Jim Couran states “It is almost astounding how many people are in the know on this subject,” he said, speaking before the Citizens Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on May 3 sitting next to Major George Filer, is Captain Courant who has been researching and studying the phenomena of UFOs for years. Courant has collected over 3,000 books on UFOs and extraterrestrials and hosted a television series on the issue titled “New Perspectives” which ran for three years. He still flies for a commercial airline and because of his exposure on television has become known as an authority on UFO’s and extraterrestrial encounters.
He has been contacted, and still is, by many commercial airline and military pilots who are happy to discuss their UFO’s encounters privately but do not want to talk publicly, fearing ridicule and in some cases retaliation. “They are afraid,” not so much about their status or their retirement benefits, but “they are more afraid for their families,” he said. He described the experience of one pilot who was flying a 747 over the Pacific in 1980, when he came across a UFO in front of him.

” Courant said the pilot told him that when he got to his destination, he “was debriefed and told never to talk about it again.” Courant told the hearing about his own encounter with a UFO. In 1995, he was flying near Albuquerque, New Mexico, when he and his co-pilot saw a blue green oval shape approaching from the left. “In a flash of burning white light, the object suddenly shot up at a 45-degree angle,” he told the hearing. Four other pilots reported to the air traffic control tower that they had also seen the object. “One pilot said it must have been a meteor,” Courant recounted, adding, “I got on and said, ‘Since when does a meteor go back up?’” When asked about his co-pilot’s reaction in a telephone conversation following the Disclosure hearing, Courant said, “He refused to discuss it and has never flown with me again.” Courant said pilots have reported seeing a variety of craft that appear suddenly and move at speeds impossible with present technology.

The UFO we chased was over Stonehenge in England and was a huge cylinder mothership, so my wife, daughter, and I drove to Stonehenge. Less than a mile away is a huge Neolithic artifact called a Cursus . The Cursus were built over rough terrain to mark the landing position of the huge alien Motherships like the one I chased while in the US Air Force. The Cursus may outline the craft’s landing field built 5400 years ago. The cylinder shape and size match the Neolithic Monuments on the ground of two tranches a mile long and six foot deep ditches.

UFO filmmaker releases 46-second video allegedly showing swarm of objects hovering near Navy ship
Jeremy Corbell posted from the USS Omaha on July 15, 2019. Corbell, a UFO enthusiast and filmmaker behind the 2018 documentary “Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers,” said the footage showed a “significant UFO event series.”
In the clip, a radar screen is shown with as many as 14 objects moving around the ship. At one point, an unidentified man is heard
saying, “Holy (expletive)! They’re moving fast. … They’re turning around. This isn’t the first time Corbell has shared footage claiming to prove the existence of UFOs.
An 18-secondradar clip he shared showing three UFOs hovering over the USS Russell in 2019 was confirmed by the Navy as authentic earlier this year, according to the New York Post.
Navy ships are often circled by multiple UFOs that appear to come out of the sea. After swarming, the Omaha the alien craft suddenly disappeared, suggesting they flew into the ocean.

In 2004, Sean Cahil, a retired US Navy Chief Master-at-Arms, was aboard the USS Princeton Navy Independence-class aircraft carrier when radar picked up extraordinary Tic Tac UFOs/UAPs.
“The technology that we witnessed with the Tic Tac was something that we would not have been able to defend our forces from at the time,” Cahil said.

In 2008, Luiz Elizondo was first detailed to the secret UFO program sponsored by Senator Harry Reid, then called the Advanced Aerospace Weapon Systems Applications Program.
Later, it became the Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program or AATIP.
During his time at AATIP, Elizondo compiled a list of extraordinary feats that unidentified aerial phenomena shared:
- Anti-gravity lift
- Trans-medium travel (moving between air and water)
- Sudden and instantaneous acceleration
- Hypersonic velocities without signatures (vapor trails or sonic booms)
- Low observability, or cloaking
Tic Tac UFO Abilities ‘According to Sean Cahil, the Tic Tac UFO was capable of all of the five observables and more. “First of all, the aircraft had zero control surfaces; it had no means of propulsion that we could detect. It moved at hypersonic velocities, and it proceeded the pilots to their CAP [Combat air patrol] points. So, it seemed to have some knowledge of where the pilots were headed to ahead of time. And we don’t possess those abilities to do that in our arsenal at the moment,” said Cahil.-
Host Chri Cuomo asked Mellon what he made of the matter. “We clearly are vulnerable,” said Mellon. “And this has been going on for too long. Finally, our Congress is learning of this situation. They’re beginning to react. We’ve got a lot of catch-up here, but it’s very concerning.”
Although the USOs have not been hostile, the activities have become bolder, says Mellon. “It’s not an imminent crisis or imminent threat
. There’s been no hostility but there’ a lot of activity, and it’s increasingly bold. In some instances, we’ve had these things swarming around warships off the coast of California, swarming around strategic missile
defense spaces in Guam,” he said. There is a new urgency in studying UFOs today. US Navy warships in restricted waters near San Diego were surrounded by swarms of trans-medium UFOs. There, some 100 miles at sea, the crew spotted an assortment of strange vehicles in July 2019.
Increasingly Bold UAPs/UFOs/USOs
Editor’s Note: I briefed four-star generals and even congressmen on UFOs, but unless fired upon they were not hostile therefore the highest ranks were not too concerned about the UFOs. Soviet KGB Colonels informed me that they had become hostile in Soviet Union and forced them to give up some fifteen countries including Ukraine and Georgia. Now UFOs are here in larger numbers and at least much more aggressive swarming around our ships. Although abductions have been reduced, some are still reported. Italy reports aggressive UFO actions against some of their aircraft and ships. As pilots on the East coast saw UFOs frequently, Elizondo’s program was low on resources and unsupported by the intelligence community. Then, a report in the New York Times that year finally got attention from Congress. The report indicated $22 million was spent on the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, exposing the Pentagon program to the world. Apparently, President Trump authorized the bringing out slowly of more data on the UFOs. Several editors from the New York Times visited me several years ago indicating they wanted to bring out information on UFOs, but their bosses had stopped them.
Apparently, the New York Times, Fox, Politico were given the OK to publish data to bring out the truth about the UFOs/UAPs. Now when I talk about UFOs people smile and often mention they have seen data that they are real.

