USS Omaha
USS Omaha (LCS-12) is an Independence-class littoral combat ship of the United States Navy. She is the fourth ship to be named for Omaha, is the largest city in Nebraska. The vessel’s keel was laid down on 18 February 2015 at the Austal USA shipyard in Mobile, Alabama and Lunched on 20 November. The ship was commissioned at San Diego, California on 3 February 2018. The littoral combat ship (LCS) is either of two classes of relatively small surface vessels designed for operations near short. They can serve surface, anti-submarine and mine countermeasure missions. LCS can also deploy manned and unmanned aerial, surface or sub-surface missions.
Radar confirms as many as 14 UAPs/ UFOs are swarming around Navy war ships .New evidence has surfaced regarding a swarm of unknown objects that surrounded multiple Navy warships off the coast of San Diego in July 2019. One of those ships, the USS Omaha, encountered as many as 14 UFOs all at the same time. For two long hours on the night of July 15, 2019, the crew of the Omaha detected on multiple sensor systems unknown objects that surrounded the ship. One of the objects, a self-illuminated sphere at least six feet in diameter, flew alongside the Omaha for an extended period and was observed through a thermal sensor in the ship’s Combat Information Center (CIC). Filmmaker Jeremy Corbel released that Navy video and said similar events were reported by 8 other navy ships in the same area over three days. The swarming of ships continues, and they seem to have an underwater base near San Diego.
Congress UAP Meeting April 19, 2023
The head of the Pentagon office reviewing UFO incidents reported by military personnel told Congress Wednesday that his office is now reviewing 650 UAP incidents, but that there is no evidence that any of them are of extraterrestrial origin.
Two new videos were released at the rare open congressional hearing on Unexplained Anomalous Phenomena, or UAPs as the Pentagon calls them, to highlight how the recently established All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) can explain some incidents but not others.
“I want to underscore today that only a very small percentage of UAP reports display signatures that could reasonably be described as ‘anomalous,'” Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, the director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office,(AARO) told the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities.
“The majority of unidentified objects reported to AARO demonstrate mundane characteristics of balloons, unmanned aerial systems, clutter, natural phenomena, or other readily explainable sources,” he added.

The first video, in color, posted on the Pentagon’s website, was of an incident it said took place in the Middle East on July 12, 2022.
In an open hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena before the Senate Armed Services Committee on April 19, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), shared a video that depicts an apparent silver, orb-like object crosses the sensor’s field of view. This clip was taken by an MQ-9 in the Middle East, and while AARO assesses the object in the clip is not exhibiting anomalous behavior, the object remains unidentified. This video is a representative example of many of the cases AARO receives where there is limited data surrounding the observation. These cases are retained in AARO’s active archive pending the discovery of additional information/data that may lead to case resolution.
Also briefed was the comparatively small 10-inch observation craft are being photographed around and over Los Angles. Dr. Robert Shiepe is the discoverer and of new subliminal photography that makes it possible to find and record unknown, fast small moving objects. These unknown small drones were first recorded Feb. 2018; however, I do have video that goes back to 2015. .Congress was briefed on the small new UFOs photographed by Dr Shiepe. ‘Of course, it is hard to say exactly why these UAP’s are flying in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles.

Ever since 1960 this area has been a hotspot for UFOs, especially on June 15, 1992, there were over 100 UAP’s that came out of the ocean at night in front of thousands of witnesses in Malibu. I am also considering the possibility that these new UAP’s are flying in front of my camera and Marina del Rey because of my past research into UFO’s. these UAP’s tend to fly by whenever I ask them to when I am recording. It is my hope that with the help of many other professional researchers that we will find answers to this mystery. I am open to all questions regarding these UAP’s.

The dragons seem to replicate themselves with 115 elements in ocean and with electricity often from power lines. The craft are often called dragons because they were first thought to be Dragonflies. They fly around various commercial aircraft and helicopters at Mach 2 or 3 several thousand miles per hour.

