And they were only seen at night and they were only seen in certain places. They were seen around the DMZ in the early summer of 1968. And this resulted in quite a little battle. And in the course of this, an Australian destroyer took a hit, and we never found any enemy, we only found ourselves when this had all been sorted out. And this caused some shooting there, and there was no enemy at all involved but we always reacted. Always after dark. I predicted a major North Vietnamese attack around the Tet Holidays in our Daily Intelligence Report. General William Momyer and I were criticized by General William Westmoreland the Army overall Vietnam commander for alerting our air bases for attacks. As we predicted the North Vietnamese launched their biggest attack of the war.
Unidentified craft (UFOs) were frequently mentioned along the DMZ during 1968. General Brown treated all ranks with respect and was always friendly even when I was just a Captain. He became Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1978 to 1982 and was well aware of UFOs. General Brown was quite upset about our 7thAir Force F-4s being blamed for attacks on friendly shipping. We discussed the possibility of UFOs, helicopters or F-4s being involved. The following report tells the story.
The Vietnam Attack on an Australasian Destroyer
On June 17, 1968, Aim7 Sparrow missiles struck a U.S. Navy heavy cruiser and Hobart a Royal Australian Navy guided-missile destroyer. How did this happen?
In mid-June 1968, numerous iU .S. Navy and allied vessels were operating in the vicinity of Tiger Island, just on the North Vietnamese side of the DMZ. The ships were deployed to interdict the “maritime Ho Chi Minh Trail,” which used small boats to deliver supplies to insurgents in coastal areas, as well as to engage North Vietnamese targets with gunfire. UFO lights were reported both in the air and under the sea.
The USS Boston was a 17,000-ton heavy cruiser, modified from her original World War II configuration to carry a Terrier surface-to-air missile aft. Commissioned in 1944, Boston had served in the Second World War she and was one of a few vessels to receive a conversion to the Terrier missile system.

Boston was in Vietnam primarily because of what her guns could deliver to Vietnamese shore targets. Boston was accompanied by USS Edson, a 4,000-ton Forest Sherman class destroyer with a heavy gun armament. A U.S. Coast Guard cutter and two small “swift boats” PCF-12 and PCF-19 were also in the area.
Needed for close-in coastal patrols during the Vietnam War, the Navy deployed patrol craft, fast (PCF) swift boats By November 1966, there were 84 PCFs on patrol with Task Force 115 (Operation Market Time). The 50-foot aluminum craft had radar, an 81mm mortar and four 50 caliber machine guns. traveling at a speed of 24 mph.
They reported firing on UFO lights and had their machine guns fire appear to be returned hitting their boats. Six-man crews aboard 51-foot unarmored aluminum vessels journeyed upriver facing the constant threat of naval mines, ambush and rocket fire from an enemy bunkered on riverbanks just 30 feet away. 50 caliber machine guns. Swift boats operated in teams of three to five for interdiction of Viet Cong supplies along the 1,500 miles of rivers and canals. They also searched vessels and other craft for weapons and utilized for transporting U.S. Navy SEAL teams.

The crew had an officer in charge with four enlisted Sailors. Swift boats operated in teams of three to five for interdiction of Vietnam.
The First Incident
After the sightings of multiple lights over the DMZ Allied Command, fearing another Tet Offensive-style build-up, rushed more anti-aircraft guns to the border, and placed F-4 Phantom fighter-bombers at Da Nang Air Base on standby, and it also asked available Allied warships to patrol the DMZ coast.
On Friday, 15 and 16 June 1968, Allied forward spotters along the eastern part of the Demilitarized Zone, (DMZ) a 9.6km wide strip separating North and South Vietnam, reported seeing about 30 strange slow-moving ‘lights’ in the night sky. At the time some believed these were lumbering North Vietnamese Russian-built M-14 ‘Hound’ helicopters ferrying men and materiel over the border . There was no sound from the lights and some were identified as UFOs.
Alleged North Vietnamese Helicopters
On the night of June 16, 1968, the Swift boat fired on the lights of the unidentified craft . The crew PCF-19 felt their firing somehow had returned and hit their boat sinking it rapidly. PCF-12 and a Coast Guard cutter responded, pulling survivors out of the water. =
PCF-12 crew claimed to identify a pair of North Vietnamese helicopters as the assailants although Intelligence claimed there was no helicopters in the area..
Swift boar attacked
UFO lights were seen nightly for months around the DMZ. Swift boat personnel reported firing on the UFOs that appeared to take their ammunition and turn it back on them. The two-man aircrews of the F-4s strongly denied firing on the ship flotilla. There is speculation the UFOs were able to take control of the machine gun Sparrow missiles and fire on the ships
Some hours later, aircraft approached the allied flotilla and attacked. Hobart and Boston evaluated the aircraft as friendly, rendering them completely surprised when missiles struck the ships. The destroyer USS Edson also came under attack but was not hit. Cruiser Boston, heavily armored by the standards of the day, suffered only minor damage.
Alongside the U.S. ships served the Australian destroyer HMAS Hobart. Hobart was a 4,600-ton guided-missile destroyer built in the United States. Hobart was primarily designed for air warfare (with a Tartar SAM system) but also carried a 5” gun.
Later the Hobart Destroyer cane under attack by unknown aircraft although some seaman thought it was triangle shape as are some UFOs.