According to Navy pilots, radar operators and underwater video cameras, side scan sonar, they have been picking the Unidentified Submersible Objects (USOs) from high-speed objects traveling over 100 knots faster than any submarine for years. The objective of passive acoustics is to detect the sounds produced by a submarine such as propeller, engine, and pump noise. Experienced sonar operators can identify these sounds
. Each type of submarine and USO has a unique sound profile that makes up the acoustic “signature” of the vessel. Submarines themselves are equipped with passive solar systems, such as towed arrays of hydrophones that are used to detect and determine the relative position of underwater acoustic sources.

Bruce Maccabee Passes Away
Dr. Bruce Maccabee Ph.D
Bruce Maccabee (May 6, 1942 in Rutland, Vermont died May 10, 2024 in Lima, Ohio) was an American optical physicist employed by the U.S. Navy, and a ufologist. Bruce was a fine man and friend. Maccabee received a B.S. in physics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, and then at American University, Washington, DC, (M.S. and Ph.D. in physics). In 1972 he began his career at the Naval Ordnance Laboratory, White Oak, Silver Spring, Maryland; which later became the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. Maccabee retired from government service in 2008. He has worked on optical data processing, generation of underwater sound with lasers and various aspects of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) using high power lasers.[4][5]
Maccabee was also a pianist who performed at the 1997 and 1999 MUFON symposia. He lived in Allen County, Ohio, and was married to Jan Maccabee. He died at his home in Lima, Ohio at the age of 82.[6]
Ufology
Maccabee was interested in UFOs from the late 1960s when he joined the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP) and was active in research and investigation for NICAP until its demise in 1980. He became a member of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) in 1975 and was subsequently appointed to the position of state director for Maryland, a position he still holds. In 1979 he was instrumental in establishing the Fund for UFO Research (FUFOR) and was the chairman for about 13 years. He later served on the National Board of the Fund.
His UFO research and investigations included the Kenneth Arnold sighting (June 24, 1947), the McMinnville, Oregon, (Trent) photos of 1950, the Gemini 11 astronaut photos of September, 1966, the Tehran UFO incident of September 1976, the New Zealand sightings of December 1978, the Japan Airlines (JAL1628) sighting of November 1986, the numerous sightings of Gulf Breeze UFO incident, 1987–1988, the “red bubba” sightings, 1990–1992 (including his own sighting in September, 1991), the Mexico City video of August, 1997 (which he deemed a hoax),[7] the Phoenix lights sightings of March 13, 1997, 2004 Mexican UFO incident and many others.[8][9][10]
Maccabee also carried out historical research and was the first to obtain the secret “flying disc file” of the FBI (what he calls “the REAL X-Files“). In addition, he collected documents from the CIA, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, and other government agencies.
Numerous trade articles on UFOs
Maccabee was the author or coauthor of about three dozen technical articles and more than a hundred trade articles about UFOs over the last 30 years, including many which appeared in the MUFON UFO Journal and MUFON Symposium proceedings. Among his papers was a reanalysis of the statistics and results of the famed Battelle Memorial Institute Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14, a massive analysis of 3200 Air Force cases through the mid-1950s. (See Identified Flying Objects (IFOs)). Another was a reanalysis of the results of the Condon Committee UFO study from 1969. (Like many others[Maccabee concluded that Edward Condon lied about the results.)

