testified to Congress on November 13, 2024, confirming UAPs are real and interacting with humanity. He described a 2015 incident where UAPs posed safety threats to Navy exercises and warned of a “dangerous culture of over-classification” regarding these objects.

Key details from his testimony:

  • 2015 Incident: Gallaudet reported seeing an object during a naval exercise off the East Coast, confirming its “flight and structural characteristics unlike anything in our arsenal”.
  • “Nonhuman” Intelligence: He stated he believes UAPs represent “nonhuman higher intelligence”.
  • Hidden Data: Gallaudet revealed that a 2017 UAP satellite image of a “disc-shaped object” was never shared with Congress.
  • Call for Action: He testified that UAPs represent a national defense deficiency and called for greater transparency on UAP data.

This testimony was part of a hearing focused on exposing the truth about UAPs, following claims that information has been hidden from Congress.

c.) has been a prominent figure speaking to Congress about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). While search results do not confirm a specific, separate hearing in 2026, Gallaudet testified prominently in a key Congressional hearing on November 13, 2024, and continued to advocate for transparency throughout 2025 and early 2026. Key details from his testimony and advocacy include:

  • Non-Human Intelligence: Gallaudet has testified that there is strong evidence that UAP are “non-human, higher intelligence”.
  • Concerns Over Secrecy: He has emphasized a “national security need for more UAP transparency,” arguing that the failure of the Executive Branch to share information with Congress is an infringement that may be creating a constitutional crisis.
  • Trans medium Capabilities: Gallaudet has reported that UAP have been observed in the ocean and are known to exhibit “trans medium travel” (moving between air and sea).
  • Disinformation Campaigns: He has stated that elements of the government have engaged in a disinformation campaign to discredit whistleblowers.
  • Recommendations: Gallaudet has urged Congress to establish oversight of the executive branch’s management of UAP programs and to establish an independent UAP Records Review Board.

Gallaudet, a former acting and deputy administrator of NOAA and a former Navy oceanographer, has continued to be featured in discussions regarding UAP through late 2025 and early 2026, supporting further investigation into these phenomena. Hearing Wrap Up: Transparency and Accountability.

Tim Gallaudet Navy Admiral Warns Unknown Objects are HUNTING Our Nuclear Submarines |

..The phenomenon of unknown objects “threading” or interacting with U.S. nuclear submarines primarily involves.

Key Reports and Evidence

  • Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet’s Claims: The former U.S. Navy oceanographer has authored white papers for the Sol Foundation warning that USOs pose a “real threat” to maritime security. He cites a 2019 incident where a spherical object hovered over the water before vanishing into the sea without a splash.
  • “Fast Movers”: Submariners use the term “fast movers” for sonar contacts that travel at hundreds of knots. Some accounts describe metallic entities moving at supersonic speeds underwater (over 600–700 mph), which is physically impossible for known vessels due to water density and drag.

Tactical “Shadowing”: Reports from both U.S. and former Soviet veterans describe objects that aggressively follow or “thread” around submarines, sometimes forcing crews to go to battle stations.

UAP on Radar

  • Catalina Island Hotspot: The Santa Catalina Channel off San Diego
  • is a noted hotspot where Navy ships have consistently documented unusual aerial and underwater phenomena for decades.
  • Adversary Drones: Some experts suggest these objects might be advanced, classified autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) from nations like China or Russia, designed for undersea warfare intelligence.
  • Environmental Misidentification: Critics often point to “parallax” effects or extremely sensitive sonar picking up biologics (large marine life) or environmental anomalies that can appear as high-speed objects to an operator.

Real-World Submarine Hazards

While USOs remain a mystery, U.S. submarines face documented physical “threading” risks from USOs.

  • Trawler Fishing Nets: Submarines have been entangled in large commercial nets, which can drag smaller vessels off course or cause fatal accidents.
  • Underwater Mountains: In 2021, the USS Connecticut collided with an uncharted seamount in the South China Sea, highlighting the dangers of the deep-sea environment. Nov 13, 2024 — Last year’s UAP hearing before this oversight committee confirmed that UAP-related information is not only being withheld from senate but the House of Representatives..

