There is a serious and growing danger that UFOs may be mistaken for Soviet missiles or jets, accidentally setting off war. Several Air defense scrambles and alerts already have occurred when defense radar-men mistook UFO formations for possible enemy machines”. NICAP agrees with the sober warnings by General L. M. Chassin, recent NATO Coordinator of Allied Air Services (to recognize UFOs before a case of mistaken identity causes a global tragedy *). By AF policy, members of Congress and committee chairmen have repeatedly been told that the UFOs are non-existent, and that hearings would benefit only the sensation-seekers and science-fiction publishers. The following evidence is submitted to interested members of Congress, as proof of the need for immediate emergency action.

There is an increasing danger–as the NICAP Board has warned the US AirForce–that the Soviet Union could exploit the muddled UFO situation at any time. TR-3B Craft Anti-Gravity Aircraft
The TR-3B Craft Anti-Gravity Aircraft
doesn’t use conventional turbine or rocket engine technology, but instead a propulsion system that creates thrust by generating high-energy plasma. These aircraft are also referred to as ‘flux liners’.
R-Force’s primary recon aero spacecraft, the SR-74 Blackbird III is a high speed reconnaissance platform almost exclusively operated by R-Force’s Aerospace branch. Powered by two custom built twin linked pairs of F238-AS Fusion Reactors, the Blackbird III possesses both extreme amounts of power generation capabilities as well as extremely high top speeds. With a maximum speed of Mach 15 at sea level and Mach 45 at altitude, the Blackbird III is widely considered to be the absolute fastest aerospace craft in the known Multiverse. To further the vehicle’s reach, a miniaturized Mod Drive is also installed, allowing for limited multiverse travel as well as FTL flights. A variety of sensors, such as ultra-high resolution cameras, hyperspectral/PESA arrays, surface-penetrating GRADAR, radiological sensors, and numerous others. Rumors that the U.S. has a highly classified fleet of antigravity vehicles have circulated for years. On March 23, 1993, at an engineering conference in Los Angeles, Dr. Ben Rich former CEO of Lockheed’s Skunkworks, showed a slide with a black disk headed for space and said: “We now have the technology to take ET home”.
In his book, “The Hunt for Zero Point,” Jane’s Defense Weekly analyst Nick Cook writes “there has been speculation since the late 1980s about the existence of a secret replacement for the Blackbird, a mythical plane called the Aurora that comprises two types of hypersonic aircraft used for space flight. He said: “The Aurora comprises the SR-75 capable of speeds above Mach 5, and acts as a mother ship for the SR-74 that can travel at speeds of Mach 18 or more into space to deliver satellites.”
The Lockheed raven is a hyper-sonic reconnaissance aircraft made to replace the SR-71; it uses four turbo-scram-jet engines along with a hydrogen enhanced afterburner (press 1) pushing this aircraft from 20000 up to over 30000 mph or Mach 39.1. Max recommends altitude of 200000 feet (cruising altitude is between 100000 and 150000 ft)

