Lt. Col. Ware states “ I was 50 years old before I realized that my flying dreams at age five were probably out-of-body experiences. I saw seven UFOs over Washington, DC on 26 July 1952. that made headlines around the world. That started my search for truth. I was 55 before I realized that I had received guidance from my spirit guides at age 18. Following a philosophical discussion with my fraternity brothers, I woke at 2 am with much information in my mind that I wrote down. It said that my only ambition was to be the happiest man in the world. What it took to make me happy was a little more than my share of love, excitement, and self-satisfaction.” Then I defined each of those terms. I was at a point in my career, and this helped me realize that by making a commitment to become an Air Force pilot I could find all the ingredients of happiness. This decision allowed me to retire at age 47 to become a truth seeker.

Lt. Col. Ware states “I saw red light UFOs twice at MUFON meetings in Pensacola, Florida. I saw them five times in Gulf Breeze, once with Steven Greer and many others on 14 Mar 92. They interacted with our thoughts and lights. My last sighting was 22 Jun 93 on a sky watch with Winston Milonski from the top of a sand dune near Ft. Walton Beach. We had been sending out thoughts of friendship and welcome for 30 minutes and just talking for 30 minutes. When I suggested that we go home since nothing had appeared except boats and planes, two lights appeared directly in front of us. I immediately put my 10-power binoculars on them. A red one rose slowly from the water while a brighter white one zipped horizontally above the horizon to a point directly under the red one. Then they both blinked out. That could not have been a flare from someone in an unseen raft.”

Lieutenant Colonel Ware resided in the Gulf Breeze area and was extensively involved in ufology. His activities ranged from serving as a MUFON board member and MUFON Eastern Regional Director to directing the International UFO Congress. His website demonstrates his apparent extreme views on topics UFO, including a “transformation” currently taking place and facilitated by an alien intelligence.

In 1989, Lt. Col. Ware I received twelve messages that appeared to come a higher intelligence, not directly, but through seven other people using three different telepathic processes. They were directed to me by name. When the receiver did not know me, a third person known to both was named. I started paying attention. They said that I have a mission to show people that “science and spirituality are two sides of one coin and cannot be separated.” They said that I should become a connoisseur of all types of telepathically acquired messages. The messages taught me lessons and contained much useful advice as an investigator of the paranormal. One of the messages was designed to use me as a messenger to tell a general at Eglin AFB to stop knocking down alien vehicles with their non-lethal directed electromagnetic pulse device. The “Gulf Breeze Incident” that inspired this message occurred when three TV crews had their cameras in Gulf Breeze. If they had gotten the same kind of pictures that Ed Walters had gotten, it would have been tough to keep the public from getting too excited.
On 28 Jan 92 I woke at exactly 2 am with two sentences on a video screen in my head. There was no room for any other thought until I got up and wrote them down. One said, “Unconditional Love is becoming the driving force on this planet.” The other said, “I am trying to learn to express Unconditional Love.” I now see this as my guides confirming that I was on the right track in my thinking.

Col Ware had a meeting in his home with two ladies from the Orlando area who received information they were l to contact. Col Ware and tell him, “There is something going on the Eglin AFB reservation involving nuclear weaponry about which they [higher intelligence] are concerned. It’s like playing Russian roulette.” Lt Col Ware had worked at Eglin in the testing business, and I knew no one would consider setting off any kind of nuclear weapon at that time. “Two weeks later, he called for an appointment The secretary said, “I’ll squeeze you in between the general’s staff meetings tomorrow morning.” He told the general the message and the general said, “I don’t know everything going on this reservation, but I know who does. I will make sure they get the message.” They showed the general Ed Walter’s photo of a UFO above the road. The general asked, “May I see that?” When I handed it to him he smiled and said, “Very interesting.”

Lt. Col. Ware e was one of the MUFON board of directors. They functioned as guides on a search for a location where Haley may have been aboard an alien craft downed by the US military Over two years later I was contacted by “Leah Haley” the incident involved the downing of an alien vehicle that she was on. Apparently, a non-lethal EMP That’s my belief as well. If the military has the capability of downing UFOS/UAPS whatever you may call them with EMP weapons, it would probably be a big surprise to find a human being in the crash. This could very well be the only known case where they found a human in a crash site. weapon was used to down the UFO. She had also determined that it happened at dawn on one of six nights in early August 1988. Four or five miles into the walk Leah found a place on the beach she said looked like what she remembered when she got out of the vehicle. About a mile further, we found a phased-array radar on the back of a military flatbed truck between the low sand dunes. Another mile or so farther we found a large omni-directional doughnut that was later determined to be a directed-electro-magnetic-pulse (EMP) device, a device that can have devastating effects on electrical conductors. Both objects were secured by fences and sensors and were pointing southwest at a low angle of elevation.

