Federal Agencies To Begin Releasing UAP/UFO Files

WASHINGTON, Feb 19 (Reuters) – President Donald Trump said on Thursday he would direct federal agencies to begin releasing government files related to aliens and unidentified flying objects, pointing to what he described as strong public interest in the issue.

In a social media post, Trump said he would order Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth and other agencies to release the information, calling the matter “extremely interesting and important.”

“I saw no evidence during my presidency that extraterrestrials have made contact with us. Really!” Obama said in an Instagram post on Sunday.

In the post, Obama explained his belief that aliens exist by saying the statistical odds of life beyond Earth were high because the universe is so vast. He added that the chances of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth were low given the distance  Hillary Clinton was asked about UFOs during her interview about Epstein in Congress. rump says there’s strong public interest in the UFOs/UAPs. Trump says he does not know if aliens are real.

Drones or UFOs Over Barksdale AFB

A temporary shelter-in-place was ordered Monday at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana after as many as 15 unidentified aerial systems were detected in its airspace. The system was first observed early in the morning, prompting base security to bar outside entry while authorities investigated the incident. The    Aviation Administration has been contacted and informed about the situation. Base officials with the 2nd Bomb Wing said the shelter-in-place has since been lifted, adding that the incident is under investigation.

Under state and federal law, any unauthorized drone activity over a military installation is a criminal offense that can result in fines and prison. We retain the right to protect our installation and will continue monitoring our airspace to address threats to our personnel or aircraft.” Earlier this morning ,just  before 6 a.m. that were shared on Facebook ordering them to shelter in place and raised the base’s Force Protection Condition level to FPCON Charlie, which is “when an incident occurs or intelligence is received indicating some form of terrorist action targeting personnel or facilities is likely,” according to the Defense Logistics Agency, The Shreveport-Bossier City Advocate reports.

Apparently, there are no antiaircraft defenses at Barksdale Air base and various types are being considered such as laser defense system.

MUFON Case of the WEEK

MUFON Case # 81863, August 10, 2009, 1.5 minutes, Moses Lake, Washington State, Investigated by Timothy Ward

 Witness states, “It was hovering over Moses Lake. It is very defined to the plank. Mild pivot. No traffic at ALL on Highway I-90. Both my ex-girlfriend and I are witnesses to dent. A huge defined; to the plank old model ship, like Noah’s Ark description, WITH TWO SKULLS ON THE BOW, (massive in size) hovered over Moses Lake as we were heading on a trip to her parents’ house. We pulled over to examine the sight.”

This case was closed as a possible hoax since contact could not be made with the witnesses. However, the descriptions in both cases are almost identical and both cases occurred in 2009.

There is no confirmed U.S. military operation called “Operation Stargate” at Mount Hays/. The phrase comes from public interpretations and media coverage of declassified CIA/DIA documents from the Cold War–era Stargate Project, which investigated remote viewing (claimed psychic perception), not from a physical base or confirmed operation at the mountain. The Stargate Project w likely  classified U.S. intelligence program run primarily by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) (with CIA involvement) from the 1970s through the early 1990s.

Its purpose was to study parapsychological phenomena, especially remote viewing, for intelligence use. It was terminated and declassified in 1995 after reviews.

Where Mount Hayes (Alaska) enters the story

Mount Hayes (often misspelled as “Mount Hays”) in Alaska appears in media and online articles because:

• Some remote viewing session notes (often labeled under subprograms like Sun Streak) included descriptions by participants who claimed to perceive underground facilities at various global locations, including Mount Hayes.

• These descriptions are claims made by remote viewers, findings were not confirmed f or conclusions by the U.S. government. Mount Hayes is considered a UFO hotspot, with numerous reports of strange aerial phenomena and claims of a secret underground alien base. Tabloid and entertainment outlets later popularized these claims, frequently describing them as:An alleged “underground base,  a supposed “UFO or alien, or a “new Area 51”

However, the CIA has never confirmed the existence of any base—alien or otherwise—at Mount Hayes, and official government statements do not endorse those interpretations.[the-express.com]

XD-3A.UFO Similar to Roswell UFO

Regarding Papoose Lake, Area 51 between 1960 and 1962, we have a possible designation for one of the discs.