More significant is the large black triangular vehicle, the TR-3B that Fouche claims generates an intense magnetic field that reduces its weight by 89 percent. He says that the TR-3B uses the Biefeld-Brown effect (created by large electrostatic charges) to reduce its weight so that more conventional propulsion systems such as scramjets can give it amazing speeds. This would be well above Mach 18 that he claims is the speed of the SR-74. Mach 18 is approximately 13,701.73 miles per hour.
Lockheed TR-3 Data Release Overview
The term TR-3r release refers to Technology Refresh 3, a major upgrade package for the F-35 Lightning II fighter jet developed by Lockheed Martin. It’s not a separate aircraft like the rumored “TR-3B,” but rather a software and hardware modernization effort that lays the foundation for the future Block 4 capabilities.
The TR-3B Black Manta doesn’t exist officially. It uses highly pressured mercury accelerated by nuclear energy to produce a plasma that creates a field of anti-gravity around the ship. Conventional thrusters located at the tips of the craft allow it to perform all manner of rapid high speed maneuvers along all three axes. Interestingly, the plasma generated also reduces radar signature significantly. So, it’ll be almost invisible on the radar and remain undetected. This literally means that it can go to any country it likes without being detected by air traffic control & air defense systems. The TR-3B craft that uses highly pressured mercury accelerated by nuclear energy, so that plasma is produced, which, in turn, creates a field of anti-gravity around the craft.
It has an electromagnetic coil at the heart of its motive power system, the result of which is an electromagnetic drive that interacts with the Higgs-Boson field at the quantum level.
As with many divergent aviation technologies, anti-gravity technology dates back to the latter part and aftermath of World war II, and specifically the covert U.S. project known as Operation Paperclip.
The objective of Operation Paperclip was for the U.S. to gain as much leverage against the Soviet Union in the military armaments technology race, which is why the project was packed to the rafters with German scientists who were avowed members of the Nazi Party.
That means the U.S. has been investigating anti-gravity technology for nearly 70 years. It is the culmination of theories regarding gravitation, quantum gravity and general relativity, the latter as first put forward by Albert Einstein himself.
Anti-gravity is of huge interest to the military and scientists alike, given that, for example, one could hypothetically reduce an aircraft’s mass by using electromagnetic propulsion, even down to zero.
Little wonder that the likes of NASA, the U.S. Air Force and Lockheed Martin researchers have all invested in theoretical studies regarding the ability to alter inert mass.
According to experts, the TR-3B Black Manta would use conventional thrusters located at the tips of the aircraft that would allow it to perform a dizzying number of rapid high-speed maneuvers, including perfect right-angle turns and hyper acceleration.
And it could achieve this along all its three axes. Remember, the TR-3B was designed to be a subsonic stealth spy plane. For one thing, it’s a very silent aircraft, save for a slight humming sound. An interesting by-product of the plasma the TR-3B generates is that it significantly reduces the aircraft’s radar signature, thereby making it ideal for missions in which stealth is paramount.
That means the TR-3B Black Manta could sneak into just about any air space of any country and not be detected by its air traffic control or air defense systems.
This little black number has been associated with multiple reports of sightings of triangle aircraft flying over Antelope Valley, an area of desert in southern California much beloved by UFO watchers.
It’s also this desert area of California that draws people interested in covert black project or ‘black ops aircraft projects, given its close proximity to several known military research and testing areas, including Edwards Air Force Base and USAF Plant 42, the latter which is a mere 60 miles or 97 kilometers from downtown Los Angeles.
In my humble opinion, the United States Air Force must thank its lucky stars for UFO enthusiasts and believers of alien spacecraft. After all, as Popular Mechanics has written, a number of reports of so-called black triangle UFOs have probably been secret military aircraft in reality.T
R-3B Black Manta would certainly be the type of black ops project typical of the U.S. Air Force and Navy.
The U2 spy plane of the 1950s, the SR-71 jet of the 1980s, and the present-day F-117A stealth craft are just three examples of planes that the U.S. Air Force denied existed for years, all of which were first covertly developed at Nevada’s infamous Area 51 base.
Let’s forget that Area 51 itself was only finally acknowledged by the U.S. government when that most covert of agencies, the CIA, did so in June 2013, courtesy of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed eight years earlier.
But does it exist? There are of course the inevitable allegations that the TR-3B was built by the military using extraterrestrial reverse-engineered technology.

The most popular response to incidents of anomalous aerial phenomena or even reports of entities associated with unusual flying craft is to assign an extraterrestrial explanation. But does this idea adequately explain the range and scope of these phenomena? Men in Black (MIBs} don’t seem to have much of anything to do with the real issue (many ‘serious investigators conclude) — UFOs are from another planet and are here doing terrible things to us (or particularly good things for us, depending on your point of view)! I have been privileged to have many colleagues — names who would be known to most of you reading this — who have felt confident enough to confide in me their MIB experiences. I believe that if you knew who these individuals were, and were able to question them, they would deny their experiences. I wouldn’t blame them. The MIB experience is something that is extremely disturbing at the time it occurs, something that is very difficult to discuss with anyone, and something that continues to haunt the victim for the rest of their lives. Today, I want to talk about the absolute reality of these experiences. Tey are, most emphatically, not hallucinations, and except for a few instances, not hoaxes. the___14 MIB event is long overdue for serious study. In response to NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine’s earlier remark that US astronauts would not be able to make a lunar landing by 2024 unless Trump administration’s $1.6 billion budget increase request is not approved by the US Congress, Trump declare we’re going to Mars soon.

The single most significant action in the Missile Defense Review is the endorsement of a program to build a new network of early warning and tracking satellites, which the Pentagon callsit Golden Dome.

In a speech to a packed auditorium,, congratulated Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan for his job performance, blasted NATO allies for not paying enough for their own security, and jabbed at Democrats for not agreeing to fund a border wall. He mentioned the importance of space as a domain of war and assured the Pentagon that its budget for fiscal year 2020 will request funding for new missile-tracking satellites.

M.S. Michael Salla, PH.D. Writes, R.C. Randy Cramer (Captain, USMC) claims he went to Mars in 1987 and help defend bases formed by several nations. In the interview, Cramer’s described his training as a child super soldier to serve as a member of an elite Marine Corps unit that provides personnel for a secret space program with military bases on the Moon, Mars and other parts of the solar system. The Mars Defense Force (MDF) defended the Mars Colony Corporation that had five civilian settlements on Mars from indigenous Martians. He flew to Forward Station Zebra and spent the next 17 plus years of his life as a member of the special tactical operations division. The Mars Colony Corporations mission is to extract minerals and his job was to defend the operation from Martians.
He fought a native Reptoid species and a native Insectoid species that don’t necessarily live in the same areas but have their own nests and hives.
There is evidence of mining on Mars and possible bases. The Martians have bases and cities hundreds of feet underground.. There was an invasive Reptoid species; they were Draconians, Alpha Draconians. He was promoted up to Sergeant-Major after 17 years.