The Australian destroyer Hobart was hit by a missile that killed one sailor and wounded two others. At about 3.30am, the Hobart was patrolling (blacked-out and maintaining radio silence) near Tiger Island, about 20kms off Cap Lay, when her radar room detected a fast, in-coming aircraft.
The IFF (Identification Friend of Foe) system indicated it was ‘friendly’ and the ship was attempting to establish further identity when a Sparrow air-to-air missile struck her amidships on the starboard (right) side. The missile penetrated the aluminum hull and exploded killing Ordinary Seaman R J Butterworth and wounding two others.
The triangular aircraft circled around for a second pass, firing another two missiles, both of which hit the destroyer. Another sailor was killed and six wounded by the second salvo.
Damage to Hobart Destroyer
While the crew was rushing to Action Stations, two more air-to-air missiles penetrated the starboard side and killed Chief Electrician Hunt and wounded several others – and narrowly missed a magazine.
Hobart opened fire when it appeared that the aircraft was swinging around for another pass, firing five 5-inch shells from its forward gun at a triangle shaped craft. The swept-winged attacker escaped.
A U.S. Navy Inquiry made it quickly apparent that the attack against the large ships could have come from U.S. Air Force F-4 Phantoms from the 366th Tactical Fighter Wing at Da Nang Air Base
Navy carriers and DaNang Air Base also had F-4s.aircraft but the Navy denied any of their aircraft or Marine aircraft that also used Aim-7 Sparrow missiles were in the area. F-4s have a top speed of 1,473 mph.
How did F-4s allegedly mistake U.S. ships for North Vietnamese targets? USS Boston, in particular, was a huge cruiser s by the standards of the Vietnam War. By contrast, the largest ships available to the Vietnamese People’s Navy were small patrol boats, generally less than 100 tons in displacement.
UFOs sometimes attack if they believe they are being attacked, but the Navy inquiry ruled these out. General Brown requested information from the 366th Wing at Da Nang Air Base that indicated they seldom if ever flew over the ocean, that the Navy and Maine aircraft were assigned to that area where the Air Force F-4s flew over land..
Aircrews reported UFO lights
The best explanation for the confused night action is that PCF-12 identified enemy helicopters as the assailants that sank PCF-19. The precise type of helicopter remains unclear, but North Vietnamese Russian-built M-14 ‘Hound’ helicopters are most likely.
The F-4 Phantoms were summoned to deal with the helicopters and fire their Sparrow missiles over land. UFOs may have felt they were being fired on.
AIM- 7 Sparrow missiles with a 25 to27km range, with semi-active radar homing air-to-air missiles. Performance was generally considered disappointing of 612 missiles fired; only 97 hit the target during the entire war.