Apparently, these discs were developed to intercept increasing numbers of Soviet intruders from the mid-1950s onwards (it would seem that US fears regarding Soviet penetrations of US airspace – DEW line – were to so justify after all) and were equipped with a version of the AIM-47A missile. The official story is that this was designed in 1958 (for the F-108??) though not used until the arrival of the YF-12 interceptor years later. In fact, it may well have been used in a larger disc-type craft able to travel at speeds approaching Mach 3.

This would have been equipped with Hughes ASG-18 radar and would have been used covertly until a decision was made to opt for the most conventional (!) designs offered by the Blackbird family….

I never heard much mention of the various AVRO projects. For years now we have been convinced through speaking with people who worked at the Malton, Ontario, plant up to 1960, through declassified intelligence documents and via our enquiries in the UK (AVRO was a subsidiary of Hawker-Siddeley and records are kept in the UK nowadays) that a much more advanced disc than the ‘Avrocar’ was designed, built and flown by the USAF. The ‘Project Silver Bug’ documents – released in 1995 – tend to confirm this…

What is more; at a time in the mid-1950s when ATIC were denying any knowledge of the origins of flying discs they were actually producing technical reports on their construction!

We also understand that the XF5U1 ‘flying pancake’ was developed from 1947 and was fitted with gas turbines that allowed it to fly at extremely low speeds/near hover and up to around 600 mph. This was a metallic disc and one of many X-planes designed by the US Navy during the postwar period that were responsible for ‘UFO’ reports.

In addition to the recently declassified document AIR 100-203-79 mentioning an ‘operational’ XF5U1 and the fact that most of the flying saucer reports related to flying wings not unlike those designed by the Horten Brothers and Jack Northrop we also have a ‘Project Sign’ documents dated 23rd June 1948 and signed by Col. RD Wentworth which confirms the existence of low aspect ratio aircraft built by the US Navy which most closely resembled the objects reported to the official USAF investigation into supposedly ‘unexplained aerial phenomena’.

All of the above fails to deal with the vexed question of Nazi scientists whose influence should not be underestimated. From 1946/7 these guys – often with less than spotless war records and a history of involvement in abuse of slave labor at various facilities within Germany between 1939-45 – participated in US flying wing and disc programs. The most obvious example is that of Dr. Richard Miethe whose involvement in classified US programs was admitted by none other than Dr. Alexander Flax, former Secretary to the USAF, in an interview screened on a Sightings TV show.

Miethe was said, by former colleague Rudolf Schriever and other witnesses, to have been involved in German disc projects. In fact, it seems that he was one of the most senior figures in the work of the Special Projects Group outside Prague from 1944. We also know that he was a colleague of Wernher von Braun and that he engaged in secret negotiations between USAF technical and intelligence personnel and AVRO spokesmen in 1951 when the first tentative moves to design and build the ‘Project Silver Bug’ discs were taken.

We now have technical diagrams of the 1952 version of the Miethe disc, the P724 alternative design, the WS606 and the various Project Y/Y2 discs.

None of the above relies upon the oh so typical drivel about Nazi gravities systems, ‘Vril’ and ‘Haunebu’ discs, ‘Nazi occult’ links/’Nazi-ET’ links or the nonsense contained in documents like the ‘Omega File’.

Drones or UFOs Over New Jersey

.Reports Of America’s Tr-3a Black Triangle Serving In Desert Storm

In 1991, America’s Black Triangle was seemingly revealed to the world in a series of articles published by Aviation Week and Popular Mechanics. According to Aviation Week, the stealthy aircraft was designed by Northrop – the same firm responsible for the black, triangular B-2 Spirit – in 1976 alongside Lockheed’s Have Blue efforts that would ultimately produce the F-117. Northrop called its stealthy triangular aircraft the Tactical High Altitude Penetrator (THAP).