This directed-EMP device caused Lt. Col. Ware to wonder if it was related to the strange message I passed to the general. I called the lady from Orlando and asked if she still had her original notes from her January 1989 visit. When she found them I asked why she used the phrase “nuclear weaponry.” She had drawn two images that she received telepathically; one was a missile-like thing with fins pointing up, and the other was a mushroom cloud. “Nuclear weaponry” was all that made sense to her. However, if she had interpreted these two images in the sequence she got them, “weaponry that could cause a nuclear explosion,” then the message makes sense to me. An EMP device might destabilize an alien power system or cause a vehicle to crash and cause a big bang, like playing Russian roulette.
The 24 May 93 issue of “Aviation Week and Space Technology” has an article on EMP weapons development at Eglin AFB. Eric Davis stated on the April 1, 2006, broadcast of Coast to Coast that long time CIA employee Christopher “Kit” Green worked with NIDS.
On 21 Aug 88 the Joint Chiefs of Staff met at Pensacola NAS and visited a hangar that had, some days earlier, been temporarily air conditioned at considerable effort and placed under heavy security. I suspect that vehicle was in that hangar, the closest place to hide it undetected. I suspect the vehicle was brought down because it did not stay away from Gulf Breeze at a sensitive time when TV camera crews were visiting Gulf Breeze looking for UFOS. If Unsolved Mysteries had gotten good video of UFOs comparable to the photos Ed Walters had taken, I think our government would have had difficulty managing public reaction.

Lt. Col. Ware writes, “In 1989 I was given 15 by seven different people who apparently received them telepathically from higher intelligences. Each mentioned my name. I was also elected to the position of Regional Director for MUFON by the members of the 18 eastern states until June 1, 1993.” Just prior to my first MUFON board meeting I received three messages from The CAPTAIN through the lady from Orlando that are more meaningful to me now than they were when I got them. I will quote all of each: “1:20 a.m. — early morning of June 2, 1989.”

Lt. Col. Ware writes “In all things, focus on the positive. Even answers to questions about the negative aspects of UFO phenomena can be garnered from positive UFO contacts. Focus upon individuals who have had positive and spiritual information given to them from their UFO contacts. Do not focus upon those who have had negative and frightening experiences with UFOs because they have not been contacted by the highest UFO sources and therefore their information will be distorted.
“The UFO information from the higher positive UFO contacts can explain the negative realms, and do it more fully and more accurately, for the higher positive realm fully understands the workings of the realms beneath it. In all things, do not fuel the negative with your attention, for that will only give it energy to grow and expand.
“Those individuals who suffer in any way from negative UFO experiences can be helped by information available from the higher realms of your UFO contacts. Seek the positive — always! Seek the spiritual — always! Know that God is real. Know that this most formidable creative force is not without personality (there is no word available to truly express this use of ‘personality’). Know that this Creator is of love and has a plan for Earth beyond the most wonderful dreams of mankind. Know that the Creator creates within the rules of Universal Law, so anything that may seem to defy this can be explained when sufficient knowledge or understanding is achieved by man.