It is possible that when the missile is fired, and no air-to-air target is found it searches for a large radar target such as a ship. There is also speculation that UFOs took control of the missiles and targeted the ships. The AIM-7 Sparrow is an American, medium-range semi-active radar homing air-to-air missile operated by the United States Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. The Sparrow weighs 510 lb (230 kg), is 12 ft (3.7 m) long, and carries high explosive blast-fragmentation of 88
USAF pilots in Vietnam faced significant restrictions against firing on targets that could not be visually identified, making it curious that the Phantoms fired against the purported helicopters. For what it’s worth, the case has become famous among UFO enthusiasts, who suggested that the F-4s were targeting UFOs when they struck the Australian ship.
The crews of the F-4s flying that night claimed to be over land but had fired on some DMZ targets and had seen UFOs in the area, but no ships.
Triangle shaped UFO
Some lessons learned; even relatively small weapons (such as an AIM-7) can inflict significant damage on modern warships. Navy personnel claimed they saw a triangle shaped craft attack the ships and many UFOs have that shape.
While Boston was armored as a World War II heavy cruiser and thus was unlikely to suffer any real damage, the missiles that hit Hobart inflicted casualties and could have done serious damage under the right (or wrong) circumstances. The death of three Australian sailors was tragic, but an unlucky hit could have resulted in the loss of the ship.
The Navy inquiry found that a few hours before the attack on Hobart, Swift Boats PCF-12 and PCF-19, along with USCGC Point Dumethr , were attacked by what they identified at the time as hovering enemy aircraft, but later we were believed to be friendly planes; PCF-19 was sunk in the attack. Swift Boat radars and shore radars did not identify friendly aircraft, they did not pick up IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) signals that and enemy helicopters or UFOs did not own. However, numerous lights for unidentified flying objects were reported for several weeks in the area. The Swift boats were firing, and some feel UFOs can take control of the shells and return them to their attacker.
Air Force 366th F-4 Unit Patch
Air Force 366th TFW F-4 pilots and navigator weapons officers claimed they were never over water or in the area of the attack when the Hobart or Swift Boats were attacked. We discussed the possibility if North Vietnamese fighters helicopters, or UFOs conducting the attack after capturing the AIM=7Sparrow missiles fired at them. A US Navy inquiry blamed the F-4 crews despite Air Force denial. U.S. Marine and Navy F-4s had responsibility for the ocean area.
Another possibility is that North Vietnamese MIG -21s made the actual attack. During the Vietnam War, the USAF lost a total of 528 F-4s to enemy action, with 14 MIG 21 Kills of F-4s, with the majority being down by anti-aircraft fire or surface-to-air missiles. In exchange, USAF F-4s downed 107.5 enemy aircraft.

Soviet Built MIG -21 In North Vietnamese Air Force
Led by Col. Robin Olds, OPERATION BOLO used a brilliant deception tactic that destroyed half of the North Vietnamese MiG-21 fighter force, with no USAF losses.
In late 1966, the USAF was not permitted to bomb North Vietnamese airfields and could only destroy enemy fighters in the air. Complicating the problem, enemy MiGs focused on bomb-laden F-105s and only initiated combat when they had a clear advantage. Col. Robin Olds, 8th Tactical Fighter Wing (TFW) commander, and the wing’s tactics officer, Capt. John “J.B.” Stone, devised a masterful plan to lure and trap North Vietnamese MiG-21s by mimicking an F-105 bombing formation.
On Jan. 2, 1967, 8th TFW F-4s entered North Vietnam from the west using the same route, altitude, and formation as an F-105s use for bomb strikes. They also carried and operated electronic jamming pods used by F-105s. The North Vietnamese took the bait, and the MiGs came up to intercept what they thought was an F-105 strike. At the same time, 366th TFW F-4s came into North Vietnam from the east to block the MiGs’ escape to China and to orbit their bases, preventing the MIGs from landing.

OPERATION BOLO was triumphantly successful. during the 12-minute engagement, seven North Vietnamese MiG-21s — about half of their operational force — were shot down with no USAF losses. Four days later, another ruse, this time mimicking an F-4 reconnaissance flight, shot down two more MiG-21s. These crippling losses greatly reduced MiG activity for several months before Russia flew in more MIGS.. The USAF lost 334 F-105s in combat (all but one over North Vietnam or Laos. Most of these occurred during ROLLING THUNDER, and they represent nearly 20 percent of all USAF combat losses during the war.
Numerous F-4s crashed in North Vietnam and the IFF equipment and Sparrow missiles could have been salvaged and armed the MIG. The Australian’s claimed the attacking aircraft was triangular in shape while F-4s only have swept wings.
A US Navy Board of Inquiry, which investigated the Hobart ‘incident’ for the Australian government, found shortcomings of the Phantom’s radar system were partly to blame: to stop big targets flooding the radarscope the radar had a cut-off mechanism, so the returns from a warships and slow moving low flying helicopter could appear similar on the radar screen. The possibility of UFOs were involved was ignored. F-4s had the AN/AJB-7 bombing system for expanded ground attack missions so the aircrews should know if they are over water. Water and land are very different in a radar screen. The Navy blamed the Air Force F-4s at DaNang Air Force Base but Marine F-4s were also there with them flying over the ocean while Air Force F–4s seldom ventured away from land targets.