UK News Darren Perks reports since 1980 that a secret space fleet code named ‘Solar Warden’ has been in operation unknown to the public that allegedly includes key world governments. While conducting an FOI (freedom of information) request with the DOD (department of defense) in 2010, I had a much unexpected response by email from them which read:
“About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President Obama. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with DOD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager.
The program not only operates classified under the US Government but also under the United Nations authority. So, you might be wondering how do I know this information? Well, there are a few people and many others that have tried hard to find out the truth and have succeeded by leaking information or simply asking questions and have government departments slip up and give away information freely, just like what happened when Darren Perks asked the DOD. One notable contributor is Gary Mckinnon.
When Gary McKinnoGary hacked into U.S. Space Command computers several years ago and learned of the existence of “non-terrestrial officers” and “fleet-to-fleet transfers” and a secret program called “Solar Warden”, he was charged by the Bush Justice Department with having committed “the biggest military computer hack of all time”, and stood to face prison time of up to 70 years after extradition from UK. But trying earnest McKinnon in open court would involve his testifying to the above classified facts, and his attorney would be able to subpoena government officers to testify under oath about the Navy’s Space Fleet. McKinnon also found out about ships or crafts within Solar Warden. It is said that there are about eight cigar-shaped Motherships (each longer than two football fields end-to-end) and 43 small “scout ships.

A couple ships were named the USSS Curtis Lemay and USSS Roscoe Hillenkoetter. He claims it points to a secret American space program. He allegedly has enogh data to embarrass the United States and a court case wouod expose.

Normally, both NASA vehicles require gradual orbital corrections that would take much time and be insufficient to deal with an immediate threat. According to Ted Twietmeyer, the citation is circumstantial evidence for the existence of antigravity vehicles with advanced particle beam weapons that could remove orbital debris from the path of NASA vehicles. These spaceships must be armed with particle beam or quantum weaponry, chemical lasers or electrically excited reactor powered lasers and other weaponry. These weapons could also be used to destroy objects in the path of the space station or space shuttle. There were several eyewitness reports of hovering black triangles firing at targets in Iraq during the early days of the war.
There is a massive anti-gravity energy field surrounding these vehicles which interferes with all electronic devices, making it unlikely anyone could ever get good images of them.
War has historically been the best proving ground for all new weapons. In the UK, the press and media are forbidden under the UK Secrets Act from reporting on sightings of black triangles.
Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, great granddaughter of President Dwight Eisenhower, claims that from April 2006 to January 2007, she and a friend were the targets of a covert recruitment effort to be taken to a future Mars colony to escape imminent catastrophic earth events.
Laura Eisenhower says that despite her repeated refusals, she was subjected to different forms of pressure by individuals associated with the Mars colony project, the head of which she claimed was famed physicist, Dr. Hal Puthoff.

Important clues may emerge from the recently released Reagan records about Strategic Command’s classified space fleet. More significantly, the public may soon learn about the advanced antigravity technologies that have been secretly developed and used for decades to fly military astronauts into deep space. Many of the Paperclip scientists worked at the (Air Material Command’s) Foreign Technology Division at Wright Field, Ohio? Two Paper Clip scientists at Wright Field were Dr. Hans Amtmann and Dr. Alexander Lippisch who designed the ME 163 Rocket aircraft and swept wing designs. One was named Siegfried Knemeyer was a former Nazi Luftwaffe Pilot and RLM Director of the German Air Ministry that helped create the V-1 and V-2 rockets. They allegedly helped in back engineering the Roswell and Socorro UFOs.
The Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) was proposed by U.S. President Ronald Reagan on March 23, 1983, to use ground- and space-based systems to protect the United States from attack by strategic nuclear ballistic missiles. The Strategic Defense Initiative was set up in 1984 becoming the most expensive weapons system ever, and “was widely criticized as being unrealistic. It was soon derided and called Star Wars.
According to William Tomkins Star Wars exists and several countries in the United Nations have joined together to fight off negative extra-terrestrials. It appears that the billions spent to develop an effective system may now exist.