If that seems too trite an analogy, then I will speak more dramatically. A man cannot live if you split him down the middle, and yet that is what your Earth men of science have done. “As for those who suffer from their lower level contacts with UFOS, there is much that can be done. Use hypnosis upon those who have had the highest spiritually directed UFO experience and ask for directions in helping those who are troubled. If possible, use medically trained experts to direct hypnosis for that will add credence to what you do and what you ultimately will seek to prove. If possible, use medical hypnotists with spiritual understanding for that will enhance the results.
“Remember that those who continue to be harassed in any way from their UFO contacts should be treated as if they were being harassed by a deviant man in a neighborhood. If such a man were to peek in a window of a home, a bright flashlight in his eyes would make him run. The arrival of a police car would make such a man run away if possible. As with all things in the universe, Goodness and Light dissolve the negative. So, seek the help of your Brothers of Light on the spiritually enlightened ships of the heavens. We cannot come to help you unless you request our assistance, because that is one of the Universal Laws. So, if you wish relief for those who suffer, you must remember to request our help. We are here to help, just ask.”
“Remember, too, the basic tenet of all faiths in the One God: Ask and you will be encircled in the Creator’s Light of Protection. Seek and you shall find. There is no stronger force in the universe, but this, too, must be requested. Those who suffer only have to sincerely ask for the Creator’s help, but so few genuinely believe and ask with true faith. Ah, the unnecessary suffering mankind endures because he separates his spirit from the body. It is so simple, yet Children of Earth have bogged down so deeply in the mud of materiality that they must re-taught this simple message again. Teach them, we plead, for they in their ignorance are destroying themselves and a most beautiful planet.
Editor’s Note Lt. Col Ware was a graduate engineer and F-105 pilot for the Air Force. I replaced him as Eastern Regional Director. He provided me with some of his thinking about how aliens control a lot of what happens on Earth. They often provide opportunities for making important things happen that often involve the destruction of nuclear weapons. Example was the downfall of the Soviet Union and Iranian bombing. The destruction of nuclear weapons in Iran and it’s 49 leaders who were building their capability to launch missiles into the United States. Iranian Shiite clerics hold supreme religious and political power in Iran, the world’s only Shiite theocracy, where they have ruled since the 1979 revolution . I have visited Iran ten times, the people are fine, and the women held important positions and wore American like clothes. The Shite cleric government forces strict interpretations of Islamic law, regulating women’s public conduct, dress codes (mandatory hijab), with few legal rights. .Many women and clerics in Iran complain about the killing thousands of protestors and if a woman who shows their ankles she is put in prison.

On 9 May 88 Bob Oechsler wrote to President Reagan requesting he do something about air-space violations by aliens and human-rights violations of abductees in the Gulf Breeze area. Evidence that this letter was taken seriously was given when Oechsler received a reply from a Rear Admiral representing Navy Operations,

Back Engineered UFOs in Germany
Tim Matthews writes “Until recently, it would have been rather safer and perhaps more sensible to argue that although various prototype saucers existed in whatever form they were never tested. Safety is often the best policy given the shark infested waters of modern-day UFO research. However, thanks to three years of painstaking research by UK astronomy, aviation and photographic expert Bill Rose which included on-site research in Germany, Canada, and America we now know a great deal more.
First of all, he was able to discover that Dr. Walter Miethe, whom all sources agree was involved with Schriever, Klaus Habermohl and Giuseppe Belluzzo (an Italian engineer) had been the Director of the saucer program at two facilities located outside Prague.

In May 1945, after evaluating the prototype had taken place, both Miethe and Schriever were able to flee in the direction of Allied forces. Habermohl was captured by Soviet forces and spirited East where he ended up working on various aviation projects quite probably at facilities located outside Moscow.
Radial-flow jet engines
It would seem that Klaus Habermohl was the man who developed the radial-flow jet engine, described in various articles as a system of “adjustable” nozzles, of great significance just ten years later. (Radial-flow allowed for VTOL performance and used the little-known “Coanda” effect. ) Bill Rose learned that not only had test flights taken place but that film footage of these had been taken. . The footage, of good quality, has subsequently been stored in a secure location and shown only to a handful of people.
Rose was shown some stills taken from the original film and given his expert photo-technical background concluded, after careful consideration, that this was probably real and historical footage. He calculated that the craft was around half the size claimed in Klein’s report. The saucer, rather less contoured and sleek than postwar artists’ impressions might suggest (and unlike Bob Lazar’s S4 “Sports Model”!), was perhaps 75 feet in diameter. The saucer was shown in flight above the runway over the heads of a couple of observers
Editor’s Note: I was with the Air Victory museum building Schwalbe (Swallow), the Messerschmitt Me 262 first operational jet aircraft that surpassed the performance of every other World War II fighter. Faster than the North American P-51 Mustang by 190 kilometers (120 miles) We built six ME-262 Geran aircraft copies using an original one and trying to sell them on my television show for 1.5 million dollars each. One aircraft was sold to Messerschmidt who claimed they knew nothing about German flying saucers. The saucers were not flyable until the end of the war and they did not have the capability to fly into space. I have interviewed several people who swore they existed . I received designs of a hundred German aircraft from Freedom of information Act, but no discs but plenty triangles.