US State Department Cables Warn Do Not Discuss UFOs
Gordon James Gianninoto writes, I had brought this up first when Julian Assange stated there were UFOs mentioned in many U.S. State Department official cables. Nothing much has transpired since he admitted he had seen such cables, and that they existed.
Now I learn that freedom of information activist pursuing the US government documents concerning UFOs, Larry Bryant has identified one such cable dated from November of 2005 in which the US State Department specifically instructed US Embassy personnel in the Ukraine NOT to discuss ‘UFOs entering Earth Orbit’, or concerns the Department of Defense has with such matters.

UFO Coming out of the Ocean
Certain State officials have warned their personnel to refrain from discussing (even among themselves) the reality that planet Earth apparently is being reconnoitered by alien spacecraft (aka UFOs).
The document in question, reportedly was sent to a diplomat at the U. S. embassy in Kiev, Ukraine, stating:
“It is critical all embassy staff understand that they are not to discuss under any circumstance concerns DOD [U. S. Department of Defense] has with UFOs entering orbit, once again the seriousness of this matter cannot be overstated.”

Viking Landers Detected Organics on Mars

(PhysOrg.com) — In 1976 the NASA Viking Landers took samples of soil on Mars and tested them for signs of organic carbon. A reinterpretation of the results now suggests the samples did contain organic compounds, but the results were not understood because of the strong oxidation effects of perchlorate, a salt now known to be found in Martian soils. It is apparent that during the summer months, moss, green bacteria and organic green algae and primitive prokaryotes that live on Mars now
In the Viking tests the Martian soil was heated sufficiently to vaporize organic molecules in the soil and the resultant gases and vapors were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Chlorohydrocarbons were found at landing site 1 and 2, but they were dismissed at the time as terrestrial contaminants, even though they were not found at the same levels in blank runs. Then, in 2008 the Phoenix Lander discovered perchlorate in the Martian arctic soil. Perchlorates are well known as powerful oxidizing compounds that combust organics, but their presencer in Martian soils was not suspected in the 1970s.

Recent photos of Mars show little or no snow indicating warming in space. After the Martian soils were found to contain perchlorates, scientists from Ciudad Universitaria in Mexico City, and NASA’s Space Science Division at Moffett Field, California, decided to test the soils of the Atacama Desert in Chile, which is considered more like Mars than anywhere else on Earth. The research, reported in the Journal of Geophysical Research, found Hubble Telescope image of the green summer view of Mars that when soil samples containing organic carbon were mixed with magnesium perchlorate and then heated, the same kind of combusted chlorohydrocarbons were found as had been detected on Mars by the Viking Lander and dismissed as contaminants.

Reinterpreting the Viking results in the light of the new findings suggests the samples from landing site 1 contained 1.5 to 6.5 ppm organic carbon, while those from landing site 2 contained 0.7 to 2.6 ppm organic carbon. The presence of organic material does not provide evidence of life or past life on Mars, but only of the presence of organic compounds. NASA is now planning a new mission for November 2011 to have another look for organics and other chemicals on Mars in an effort to better understand the chemistry of Martian soils. Peru Nazca Lines UFO and Andes Mountain Runway Shaved

According to the video on YouTube, two medical professionals took an early morning flight in a Cessna plane to observe the Nazca Lines in Peru, near the foothills of the Andes on New Year’s Day. .In the YouTube video, at 3’28, the aircraft is flying through rain clouds, when suddenly a UFO appears in a hole in the clouds at left, about 20 to 30 feet from the plane and seemingly on a collision course. The grey disk rapidly changes course and disappears back into the clouds, all within the space of a couple of seconds. Subsequent slow footage and still frame analysis of the incident clearly shows a flying saucer-shaped object. Archeologists and anthropologists have studied the ancient Nazca culture and the complex to try to determine the purpose of the lines and figures. One theory is that the Nazca people created them to be seen by their gods in the sky. They can actually be seen from space and at least one Andes Mountain has been shaved off to allow for landings. Thousands of tons of earth and stone had to be removed to create an apparent landing zone.