Commander Graham Bethune is a retired Navy commander pilot with top-secret clearance. He was a VIP Plane Commander who flew most of the high-ranking officers and civilians from Washington D.C. In his testimony he explains how he was flying a group of VIP’s and other pilots into Argentia, Newfoundland when they all witnessed a 300 foot UFO that traveled 10,000 feet straight up in a fraction of a second toward their plane and was on radar. Bethune often carried high ranking Admirals to the scene of crashed UFOs and many trips  to Wright Patterson where they could see the latest captured UFOs.

MUFON Case # 76182, May 5, 1983, Glastonbury, Connecticut, 2 am, duration 10 minutes, date & time approx.

Submitter states, “My story begins when I was 3 or 4 years old. I am currently 36, so I estimate the time to be sometime during 1983 or 1984. I have also asked my mother detailed questions about the apartment we were living in at the time. This helped me to confirm the time of 1983-1984. I have always had a very vivid long-term memory and can still remember conversations from when I was 3 very clearly, details of where we lived, and people that came around.

On the night in question, I recall waking up in the middle of the night and looking up at the ceiling. I shared a room with my older brother and we slept in bunk beds; I had the bottom bunk. As I lay there, I realized that everyone else must be asleep. Looking to the right side of the bed, at the ceiling I received a mental image of the ceiling dissolving and giving way to a starry night sky. I then saw the image of what looked like a pizza (remember I was only 3-4 so I didn’t have many reference points to compare the image to other than food items) floating down over the hole where the ceiling had been. The “pizza” (disk shaped object) stopped descending and hovered blocking out the starry sky image. I was then suddenly no longer alone in the room. There were three small “people” standing around the edges of my bed. The left side of the bed was positioned flush against the wall, leaving only the foot of the bed and the right side accessible to the visitors.

All three stood on the right side of the bed, side by side staring at me. I wasn’t afraid and was excited that someone was there since everyone in my family was asleep. I looked them over curiously while sitting straight up in my bed. Not knowing what to make of them, I asked them out loud who they were and why they were in my room. Without answering verbally, one of them telepathically said to me “we are the Gogos.”  I can’t remember what else was said but as I recall they did say a few other things.

They were short like Greys are often described but they were all wearing uniforms of some sort. Where a shirt pocket might appear on a dress shirt, they each had three or four colored “buttons.”  I say buttons because as a child I had no better description. The buttons looked like they could be pressed. Out of curiosity I reached out and poked one of the “Gogos” colorful buttons much to his/her dislike. Without warning and without being able to understand why, I could feel that they were terribly upset with this unsolicited physical contact on my part. The being reacted swiftly by swinging its arm towards my face. Its arm never contacted  my face but I recall being knocked over into my pillows as if I’d been struck. I was totally surprised by this and could tell they were quite offended.

They then turned away from me and vanished. When they arrived, I had a vision of the ceiling dissolving once more. This time their craft appeared to resemble a plum shape as they left. As the craft ascended, the ceiling slowly reappeared and I immediately fell asleep. “If you see something, report it to

Shoot Them Down!

The Flying Saucer Air Wars Of 1952

During the summer of 1952, Americans reported a record amount of UFO sightings to Project Blue Book and Frank Feschino, Jr. has authored a book about the sightings. He takes the reader on a journey through Blue Book’s “Unknown” cases and other UFO reports. He focuses on the encounters between fighter planes and UFOs with an in-depth historical account of the United States military’s “shoot down” orders.

This is the most accurate documentation of these events with 90 photos, maps and illustrations. The book encompasses the summer of 1952, where there were numerous aerial encounters that occurred between US fighter aircraft and UFOs.

On July 28, 1952, an Air Force information officer stated “The jet pilots are and have been under orders to investigate unidentified objects and shoot them down if they can’t talk them down. Air Force pilots are on 24 hour alert against flying saucers to shoot them down if they refuse to land.”.