Pentagon’s UFO Chief to Testify Before Congress or AARO.
Though Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick recently co-authored a paper with Harvard professor Avi Loeb that is likely to prompt questions from senators. The paper puts forth the theory that recent unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAPs the Defense Department is studying could be “extraterrestrial technological probes” sent from a “parent craft.” It suggests interstellar objects like the oddly moving “Oumuamua,” discovered by astronomers in 2017, could be parent crafts that release “autonomous probes equipped with artificial intelligence” that self-replicate could the right biological material be available.
“Within a close range to a star, extraterrestrial technological probes could use starlight to charge their batteries and liquid water as their fuel. This would explain why they would target the habitable region around stars, where liquid water may exist on the surface of rocky planets with an atmosphere, like the Earth,” the paper states. “Habitable planets would be particularly appealing to trans-medium probes, capable of moving between space, air and water.” The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) was stood up by the Pentagon in July 2022—through Congress’ passage of the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act—to expand the scope and study of UAPs/UFOs. Specifically, its mission is “to detect, identify and attribute objects of interest,” including “anomalous, unidentified space, airborne, submerged and trans medium objects.”
Dr. Kirkpatrick, AARO’s director, has a Ph.D. in physics and is a longtime intelligence professional, having served at multiple intelligence agencies, including the Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, as well as positions at U.S. Strategic Command, US SPACECOM and the National Security Council. Thank you, Chairwoman Gillibrand, Ranking Member Ernst, and distinguished members of the Subcommittee and Congress. It is a privilege to be here today to testify on the Department of Defense’s efforts to address Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena.
First, I want to thank Congress for its extensive and continued partnership as the Department works to better understand and respond to UAP in an effort to minimize technical and intelligence surprise. Unidentified objects in any domain pose potential risks to safety and security, particularly for military personnel and capabilities. Congress and DoD agree that UAP cannot remain unexamined or unaddressed.
We are grateful for sustained congressional engagement on this issue, which paved the way for DoD’s establishment of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office in July of last year. Though AARO is still a young office, the spotlight on UAP in recent months underscores the importance of its work and the need for UAP to be taken seriously as a matter of national security. All leadership that I’ve had the pleasure of working with, whether DoD, IC, DOE, Civil, Scientific or Industrial, view Congress as a critical partner in this endeavor.
AARO has accomplished much in the 9 months since it was established. The AARO team of more than three dozen experts is organized around four functional areas: operations, scientific research, integrated analysis, and strategic communications. In the nine months since AARO’s establishment, we have taken important steps to improve UAP data collection, standardize the Department’s UAP internal reporting requirements, and implement a framework for rigorous scientific and intelligence analysis, resolving cases in a systematic and prioritized manner. Meanwhile, consistent with legislative direction, AARO is also carefully reviewing and researching the U.S. Government’s UAP-related historical record.

