent stone sentinels and visited many and convinced that at least a few of the mighty structures are actually advanced machines engineered to accomplish energies that could dwarf today’s technology.’

UFO Bases
Mt Shasta sits proudly overlooking all around it in Northern California and has done so, at least according to various Native American tribes of the area, since the beginning of time. Their own legends state it to be the point of creation!
In contemporary times, the area was a UFO hot spot. Regular sightings are reported. Several pieces of footage have made their way online, claiming to show strange cosmic craft vanishing into some kind of portal in the skies of the mountain.
There are also equally regular sightings of strange creatures with glowing red eyes that lurk in the cave systems around the vast base and woodlands of the mountain. A three-year-old boy who went missing for five hours while camping with his grandparents was eventually found safe and well. However, he would tell strange tales. He claimed that a “robot Grandma” had taken him into the caves and into a room “full of guns and spiders.” Grandma claimed that he had been placed into his mother’s womb by beings from outer space.

…A great deal of UFO research has also led to the conclusion that various…species of aliens have set up secret underground or undersea bases in the United States and other countries. It is logical to assume that such bases have also been established elsewhere in the solar system. If such bases exist, where would we find them? Existing information allows us to make a few educated guesses.
The dark, cavernous world beneath our feet is the source of many baffling mysteries. Clandestine UFO bases may be hidden deep within the earth in natural and/or artificial caverns. I am well aware of the vast extent of cave systems within the United States. In Missouri, for example, there are over 2,500 known caves and dozens of new ones being discovered every year. Many of these caves are intricately linked together by numerous passageways and interconnecting chambers. There are more caves and caverns in Tennessee than any other U.S. state, with more than 8,000 having been officially registered to date.
“One particular species of blind white (albino) cave fish, the TYPICITY’S, has been found in many widely separated cave systems over several states. It has been found in caves that make a great arc through Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and UNDER the Mississippi River extending into Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma! A vast section of the Central and Southern United States must lie above one immense cavern system! Underground rivers also exist.
Many caves possess rooms hundreds of feet in length, width, and height. I most cases, these huge natural caverns can only be reached and explored with the utmost skill and perseverance. There are only a few thousand National Speleological Society (NSS) members in the United States and only a few hundred of this number are active searchers. With so few spelunkers spread over such a large area, only an exceedingly small fraction of the tens of thousands of known caves in this country have been carefully mapped and explored. Thousands of other caves remain undiscovered and unexplored.
“Extensive evidence indicates that caves in the United States may be connected with caves in other parts of the world. In Mexico, the cave known as ‘Sotano de las Golondrinas,’ (or) basement of the swallows, in the Municipio de Aquismo, reaches a depth of 1100 feet (334 meters).
Giant ‘sinkhole
The cave is actually a giant ‘sinkhole’ or ‘hole’ in the ground with a nearly circular opening at the top, hundreds of feet in diameter. It is impossible to climb down the sides of Golondrinas because the walls of the opening are too smooth and “belled out.” To reach the bottom of the cave, a special rope over 1100 feet long must be secured at the top of the opening and dropped into the sinkhole. Explorers must then descend into the yawning hole one at a time using special cave repelling gear and climbing techniques.
At the bottom of Sotano de las Golondrinas are numerous ‘leads or openings to a multiplicity of different crevices, passages, crawlways, and rooms which have never been mapped or investigated. UFOs are often seen entering the ground where caves are expected or the side of mountains.
“The entrance to Golondrinas is located in one of the most primitive and uncivilized are as of Mexico and local inhabitants are afraid to approach the cave because they believe it is full of ‘evil spirits’ which lure people to their deaths. They tell stories of people mysteriously disappearing never to be heard from again while passing near the cave entrance. These stories may be based more on fact than fiction: They are similar in some respects to UFO abduction reports. Because of its huge size, remote location, and unique geological structure, Golondrinas would be an ideal UFO base. Naturally, camouflaged caves in other parts of the world may serve as excellent natural bases, way stations, and ‘depots’ for UFOs.
“An underground nuclear test called the ‘Schooner Experiment’ conducted in December 1968, substantiates the theory that caves in North and South America are intimately linked. In this test, a 35- kiloton nuclear bomb exploded under the desert of Nevada. Five days after the test, the radiation level rose from 10 to 20 times in Canada 1000 miles away from the Nevada test site! The only way the radioactive dust could have traveled that far is through an interconnected system of caves extending all the way from Nevada to Canada!”

George Ritter lived next to the field and took hundreds of photos and videos of the UFOs entering and leaving the field. The farmer’s crops did not seem to be disturbed despite the activity.