He focuses on the encounters between US. fighter planes and UFOs with an in-depth historical account of the United States military’s “shoot down” orders.

On Sept. 12, 1952, a horrific encounter occurred in West Virginia the “Flatwoods Monster,” terrified a group of Flatwoods residents after it’s damaged craft landed in their town. Feschino reports on this case in great detail and has become the authority on the “Flatwoods Monster” incident. For the first time, he writes the complete version of this alien encounter…the most accurate documentation of this event in print. 90 photos, maps & illustrations.

Timothy Good writes, “The destruction or disappearance of military aircraft during interceptions of UFOs continued apace.” As General Benjamin Chidlaw, former commanding general of Air (later Aerospace) Defense Command told Robert C. Gardener (ex USAF) in 1953: “We have stack of reports of flying saucers. We take them seriously, when you consider we have lost many men and planes trying to intercept them.” Leonard Stringfield, the former Air Force intelligence officer was told by a reliable source in the 1950s that the “Air Force was losing about a plane a day to the UFOs. According to US Defense Department figures, from 1952 until the end of October 1956, there were 18,662 major accidents of military aircraft, broken down as follows:

Year  -Air Force – Navy Losses

1952     2,274         2,086

1953     2,075          2,325

1954    1,873           1,911

1955    1,664            1,566

1956    1,530           1,358

Of this astonishing accident total, most involved fast new jets (such as those scrambled in UFO interceptions), of which 56.2 per cent were found to be caused by pilot error; 8.1 per cent by ground-crew or other personnel failure; 23.4 per cent by failure of parts and equipment in the aircraft; 2.8 per cent by various ‘unsafe conditions’, and –9.5 per cent (1,773) were due to ‘unknown factors’ Thanks to Timothy Good  , “Need to Know” P. 172In October 1947.

General  Benjamin Wiley Chidlaw became deputy commanding general of Air Materiel Command, with rank of 3 stars  lieutenant general, on September 1, 1949. General Chidlaw was given the task to evaluate UFO sightings and his group agreed the phenomena was real and viable and should be researched. His team attempted to develop their own flying discs using the Roswell crash debris that were stored at Wright Field. On July 29, 1951, he received his fourth star and the command of the Air Defense Command at Ent Air Force Base, Colorado. Most fighter interceptors were under his command and each Air Force base had a UFO Officer who could launch fighters if UFOs were in the area.

“We Have Lost Many Men and Planes Trying To

Intercept UFOs”  General Benjamin Chidlaw

Editor’s Note: When I chased a UFO we exceeded the red lined aircraft air speed by 20 knots. In the excitement of the chase, it is easy to exceed aircraft capabilities and often some part of the aircraft may fail. Many stories are told of firing missiles and making direct hits on the UFOs that were unharmed only to have them return  the fire and destroy the interceptor.

F-89 Lost Photo Courtesy of NUFORC

One well known example of aircraft losses to a UFO was the F-89 with tail number 51-5853A, piloted by 1st Lt. Felix Moncla Jr, with Second Lt. Robert L. Wilson as the Radar Intercept Officer. I spoke with a radar operator who worked on the Air Defense Command Northern Michigan radar site on November 23, 1953. During the evening, radar picked up an unidentified target over Lake Superior and alerted the 433rd Fighter Interceptor Squadron at Truax Field, in Wisconsin. Lt. Moncla in his F-89 C all-weather interceptor was scrambled and instructed to intercept the target. The F-89 diving steeply down intercepted the target at 8,000 feet, and radar operators watched as the “blips” of the UFO and the F-89 merged on their scopes, in an apparent collision, and disappeared. No trace of the plane was ever found. You can visit Lt. Moncla’s memorial headstone at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Moreauville, Louisiana.

Planes Downed

Shoot them down is an important record of the deaths of brave men who were ordered to engage UFOs Not only to hunt them down but as Lt. Col. Marcel Monts is quoted in the book.´ The jet pilots are and have been under orders to investigate unidentified objects and to shoot them down if they can’t talk them down. We are losing a plane a day.”