According to Aviation Week, the Air Force ultimately awarded Northrop a fixed-price research and development and demonstration/validation contract near the end of 1978 to build a prototype high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft based on their THAP design. That prototype, Aviation Week claimed, made its first test flight out of Area 51 in 1981, and a production contract was subsequently awarded in 1982.

In a follow-up article, Aviation Week went on to claim that Northrop’s TR-3A was about 42 feet long, 14 feet high, and had a wingspan of 60-65 feet, which describes a much smaller aircraft than popular reports made the “TR-3B” to be. Yet, this would seem to be in keeping with a sighting that is often attributed to Aurora over the North Sea in 1989, reported by a trained airfield observer named Chris Gibson.

According to Aviation Week’s unnamed sources, these aircraft “may have” been deployed to Alaska, Britain, Panama, and Okinawa, as well as flying in concert with the F-117 Nighthawk during combat operations in Iraq to provide laser-designation of targets over Baghdad.

That claim, while not officially substantiated, might explain why the documents given to Iraqi MiG pilots to identify the F-117 in the air also showed the silhouette of the B-2. Confusion over just what was being seen in the skies over Iraq may have prompted them to include the only other black triangle aircraft America was known to fly. However, the B-2 was not in service then, which would raise the question of what they actually saw. Though, admittedly, this line of reasoning may be a bit of a stretch.

Popular Mechanics discussed the Northrop TR-3A alongside other undisclosed but reportedly sighted aircraft in their coverage, including another boomerang-shaped platform said to be completely silent and boasting a massive wingspan that stretched between 600 and 800 feet – or three to four times the size of the B-52 Stratofortress.

Like Aviation Week, Popular Mechanics also reported on the TR-3A being significantly quieter than other aircraft, but not silent, as is often reported about the TR-3B.

Those articles in Aviation Week that so authoritatively relayed the story of the TR-3A’s development? Well, they were both written by or with the support of William Scott.. This invention is a spacecraft with a triangular hull having charged flat plates on the vertical corners of the three sides. The two rear corners are charged to a potential V. The forward corner is charged to a potential −V. The 60° angle on the corner creates a line charge density singularity that produces a huge horizontal electric field pointing from the back to the front of the craft which is also parallel to the sides of the triangle. An array of horizontal slot antennas located on the sides of the triangular hull produce an electromagnetic wave with the electric field polarized in the vertical direction. This combination of fields produces a spacetime force in both the vertical and horizontal directions such that the spacecraft receives a lift force and a force of propulsion.

Tier 3 was supposed to be an unmanned SR-71 successor that was also known as “Quartz,” but that ultimately didn’t make it beyond the design stage. Elements of the Tier 3 program, known as Tier 3 Minus, did ultimately result in Lockheed and Boeing building the Darkstar in 1996 – no, not the hypersonic one Maverick flew, but rather a much slower drone meant for ISR duties.

In fact, when you save this image of the Darkstar from Wikimedia Commons, the file name includes both Darkstar and “Tier 3.”

And when you read the Popular Mechanics coverage that was published in 1991, you’ll find that it pulls primarily from Scott’s reporting in Aviation Week.

Many, including me, were struck by the details in the Aviation Week story because it’s a well-respected outlet with a history of having insider information. But the outlet also has a well-recorded history of publishing some less-than-factual accounts of black aircraft programs over the years; stories with little in the way of disclosed sources that made lofty claims about a near-term future that never manifests.

In 2006, space historian and policy analyst Dwayne Day summed up how academics now perceive Scott’s 1990 coverage of the TR-3A:

“The Manta story demonstrates a pattern that Scott repeats in all of his black airplane stories. Usually there is a small bit of real information about a classified aircraft project. Scott then connects alleged sightings of an unusual aircraft in flight to this bit of information.. “Thanks to Alex Hollings

McCasland was last seen on February 27th, and his disappearance comes just days after President Donald Trump ordered the release of government files related to UFOs and unidentified aerial phenomena, though authorities say there is no evidence linking these events at this time.