Eric Von Däniken maintains that the Nazca lines are runways of an ancient airfield that was used by extraterrestrials.
My theory is that the various animals and birds point to ancient cities used by the ancients. From the air the huge drawings on the ground become a map of the ancient world and provide a heading for the craft to follow to the ancient Peruvian cities. .
For example ,the bird with the elongated peak points to Tiahuanaco one the ancient cities near Lake Titicaca and one of the largest sites in South America. Surface remains currently cover around 4 square kilometers and include decorated ceramics, monumental structures, blonde and red haired mummies and megalithic blocks.
Something Historic Is Happening in Nazca, Peru.
MUFON reports that in early 2017 several “unusual” bodies and parts of bodies were examined after being given to the Inkari Institute in Cusco, Peru in 2016. The location of the find as well as the name of the discoverer have been kept secret to prevent grave robbing. All of the bodies are hominid, still have all of their internal organs but have only three fingers and three toes. The bodies have all been preserved for perhaps thousands of years. Some of the bodies which are only two feet tall, are believed to be reptilian and have a skeleton structure similar to a frog. They died about 1,100 years ago. Israel calls on Hamas to surrender Shifa hospital base as US strikes Iran proxies in Syria after 45 U.S. soldiers Injured.
Israel Hit by 9,000 Missiles’
The Israeli military is calling on Hamas to surrender its bases in and under Shifa Hospital in Gaza on Monday, despite Hamas denials that it has such a base. Fighting has centered around the hospital for days as patients suffer a lack of resources. The U.S., meanwhile, has launched airstrikes against Iranian proxy terrorist groups in Syria.

- There remain up to 239 Hamas hostages in Gaza, and 10 of them are believed to be Americans. The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry claims more than 11,000 Gazans have been killed in the fighting, though they do not distinguish between Palestinian civilians and Hamas terrorists.
Hamas is still launching rockets and missiles in Israel. More than 9,000 missiles have been launched against Israel since October 7th
U.S. State Department Spokesperson Matt Miller called out Hamas terrorists on Monday for reportedly refusing fuel from Israeli officials at al-Shifa Hospital.
“If they need fuel, which they clearly do, they should have taken the offer from the government of Israel,” Miller said. “But to the larger point, Hamas is sitting on fuel reserves in northern Gaza. Hamas is using fuel reserves to ventilate its tunnels.”
Miller then accused Hamas of neglecting hospital patients in Gaza by not giving them their own fuel.
“If Hamas truly cared for the people in al-Shifa and in other hospitals in the north, it could take the fuel that it’s using to protect its fighters and send it to the hospitals so the hospitals could protect patients,” he added. “They are not doing that.”

Israel-Hamas war: IDF soldiers photographed inside Hamas parliament as fighting continues
Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers were photographed inside the Hamas parliament building in Gaza on Monday.
The soldiers are part of the Golani Brigade, according to the Jerusalem Post. A picture that circulated on social media showing the soldiers posed together proudly holding up Israeli flags.
Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant previously said on Monday that Hamas had “lost control” of Gaza.
“Hamas has lost control of Gaza. Terrorists are fleeing southward. Civilians are looting Hamas bases,” Gallant explained. “They don’t have faith in the government anymore.”
“There is no power that Hamas has capable of stopping the IDF. The IDF is advancing to every point,” he added.

Mill Valley On October 1, 1961, I still remember clearly what happened to me when I was about 9 years old when I decided to go over to my grade school. I noticed a round, metallic silvery object that moved slowly, towards me at 400 feet above me then shot up.
On October 21, 2023, We witnessed this while sitting in our back yard late at night. Very fast coming down then sideways. Glowing bright red
November 2, 2023, I was taken from car. airplane and other things were not seen at first they were there then just disappeared they were leaving a streak .that is what sparked her to take the video and picture.
New York Triangle
October 20, 2023 saw a triangle group of lights moving fast and was aboe to get this shot.
Worldwide UFO Sightings
Summer 2006 , I was walking in the street and there was a triangle shaped craft which was flying very slow to the west. There was no sound, no lights, it was black.
Pouso Alegre-Mg, on September 11, 2023, saw Tic Tac like light with orb just above it.
Gleichen, Alberta on October 19, 2023, it looked like a super bright looking star, moving or a bright looking orb.
Sohna, Haryana reported on January 1, 2023, we were on a one day trip to the hills, i took some pics with my cell. And noticed a vertical metallic object .
Be’er Sheva, South District on October 28, 2023 could be a UFO or something else such as a missile.
Enschede on September 9, 2023, I looked up to the southeast and saw a low flying object and took a video with a night mode camera. I watch for 8 minutes the object above me with three white lights in each corner plus a red and white one in the middle alternating.

There is frequent sighting in the English Channel, England, and further south in France/ Newton Abbot Deven — I sat in the garden sky watching on April 23, 2020. The sky was clear with no planes. I sat there looking around the sky with my Nikon P900 camera when a Royal Navy helicopter flew over the area, I took some photographs as the helicopter flew over the horizon where I spotted a saucer shaped object that was moving at speed across the sky. When I zoomed in, I could see its violet color. I quickly took a photograph at 1:36 PM as it accelerated away at great speed. There is very compelling evidence of alien craft in our skies. I regularly see UFOs around this area, and the aliens have underwater bases.