Tiwanaku Bolivia May Be the Oldest City
Nearby the Akapana pyramid is the Kalasasaya compound, a structure whose design and celestial alignment suggests a great antiquity for Tiwanaku. Posnansky was able to show the alignment of the structure was based upon an astronomical principle called the obliquity of the ecliptic. His findings strongly suggest that its initial construction was around 15,000 BC, and this date was later confirmed by a team of four astronomers from various universities in Germany.

Lake Titicaca, South America’s largest – and the world’s highest commercially navigable – freshwater lake, straddles the modern border between Peru and Bolivia at 3,812 meters above sea level. According to Inca origin myths recorded by Spanish priests in the 16th and 17th centuries, the creator god Viracocha caused the sun and the moon to come forth from this lake. The Incas’ reverence for it, and especially its rocky Island of the Sun, has long been known, but over the past few decades archaeologists have begun to reveal a deeper history to lakeside ritual practices – including a new study presenting evidence of offerings dating back centuries before the rise of the Inca Empire.

Somewhat overlooked in the press coverage of the finds are what the Tiwanaku themselves likely considered to be the most valuable objects of all: small figurines made of a reddish-orange shell, and a single valve of the same shell. This shell is Spondylus, commonly known as the thorny oyster because of its spiny exterior. In the 1570s, the Spanish royal cosmographer Pedro Sarmiento de Gamboa wrote, with some surprise, that the Incas esteemed this red shell more than gold or silver. This spiky oceanic creature is normally found in the warm tropical waters off the coast of Ecuador and points farther north, far from the chilly waters of Lake Titicaca. This suggests the lake rose. At the times of the flood 10,000 years ago oceans covered cities and certain areas rose thousands of feet.
In the ancient Andes, Spondylus was considered a food of the gods and it served a number of ritual purposes. Closely associated with water, abundance, and fertility, Spondylus shellfish have been found as offerings in burials, in wells, and in agricultural fields, either as whole valves, or worked into small figures, such as the figurine in the shape of a llama or alpaca found in the Khoa Reef cache. Spondylus shells were also fashioned into tiny beads from which spectacular pectorals were made. Individuals who had the privilege of wearing such ornaments did so to manifest their control over resources – both their ability to import such a rare and costly material, but also to employ the skilled labourers needed to craft such works – and their position as a nexus between earthly and supernatural powers.

- The Incas called Spondylus shells the ‘daughters of the sea, mother of all waters’, and offerings and ornaments made of it were intimately tied to rituals designed to control the flow of water. In a landscape that has known the devastating consequences of both El Niño-related flooding and crippling droughts, such objects were about coming to terms with the power of nature. The authors of the Khoa Reef study argue that the finds reflect the codification of ritual practice as a fundamental part of archaic state formation. At its core, their argument is that the Tiwanaku state grew more through operation than through military might.
- A millennium after these offerings were made to the waters of Lake Titicaca, this majestic body of water now faces severe challenges of its own. Shifting climate patterns, diversion and contamination of the lake’s water, and other factors threaten the ability of the lake to sustain local populations. Ancient Andean states ran on a belief in reciprocity – reciprocal relationships between individuals and collective bodies, but also reciprocal relationships between humans and the natural world, as suggested by the Khoa Reef offerings. Restoring the balance of the lake may no longer require shell offerings, but it will certainly require cooperation of modern states..

Between 10,000 and 12,000 years ago a comet entered the earth’s atmosphere and broke up into thousands of pieces. Those fragments rained down fire and brimstone on the earth. Some of the fragments landed all over the world, including Europe and the Far East.
The craters and impressions left behind by the bombardments are now called Carolina Bays . They are found in North America along the Eastern Seaboard. The comet fragments that landed in the oceans caused worldwide flooding. This included all the shores and islands of both oceans.
Tsunami waves backed up all the rivers, leading to the oceans including those in the Americas, Africa, and Europe, destroying everyone in the area. These waves would have destroyed everything in the low-lying areas, including people on shorelines, in marshes, around bays, and in near shore valleys. This would explain why all cultures all over the world have a flood story to tell.

The fragments that hit the Atlantic Ocean would have created a continuous wall of water , and the islands in the Atlantic Ocean would have been covered with water. Both The Canary Islands and Great Britain would have been under water, except for their mountains. Tsunami waves also forced their way through the Strait of Gibraltar and flooded the Mediterranean Basin. As the basin overflowed, the water flooded towns, villages, and seaports. Sea-levels in the Mediterranean Basin got higher and higher until the runoff went out into the desert. Millions of bones of animals and people have been found at high altitudes apparently washed in by the floods.

The flood covered everything; including Alexandria, Beirut, Cairo, Egypt, Italy, and Jerusalem. When the floodwaters began to recede from the land, tons of trees, boats, ships, lumber, buildings, and bridges were carried back into the sea. This floating debris converged at the strait and clogged the opening with floating ships, boats, lumber, and trees. Floodwaters would have carried dead bodies, grass, mud, and silt to the dam and sealed it to prevent the flow of water back into the ocean.