Bill Rose is the expert on the subject, believes about 40% of UFOs are man-made. I had no idea just how many disc shaped airplanes had been designed, built, and flown since the Second World War.
Foo Fighter
The US 415th Night Fighter Squadron (NFS) encountered German disc weapons launched from below their aircraft over German-held territory which interfered with the aircraft’s prop engines. I spoke to a pilot who flew missions from India to China during World War 11who claimed UFOs were frequently seen over Tibet. Official photographs and “Foo Fighter” documentation of these German weapons exist and are available official US Army and AAF Technical Intelligence Reports from 1945. The Avrocar was used for disinformation and that better craft were built and flown.

It is apparent that the SS destroyed all blueprints and documents as well as the actual machines so we will never know for sure how far they progressed. Rose had good information about the February test flight and was able to confirm that several people had seen the test-flight. Schriever himself had piloted the test craft since he was a Luftwaffe pilot. Dr. Miethe was one of the group photographs showing various young German scientists in 1933, including Wernher von Braun and Walter Miethe.

The immediate postwar is critical to an understanding of both the myth and reality of flying saucers or UFOs. One thing is for sure: hundreds of Nazi scientists were transported via Operation Paperclip. I spoke to a German scientist in in 1953, who had seen a UFO land s in White Sands mountains.,
Chance-Vought, builder of both the V173 and XF5U1 prototypes, moved its’ base of operations to Texas in early 1947. The company seems to have been less than candid at this early stage about the true nature and extent of its’ involvement in flying saucers. The official story of the demise of the XF5U1 – that there was no interest in developing a propeller driven aircraft from 1948 after the advent of jets. It would seem that a jet-powered version using Allison J33 engines was actually test-flown at Muroc Field in 1947.

Technical drawings of the jet-powered version have now surfaced through a series of Freedom of Information Act requests. Given the overall design of this craft and the many sightings of flying saucers in the Western seaboard in the late 1940s. Many military personnel reported sighting a saucer of terrestrial origin flying at around 300 miles per hour.
The military witnesses Gerald Neuman and Joseph Ruvolo stated that in their opinion this was a man-made aircraft traveling at only 300 miles per hour and this view was supported by a civilian witness named Lenz.

Similar objects were seen – many of them in and around the White Sands Proving Ground where we know for sure that many of the Paperclip scientists were working. It is probable that at this stage people were seeing a US-built circular-wing aircraft 1940s/early 1950s, were German advances.
Historians agree that a huge amount of material was recovered from facilities in Germany.

Editor’s Note: Lt. General Searock helped me obtain declassified “Project Silver Bug” (1995) Air Technical Intelligence Centre report on prototype saucers. General Schiver also confirmed man-made Air Force saucer existed. Some were flown but tended to be unstable. Hence the possible use of VTOL aircraft from camouflaged facilities.
Given that we now believe that Klaus Habermohl designed the first radial-flow engine, a revolutionary development by any standards (even today) in 1943, .
The incorporation of a radial-flow engine using the Coanda Effect 42 in combination with a circular wing made this a weapon worth keeping secret.
There were two Silver Bug prototypes, Projects Y and Y2,the first using a standard axial flow engine. 
the second the more advanced type. “Project Y” was also designated P724 (P being the AV Roe Company project number) and was in fact a hybrid saucer/AVRO Arrow (the Arrow was an advanced supersonic aircraft cancelled in the early 1960s supposedly after the US pressurized on the Canadian government). The rumor was that extra Pratt & Whitney J-58 engines used on the SR-71 Blackbird were also fitted into Air Force UFOs.
Avrocar was little more than a cover for much more advanced aircraft. Further evidence suggests that the craft test-flown near Prague in February 1945 was actually more advanced! It is interesting to note that proponents of the extra-terrestrial hypothesis tend to use the failed Avrocar program as evidence that flying saucers “must be” of ET origin.
Underground facilities were built in the postwar period it now seems that in certain cases these were used to house small numbers of flying saucer-type aircraft. They were likely built within the White Sands Proving Ground, Oregon Mountain, and later on or near the Area 51 facilities, in the Nevada Desert, Fort Dix, New Jersey, the Florida Everglades, and Carolina Mountains.