 President Truman Wants UFO Briefings

General Robert B. Landry was called by President Truman in `1947, to the Oval Office. I was directed to report quarterly to the President after consulting with the CIA as to whether  or not any UFO incidents could be considered as having  any  strategic implications. The deaths of many airmen were attributed to pilot error or engine failure when in reality they had died in air combat with craft not of this world. It is time to honor these men who died in aerial battles with UFO’s after being scrambled to hunt them down.

For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual

The Flying Saucers Are Real

The Flying Saucers Are Real, by Donald Keyhoe, is a book that investigated reports of UFOs by United States Air Force fighters, personnel, and other aircraft, between 1947 and 1950.[1]

Synopsis It was printed in paperback by Gold Medal Books, in 1950, and sold for $0.25. In December 1949, prior to the publishing of the book, Keyhoe published an article by the same name in True magazine, with similar material. The book was a huge success and popularized many ideas in ufology that are still widely believed today. According to Edward J. Ruppelt, the article was “one of the most widely read and widely discussed magazine articles in history”.

The Flying Saucers Are Real is 175 pages. Major Keyhoe contended that the Air Force was investigating these cases, with a policy of concealing their existence from the public until 1949. He stated that this policy was then replaced by one of cautious, progressive revelation.

Keyhoe further stated that Earth had been visited by extraterrestrials for at least two centuries, with the frequency of these visits increasing sharply after the first atomic weapon test in 1945. Citing anecdotal evidence, he intimated the Air Force may have attained and adapted some aspect of alien technology, its method of propulsion and perhaps its source of power. He believed the Air Force or the United States federal government would eventually reveal these technologies to the public when the Soviet Union was no longer a threat.

“Keyhoe’s book Flying Saucers Are Real … was the first influential attempt to promote the idea of “flying saucers” as alien spacecraft.”[5] A loose parody of Keyhoe’s book and of reports of UFO sightings and alien abductions is The Flying Saucers Are Very Real (2016).

The Flying Saucers Are Real, by Donald Keyhoe, is a book that investigated reports of UFOs by United States Air Force fighters, personnel, and other aircraft, between 1947 and 1950.

Donald E. Keyhoe, who sums up the flying-saucer evidence for TRUE Magazine after sharing in the investigation that made this story possible., writes with twenty-five years of experience, a Naval Academy graduate, a Pensacola trained in aviation, he flew in active service with the Marine Corps, managed the U.S. tour of the historic plane in which Bennett and Admiral Byrd made their North Pole flight, was also to Charles Lindbergh after the famous Paris hop, and was chief of information for the Aeronautics Branch, Department of Commerce. He has lectured and written extensively; of the many notable articles he has done for TRUE none has been so significant and timely as this. Keyhoe graduated from Annapolis and his school buddies kept him informed of the latest UFO sightings. This is the most interesting and the most important true story we have ever published. 1 For the past 175 years, planet Earth has been under systematic close-range examination by intelligent observers living from another planet.

Editor’s Note: As the former State Director of the Air Force Association a few years ago I was amazed how many military personnel including the Wing Commander came up to me and told me their stories of chasing UFOs and he was getting many current reports from his aircrews

So why secrecy?

UFO Over New York

A number of simple answers emerge: first, the radial-flow engine is still advanced today. It allows for supersonic flights and tremendous VTOL performance. Revolutionary propulsion technology, electrostatics, might threaten the economic status quo. A circular wing offers good stealth capability and effective handling at low speeds if supported by computer hardware for effective flight..

Later Version of Silver Bug

According to the Silver Bug and later MX1794 documentation, radial-flow allows for an aircraft to perform a range of staggering maneuvers including flying edge-on,  and characteristics noted in numerous flying saucer/UFO sightings.

It would seem that even if the most straightforward flying saucer stories are to be believed then these aircraft have been used primarily as high-performance reconnaissance vehicles.