I personally had a long talk with Marine Corps Lance Corporal John Weygandt, who was part of the Disclosure Project, who was sent to Peru in March 1997, to provide perimeter security for a radar installation that he was told tracked drug traffic aircraft in Peru and Bolivia. He
States, “About midnight, while I was on guard duty, Sergeant Allen and Sergeant Atkinson told me, an aircraft crashed and they need us to go and secure the crash site.” Early that morning we drove six Hummers close to the crash site just when it started to get light. Well, we found the area really easy because there was a huge gash in the land where something had crashed. Everything was burned and it was like something had almost cut warm butter with a knife. It was like something on fire or had some kind of energy like a laser had cut it. It was really strange. I was in the front with Sergeant Allen and Sergeant Atkinson and we were ten or twenty meters ahead of everyone else. We were the first ones to see this thing. It had gone up the hill and then off at the side of the ravine and ridge. This was a 200-foot ridge of solid rock. A huge craft was buried at a 45-degree angle on the side of the cliff there at the ridge. It was straight up and down.
The craft was dripping a greenish-purple syrup-like liquid. The liquid was everywhere and fluctuated like it was alive and changing to a different shade of greenish purple. The craft was humming like a bass guitar and had a slowly turning light. Most of the craft seemed buried onto the cliff but vents, like a fish gill, were on the back. The liquid got on my clothes and ate holes in them and burned off some hair on my arms. There were three holes in the ship that may have been hatches that were not flush with the main body of the craft. There was another hatch with the same width and diameter as the top hatch and it was kind of crooked to the side and it was half open. I didn’t see any lights or anything coming out of it but I felt this… presence. It is really strange. I think the creatures calmed me. It was weird and I think they were trying to communicate with me, telepathically. The Corporal estimated the craft was ten meters in width and about 20 meters in length and shaped like something between an egg and a teardrop. The skin of the craft had bumps and notches and appendages on it. It was really organic and almost like art. It looked like something that could be made in a shop. It looked like it could have been handmade but out of what materials I do not know. It was definitely nothing like titanium. It looked like metal but there was no reflection. The sun was shining on it and I could see the different shades of the craft and it didn’t reflect anything. Suddenly the Sergeants were yelling at me to get the hell out of there.
After we climbed back up, the Department of Energy people were there. I was arrested and cuffed, both hands down. I had all my gear taken from me by men in black cammies who threatened me and subdued me and put me on a cot. They had no name tags. At the crash site there were about thirty of these guys wearing hazard suits.
THAAD Anti-Missile System
I had been told craft were flying in and out of the atmosphere at Mach ten plus. When you have objects that reenter the atmosphere and then stop on a dime and then turn around and go exactly the opposite direction – that is kind of strange. Meteors don’t do that. The craft was not from Earth. I knew that when I looked at it. I wondered if those facilities were built for the intent to track UFO’s and their cover was to track drug aircraft. They had laser range finders and all kinds of high tech stuff that I have never seen before. I couldn’t really explain it. They [the laser range finders] that looked like big telescopes and some sort of Command Center manned by a multi –national force. So, these crafts were tracked from this particular radar and were logged. I’m confident that when I saw the aircraft, it had been hit by something, perhaps by a Patriot Missile System or laser weapons. Something had taken it out.
Editor’s Note: Corporal Weygandt described a craft damaged by enemy action, either ours or an opposing alien force. His testimony on Page 274 of “Disclosure: Witnesses Reveal the Greatest Secrets” by Steven Greer M.D. is excellent and indicates lethal deadly force was being used against alien intruders during the Clinton Administration. We can assume this war continues against some invaders.

The white cloud seems to be a portal with UFOs escaping out of the Portal AT LOWER RIGHT .The witness claims to have seen multiple UFOs emerging before getting these photos.

Al Mathews reports seeing various objects in the sky and some leave one portal and enter another.
Fiction writing and movies have long portrayed portals—wondrous gates linking distant worlds, dimensions, of times: Dozens of movies and books suggest Portals exist that link two places in the universe. For example there is some type of portal linking Earth with Heaven. Perhaps linking Earth with other planets so that UFOs can make a long journey of millions of miles in space into one that takes a few hours. This is one of the crafts that the iPhone video shows coming out of a cloud like Portal. The craft almost appears to be in wo parts or joining or separating. There is kind of darkness surrounding the craft suggesting it is affecting the atmosphere.
Severe cold or severe heat from the craft’s skin is a possibility We also might be viewing the craft growing larger. We have witnessed tiny craft growing from the size of a basketball to a huge spaceship. Travelling through space miniaturized is safer and less likely to be seen or hit a meteor. I have seen UFOs myself and had high ranking people confirm their existence.

Researchers think they have found a depiction of Noah’s Ark on the 3,000-year-old Babylonian Map of the World. Also known as the Imago Mundi, the clay tablet has baffled archaeologists for over a century.
Archaeologist Hormuzd Rassam discovered the tablet in 1882 in Sippar, an ancient Babylonian city in present-day Iraq. It now lies in the British Museum, and researchers finally think they have decoded it. Curator Irving Finkel says that the cuneiform writing on the tablet tells of the ancient Babylonians’ beliefs and culture.