The man-made reality of flying discs has been hijacked by Bob Lazar, John Lear, and a generation of US Ufologists, it seems as if the remote nature of Groom dry Lakebed was considered both with flying saucers and the U2 spy plane in mind.
There is no doubt that all kinds of weird and wonderful aircraft are evaluated from Groom Lake Area 51, but in terms of flying saucers it seems as if they may have arrived in 1959.
The facilities there, although home to secret CIA and possibly National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) aircraft have primarily been operated as US Air Force Flight Test Centre Detachment 346 (AFFTC Det 3). AFFTC is headquartered at Edwards Air Force Base, It is vital for the reader to understand that Silver Bug, Project Y had strong links with the US Air Force.

Whereby the design work was undertaken in Canada and the majority of test flights within US borders. There was a mention of Canadian saucers made in several newspaper articles and books in the early 1950s. Even Donald Keyhoe notes a conversation with an “informed” source on this subject in his populist Flying Saucers From Outer Space (1953).
More interesting was an article featured in Look magazine dated June 14, 1955, (Volume 19) which featured a design study for a flying saucer produced by Thomas Turner, a British aeronautical engineer with Republic Aviation Corporation who had some knowledge of Silver Bug if only because his proposal for a flying saucer was almost exactly the same as the ATIC aircraft. In addition, Turner’s proposal includes use of the Coanda effect and the placing of a pilot in a prone position in order to allow for high acceleration and quick turns. Future airports built for vertically rising flying saucers would have no need of the long, vulnerable runway’s today’s fighters require. The complete operation could go underground. Tunnels with take-off shafts set into the ground, complete with maintenance bays, fuel and crew quarters, would be bombproofed shelters for a saucer squadron. The shafts would be sealed after take-off for camouflage and protection.
This sounds rather like the need for dispersed base operations discussed in the Silver Bug document. Renate Vesco’s insistence that flying saucer bases were situated in the wilds of Canada in a ‘remote area of British Columbia’.
The article quoted Brigadier General Benjamin Kelsey (Deputy Director, Air Force Research and Development) developed World War 11 fighter aircraft who commented that a major problem was the existence of longer runways for the modern fighter and how these were vulnerable and might be destroyed. .
The US Air Force and CIA were attempting to play down the significance of UFO reports there is substantial evidence to suggest that design teams were building and testing flying saucer prototypes.
Saucer-testing facility situated within Area 51 is hard to prove but Bill Rose has been given information that this was the HQ for much saucer prototype testing and that several accidents and crashes resulted from use of early radial-flow engines.
More recently the unusual story of archeologist and historian Jerry Freeman emerged who had visited Area 51.He saw a security vehicle in the exact same place that the claimed S4 facilities were hidden and also thought that he saw a door opening in the rock face. It is possible, that electrogravitic systems have been tested both at the Papoose and Area 51 facilities.

Future propulsion systems for flying discs entitled “Electrogravitics Systems” mentions a research project called “Project Winterhaven” undertaken in 1952, in order to validate Thomas Townsend Browns’ “Biefeld-Brown” effect. The report states that:
Using a number of assumptions as to the nature of gravity, the report postulated a saucer as the basis of a possible interceptor with Mach 3 capability. Creation of a local gravitational system would confer upon the fighter the sharp-edged changes of motion typical in space.
And that: this report was kept away from public view for some 35 years by Air Force Aeronautical Laboratories at Wright Patterson AFB. Tim Mathews feels we have done enough to establish that flying saucers grew from separate and distinct German American projects begun in World War Two.

IRON Beam is an advanced 100-kilowatt, high-energy laser defense system developed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to destroy rockets, drones, and mortars at near-zero cost. It acts as a short-range, complementary layer (up to 10 km) to the Iron Dome, providing unlimited, speed-of-light interceptions. It takes two to five seconds to burn through the outer metal of the projectile that then usually explodes.
It utilizes a high-energy fiber optic laser to burn through targets and boasts a 90% success rate, capable of destroying targets within 4–5 seconds of firing. Designed for, but not replacing, the Iron Dome to handle low-cost, high-volume, short-range attacks. Reports suggest China has provided Iran with military technology, components, and support for defense capabilities, including air defense systems,. Analysts say strategic partnership may include radar, missile tech, and training. Israel and US Air Force targeting systems apparently are superior although not all of Iran is being over flown.