The psychological effects of seeing a flying saucer could only be heightened if it were “unknown” to the observer – an aircraft that did not appear in anything more than pulp fiction tracts about terrifying close encounters with aliens and which was regarded pretty much as a product of science fiction not science fact. Cuban militaries were briefed these UFOs were from the United States. Never forget the CIA memorandum circulated in 1952 by Director Walter B. Smith, which noted the possible use of flying saucers for the purposes of psychological warfare.

the secret Paperclip program.

There is also the whole, and unresolved, political question of the mass transportation of 1600 Nazi scientists and their families, some with dubious wartime records, to the USA under the secret Paperclip program. Although the existence of Paperclip was known in the early postwar period the actual shocking details of the deals between victor and vanquished led to great concern  particularly by those who survived the horrors of concentration camps and/or forced labor under German occupation. Although Paperclip may have resulted in technological achievements the moral position is certainly open to question.

It would seem that the Soviets may have had their saucers too and undoubtedly more is to emerge from the archives there. As a result, the US would undoubtedly have been concerned about building similar and competing aircraft that was Silver Bug. Once again, such Soviet work would have been based upon recovered German, not alien, technologies and there has been some suggestion that the Soviets did indeed develop flying saucers. Jan Aldrich’s Project 1947 has sought to collate information about early flying saucers sightings and media reports.

One of these reports may have originated via Project Wringer, a postwar effort tasked with interviewing military, industrial and other personnel of former Axis countries, Prisoners of War held in the Soviet Union and other Eastern Bloc nations or displaced persons with intelligence or military information. Jan Aldrich found the following report whilst undertaking research at the US National Archives:

  1. SOURCE: EP 134892, Rpt. No. 5418-47758 dated 19th January 1954. Date of Observation: May 1953.

Preamble: During his internment in PW camp #1 in STALINGRAD (48/42N 44/30E) SOURCE ????? some ???? of general interest and ??? allegedly observed a couple of flying saucers. SOURCE was always interned in the camp. He understood a little Russian.

On a dusty morning over Stalingrad in May 1953 when he was on guard within the camp. He observed UFOs flying fast in one direction, one following the other. Thinking they had something to do with scientific research of Russia he forgot about his observation until he came back home in Oct.1953 and saw designs of flying saucers in West European magazines. He could not provide further details.

It is difficult to know what to make of such reports except to point out that they were taken seriously by operatives within the intelligence community. In fact, all the evidence we have – some of which is included in my forthcoming book entitled UFO Revelation – is that in the early 1950s there was a reorientation of thinking relating to flying saucer sightings whereby the CIA, particularly, chose to concentrate upon attacking the veracity of flying saucer reports by doubting the credibility of the witness. At the same time, the Agency knew, as Haines admits, that saucer prototypes were under construction.

(ATIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Study of the many CIA documents made available through FOIA requests indicates that the CIA was misleading the public. The Agency often directed requests for information on flying saucer sightings to the Air Technical Intelligence Centre (ATIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Whilst both the Agency and ATIC were claiming that they were unable to determine the origin of flying saucers ATIC/WADC were working upon Silver Bug – and maybe more besides.

In addition to this, Project Grudge had recently been downgraded (March 1952) and redesignated Blue Book and this was headquartered at. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base!!. In any case Blue Book investigators were unable to explain away some 701 of 12,918 sightings they investigated. Project Blue Book was downgraded through the 1950s to the stage where there was only a handful of personnel working on UFO sightings.

In fact, according to David Jacobs Ph.D. , the downgrading took place after September 1953 and went hand in hand with Air Force regulation 200-2 which stated that local Air Force base commanders could only discuss sightings if they had been solved and that any others should be classified. Jacobs also notes that February 1955 (Silver Bug was released from ATIC-WADC on the 15th of February) was of significance because ATIC sought to explain away as many sightings as possible and to leave no unsolved cases.