AARO is leading a focused effort to better characterize, understand, and attribute UAP, with priority given to UAP reports by DoD and IC personnel in or near areas of national security importance. DoD fully appreciates the eagerness from many quarters, including here in Congress and in the American public, to quickly resolve every UAP encountered across the globe, from the distant past through today.
It is important to note, however, that AARO is the culmination of decades of DoD, Intelligence Community, and congressionally directed efforts to successfully resolve UAP encountered first and foremost by U.S. military personnel, specifically Navy and Air Force pilots.
The law establishing AARO is ambitious, and it will take time to realize the full mission. We cannot answer decades of questions about UAP all at once, but we must begin somewhere. While I assure you that AARO will follow scientific evidence wherever it leads, I ask for your patience as DoD first prioritizes the safety and security of our military personnel and installations, in all domains.
After all, UAP encountered first by highly capable DoD and IC platforms, featuring the nation’s most advanced sensors, are those UAP most likely to be successfully resolved by my office assuming data can be collected. If AARO succeeds in first improving the ability of military personnel to quickly and confidently resolve UAP that they encounter, I believe that in time we will have greatly advanced the capability of the entire United States Government, including its civilian agencies, to resolve UAP. However, it would be naive to believe that the resolution of all UAP can be solely accomplished by the DoD and IC alone.
We will need to prioritize collection and leverage authorities for monitoring all domains within the continental United States. AARO’s ultimate success will require partnerships with the interagency, industry, academia, the scientific community, and the public.
AARO is partnering with the Services, Intelligence Community, DOE and across the U.S. government to tap into the resources of the interagency. The UAP challenge is more an operational and scientific issue than an intelligence issue. As such, we are also working with industry, academia, and the scientific community, which bring their own resources, ideas, and expertise to this challenging problem set. Robust collaboration and peer-review across a broad range of partners will promote greater objectivity and transparency in the study of UAP.
I want to underscore today that only a very small percentage of UAP reports display signatures that could reasonably be described as ‘anomalous.’ The majority of unidentified objects reported to AARO demonstrate mundane characteristics of balloons, unmanned aerial systems, clutter, natural phenomena, or other readily explainable sources. While a large number of cases in our holdings remain
technically unresolved, this is primarily due to a lack of data associated with these cases. Without sufficient data, we are unable to reach defendable conclusions that meet the high scientific standards we set for resolution, and I will not close a case that we cannot defend the conclusions of.
I recognize that this answer is unsatisfying to those who in good faith assume that what they see with their eyes, with their cameras, or with their radars is incontrovertible evidence of extraordinary characteristics and performance. Yet, time and again, with sufficient scientific-quality data, it is fact that UAP often, but not always, resolve into readily explainable sources. Humans are subject to deception and illusions, sensors to unexpected responses and malfunctions, and in some cases intentional interference. Getting to the handful of cases that pass this level of scrutiny is the mission of AARO.
That is not to say that UAP once resolved are no longer of national security interest, however. On the contrary, learning that a UAP isn’t of exotic origin but is instead “just a quadcopter” leads to the question of who is operating that quadcopter, and to what purpose. The answers to those questions will inform potential national security or law enforcement responses.
AARO is a member of the Department’s support to the Administration’s “Tiger Team” effort to deal with stratospheric objects such as the PRC High Altitude Balloon. When previously unknown objects are successfully identified, it is AARO’s role to hand off such readily explainable objects quickly and efficiently to the Intelligence or Law Enforcement Communities for further analysis and appropriate action. The U.S. Government—and DoD and the IC in particular—
has tremendous capabilities to deal with those encountered objects. In the wake of the PRC HAB event, the interagency is working to better integrate and share information to address identifiable stratospheric objects, but that is not AARO’s lane.
Meanwhile, for the few cases in all domains that do demonstrate potentially anomalous characteristics, AARO exists to help the DoD, IC, and interagency resolve those anomalous cases. In doing so, AARO is approaching these cases with the highest level of objectivity and analytic rigor. This includes physically testing and employing modeling and simulation to validate our analyses and underlying theories, then peer reviewing the results within the U.S. Government, industry partners, and with appropriately cleared academic institutions before reaching any conclusions.
I should also state clearly for the record that in our research AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics. In the event sufficient scientific data were ever obtained that a UAP encountered can only be explained by extraterrestrial origin, we are committed to working with our interagency partners at NASA to appropriately inform the U.S. Government’s leadership of its findings. For those few cases that have been leaked to the public previously, and subsequently commented on by the U.S. Government, I encourage those who hold alternative theories or views to submit your research to credible peer-reviewed scientific journals. AARO is working to do the same. That is how science works, not by blog or social media.
We know that there is tremendous public interest in UAP and a desire for answers from AARO. By its very nature, the UAP challenge has for decades lent itself to mystery, sensationalism, and even conspiracy. For that reason, AARO remains committed to transparency, accountability, and to sharing as much with the American public as we can, consistent with our obligation to protect intelligence sources and methods and U.S. and Allied capabilities. However, AARO’s work will take time if we are committed to doing it right. It means adhering to the scientific method and the highest standards of research integrity. It means being methodical and scrupulous. It means withholding judgment in favor of evidence. It means following the data where it leads, wherever it leads. It means establishing scientific, peer reviewed theoretical underpinnings of observed data. AARO is committed to those standards.