Project Blue Book Special Report Number 1463 64, dated May 5th, 1955, and released in October determined that:

On the basis of this study, we believe that no objects such as those popularly described as flying saucers have overflown the United States. We now know that this was a lie:

CIA officials knew that the British and Canadians were already experimenting with “flying saucers. US developmental operation to produce a non-conventional flying-saucer-type aircraft, and Agency official feared that the Soviets were testing similar devices.

The downgrading and the debunking of UFO reports was deliberate and took place at exactly the same time that the US was working upon advanced flying saucers. Once this is understood and established the official attitudes towards flying saucer sightings make more sense. Secrecy, and perhaps even paranoia, appear to have gripped the intelligence community and the USAF: even now, some forty five years after Silver Bug was test-flown former project workers remain tight-lipped. We can only conclude that silence in this case indicates particularly advanced technologies and the need to keep a lid on the details relating to them.

One could easily make a case that the development and debunking of flying saucers was undertaken at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and it is to be hoped that this document will encourage people with information about US saucer projects to come forward. It is up to UFO researchers to reorient their thinking, to come to terms with man-made flying saucer reality and the ongoing cover-up relating to it….

We have introduced here a new line of research and a new perspective on UFO reality. ” the painful truth is that flying saucers were, and are, a tremendous human technical achievement.

Surely it is to the military-industrial complex and not the heavens above that we should look for the origins of the flying saucer.

  • Abortion Not Beneficial to Women’s Mental Health

  • Suicide Rate for Women Having Abortions is Six Times Higher than a normal birth…
  • Abortion advocates have frequently argued that abortion is necessary to protect women’s mental health, or even beneficial.
  • But a 2011 study published in the British Journal of Psychiatry found that 10 percent of mental health problems among women, including 35 percent of suicidal behaviors, may be attributable to abortion. These findings were based on the combined results of all studies published between 1995 and 2009 that met strict inclusion criteria. The resulting analysis included 877,181 women from six countries.

  • Women who aborted were 81 percent more likely to experience mental health problems compared to all other control groups, and 55 percent more likely to have problems compared to women who delivered an unplanned or unwanted pregnancy.
  • Further, a meta-analysis combining the results of eight studies of women who experienced unwanted pregnancies, published in 2013, concluded that “there is no available evidence to suggest that abortion has therapeutic effects in reducing the mental health risks of unwanted or unintended pregnancy.” about 700 women die each year in the United States as a result of normal pregnancy or delivery complications. Suicide rates among women of childbearing age are approximately 11.3 out of 100,000. Postabortion women have a [suicide] rate of 34.7.or 461 suicides per year. Interestingly enough, women who have given birth have a suicide rate of 5.9 per hundred thousand or 77.
  • Over 4,000 children are killed by abortion in America every single day. Almost every third child in America is murdered prior to, or at birth. The heartbeat begins between the 18th and 25th DAY.
Electrical brain waves have been recorded as early as the 40th DAY.

 Strange Craft

The True Story of an Air Force flier and  Intelligence Officer’s Life with UFOs U.S. Air Force Major George Filer belongs to the generation of pilots and aviators who first became aware of the strange aircraft showing up in the Earth’s atmosphere after World War II.  These men – military professionals who flew planes, served as radar operators and air traffic controllers at airfields around the world – began to whisper amongst themselves about encounters with suspected extraterrestrial aircraft.

During secret debriefings at U.S. bases, pilots and air crew told their commanders of seeing UFOs off their plane’s wings. Award-winning investigative author John Guerra spent four years interviewing Filer, a decorated intelligence officer.

From objects in the skies over Cold War Europe to a UFOs over during the Cuban Missile Crisis to lights over the DMZ in Vietnam Filer leaves nothing out about his Air Force UFO encounters,

Filer’s most memorable case – the shooting of an alien at Fort Dix Army Base in 1978 – is fully recounted for the first time in this book. As a member of the Disclosure Project, military experts, astronauts, and scientists urge the U.S. government to release all it knows about UFOs to the public. Filer describes his UFO encounters in this incredible book, by John L. Guerra. https://amzn.to/2SK3SIQ