AF vets testify that UFOs shut down 10 nukes missiles,

Two Air Force veterans say they have testified to the federal government about UFOs that allegedly shot a test missile out of the sky and suddenly disabled 10 nuclear warheads with no explanation.
Robert Salas, a former ICBM launch officer, and Robert Jacobs, another former Air Force officer, have recounted those experiences from the 1960s to the government’s new All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, the Daily Mail reported.
That office was formed last year by the Department of Defense to investigate reports of “anomalous, unidentified space, airborne, submerged and trans medium objects,” as described by a press release. Its creation followed a high-profile Pentagon report’s disclosure of more than 140 times troops had spotted “unidentified aerial phenomena” that were never explained.
This year’s annual military budget called for UAP reports to be investigated dating as far back as Jan. 1, 1945.
Now AARO has reportedly heard testimony from Salas about an alleged 1967 incident, in which 10 nuclear missiles were inexplicably disabled for several hours at Montana’s Malmstrom Air Force Base after an unidentified object flew over the installation. Pentagon officials previously said they had heard the story but had no official data on it, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Salas said his testimony finally came after five decades of wanting to tell the story to a government agency.
“It was a great big relief,” he said. “They were very magnanimous. They listened intently. … I’m more confident now than I was going in that they’re trying to make a sincere effort.” Thanks to American Military News
In July, Congress quietly admitted that Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) are not “man-made” and that the threat is “expanding,” burying the startling revelations in a report added to the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.

For 18 years, Robert Jacobs, a former US Air Force officer, had been participating in the official United States Government-ordered UFO cover-up. The cover-up was about the UFO shooting down one of the ballistic missiles back in 1964 in Big Sur, California.
According to him, the warhead was approached by a UFO and fired a beam of light from different directions. Subsequently, the warhead malfunctioned and tumbled out of sub orbit hundreds of miles short of its target. “This… unidentified flying… thing had apparently shot down an American dummy atomic warhead,” Dr. Jacobs said.

On April 18 2023, long cylinder type ,with a large round light on one side and chasing lights on the other side was observed. The was a narrow slope over the flashing lights

Dover AFB in 2017, my partner and I witnessed a black triangle on Route 1 next to the base on two separate occasions, 6 months apart .No curves, wings, wheels or insignia with three bright white lights… We were less than 100 feet away and it was silent and 40 feet in size

On March 14 , 2023, it came out of the sky like a ball of fire; I thought it was a plane on fire until it changed direction and took off fast.
Idaho Cylinder
Jakarta on April 13, 2023, object 1st appeared near the skyline, and was cigar shaped and sometimes almost looked like a saucer. It was travelling NE (30 degrees) at a steady speed below the clouds. The weather was mostly clear with strong West winds.

On April 10, 2023, the black triangle flew by, and I saw a tiny object shoot by, quickly from North to South. I placed the video file into my Video Editor. At one quarter speed, I created a two-minute video.

County: Cape May 1, 2021, two entities when I was young (now 70+) hanging on my screen window on the second floor. Saw an oval over Delaware Bay when fishing at night. One on way home from my shift as a police officer, hovering above the NJ Parkway; straight up and out. In Dorchester, NJ being escorted by two C-47s front and back bigger than the escort planes and just a dull grey.
New York Aliens
Beaver Meadow State Park on January 2, 2023, we live in a UFO “hotspot”. We witness 3-5 UFO’s every year. This sighting was the most recent one of a triangular craft hovering the craft was 80 feet long. I once filmed a UFO that was following our car.

On March 1,2023 I was using my telescope to take videos of Venus . I saw later this light at the bottom of Venus of possible explosion or just a light in front of Venus.
Oregon Triangle
On May 18, 2018, I saw a large dark triangle craft twice the size of two 747s was moving slowly with three white lights, one on each tip of the triangle. I could see two rows of windows, some appeared to be open. With 10×30 binoculars there were no details visible inside the “windows”.

Elermore Vale on January 4, 2023, I only noticed this recently when I was going through some photos I was taking of a large rainbow. I did not notice this at the time the photo was taken.

Moncton on April 26 , 2023, I spotted in the sky above the coliseum, an all-white object that was all white with two windows that I could see was very low in the cloudy sky. It was not moving and eventually faded ou and was 70 feet in width,
France Lights
On March 15 , 2023, I was observing the sky with night vision binoculars when I observed an object crossing the sky, 150 meters in altitude. A large, rectangular object with 4 fixed white lights at the corners and 1 flashing red light in its center.

Carolina on April 13 , 2023, a friend and he was at his job in the municipality of Trujillo Alto and during his break he observed 2 UFOs one shaped like a cigar. It flew very fast into the ocean and laterg he observed an oval one that also went into the Atlantic Ocean

Clitheroe on April 22 , 2023 ,I was in Benidorm, Spain and I saw multiple objects in the sky in color when the sun caught the objects moving like they were metal .I have a video of them .I also enlarged and it looks like a triangle.
