The Friendly Spook Letter
In February 1989 Wendelle Stevens, well-known UFO investigator and publisher received a letter from someone he has chosen to call a “friendly spook,” government intelligence agent. The letter concerned the US government’s investigation of the Billy Meier case in Switzerland that Stevens had investigated. It also had much to say about the development of government policy on UFOs”. Following are a few paragraphs from that letter:
“…In 1945, when it was first proven that UFOs were real, from space, operated by intelligent beings, most of whom were in human form, the American Government did a soft touch check to see what the great unwashed public would say, and how the public would respond to UFOs, and space people, if the President informed the public over national radio.

fight with the religious community over UFOs would be an accurate observation. To say that the military was real damned sneaky about how they informed the public about UFOs would also be an accurate observation.
“…The military mind drew one conclusion. The single most important thing to do, in the situation it was in, namely sitting on some hot, highly controversial information, was to keep the general public from getting a bad response by controlling the public’s response to UFOs. In other words, keep the religious mentality out of the issues involved, as long as possible. “But do not ever say that the military never did anything about informing the public about the existence of UFOs. That will mean you have not figured out the methods used by the government to spread the word about UFOs. You might say the military took the Bible’s advice about not to let the left hand know what the right hand is doing.

A spacecraft bending time and space in a warp bubble would eliminate the need for speed

Last year the US Navy confirmed that UFOs exist, meaning someone has access to advanced technology to build them. Declassified government research into warp drives provides insight into how UFOs could theoretically bend spacetime as a means of propulsion. Slowly but surely, the confirmed existence of UFOs is entering the public consciousness. Leaked video footage depicts Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) making seemingly impossible maneuvers while the Air Force and Navy pilots recording the craft looked on in wonder, shouting, “Wow! What is that man? Look at that flying!” More palatable, perhaps, than claiming these UFOs come from ETs, is the probability that they were built by humans as part of some black budget secret space program. When you stop to think about the magnitude of what that actually means, you realize that there is advanced technology out there that is way beyond anything that is commercially available at present. The Navy has confirmed that the UFOs seen in leaked video footage are real UAP, senators have been briefed on UFO sightings, and between 2007 and 2012 the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) spent $22 million dollars on research into warp drives, antigravity, wormholes, extra dimension manipulation, and whole lot more!

As a thought exercise, let’s take a look at one of the 38 research papers that the DIA disclosed it had funded as part of its “Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program” called “Warp Drive, Dark Energy and the Manipulation of Extra Dimensions.”
Therein it explains how an advanced technology could theoretically bend space and time around a craft as a form of propulsion called a warp drive — which doesn’t violate the cosmic speed limit. “Physicists have discovered two loopholes to Einstein’s ultimate speed limit: the Einstein-Rosen bridge (commonly referred to as а ‘wormhole’) and the warp drive,” the paper reads. “Fundamentally, both ideas involve manipulation of spacetime itself in some exotic way that allows for faster-than-light (FTL) travel.” “A manipulation of spacetime itself in some exotic way that allows for faster-than-light travel” — Declassified DIA-funded research
According to the paper’s authors, Dr. Richard Obousy and Dr. Eric Davis, “If one is to realistically entertain the notion of interstellar exploration in time frames of а human lifespan, а dramatic shift in the traditional approach to spacecraft propulsion is necessary.”

In the paper, the authors back up the claim made by Miguel Alcubierre in 1994 that by manipulating extra dimensions, a warp drive could bend space around a craft by contracting space in front of it while expanding space behind it.
“The warp drive involves local manipulation of the fabric of space in the immediate vicinity of а spacecraft. The basic idea is to create an asymmetric bubble of space that is contracting in front of the spacecraft while expanding behind it,” the authors write.
By warping space and moving through time, the craft wouldn’t be in violation of the galactic speed limit — the speed of light.

Accelerating too fast will crush you and your craft from the G-Force but keeping your craft in a warp bubble would eliminate the need — the need for speed. This is one explanation why UAP would be a more accurate description because these things wouldn’t really “fly” at super speeds so much as they would be warping time and space.

But in order for any of this to happen, one must have access to, and know how to use, very advanced technology. The paper talks about this technology in a theoretical sense, but can you imagine if the theory has already been put to the test and proven?

Remember, UFOs exist, and we don’t know what technologies they use. This is one possible explanation.
According to the authors, the technology involved in a warp drive would have to be able to manipulate extra dimensions in order to gain control of dark energy.
“If an advanced technology was able to influence the radius of an extra dimension, then it would acquire direct control over dark energy, and hence the expansion and contraction of space itself,” according to the paper.
The researchers concluded back in 2010 that “As tremendous а feat as this may sound, at this early stage in the research it is one of the only viable mechanisms to generate а warp drive.”

The seemingly impossible maneuvers of UFOs can be explained if you think of the UFO as a time machine instead of something being propelled at great speeds.

Whether you believe Steinbart or not, his assertion that UFOs are time machines has been made by others, and it correlates the theoretical research funded by the DIA — only Steinbart claims that the research is operational and has been for some time.
Michael Masters, professor of biological anthropology at Montana Tech, also made the claim in his book, “Identified Flying Objects, that many UFOs are actually made by humans in the future, whom he calls “extratempestrials.”
Although scientists say that warp drives are theoretically possible, “further advances in quantum physics, quantum mechanics and metamaterials” are still needed to make them a reality, according to Joseph Agnew – an undergraduate engineer and research assistant from the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Propulsion Research Center (PRC).
Whatever you want to call them, the existence of UAP has publicly been confirmed by the US Navy.

By all accounts it seems that troops in the Vietnam War were absolutely plagued by UFO activity, and some of the most spectacular reports of alien encounters during the Vietnam War have to do with actual military engagements with UFOs. One such incident occurred on June 15, 1968, along the demilitarized zone (DMZ) between North and South Vietnam, where a Swift patrol boat known as PCF-12, commanded by a Lieutenant Pete Snyder, was on a routine night patrol near Cua Viet. PCF-12 commenced a running gun battle, firing its .50 caliber machine guns and zig zagging at high speed for well over an hour. During this battle, PCF-12 continuously radioed that it was under attack by an unidentified hovering aircraft. Response from command was “no friendly aircraft in the area”. In order to isolate the problem, U.S. Forces suspended all flying operations within PCF-12′s area of operation. Despite this measure, PCF-12 continued to be engaged with the enemy.
At 12:30AM, PCF-12 reportedly received a frantic distress call from another patrol boat in the vicinity, PCF-19, claiming that they were being attacked by unidentified lights they were calling “enemy helicopters,” which seemed odd because the North Vietnamese enemy were not known to utilize combat helicopters at the time. It is thought the UFOs had an electromagnetic Tesla shield that could somehow returns the bullets or missiles fired at them. Snyder ordered the PCF-12 to head for PCF-19’s position to offer assistance, and they as they closed in reported spotting in the sky two circular bright lights immersed in a “strange glow” hovering over PCF-19’s position.
As they approached, one of the strange lights reportedly emitted a bright flash of light, after which PCF-19 exploded in a cascade of water and flying debris. Directly after the destruction of PCF-19, the two enigmatic lights were described as rapidly accelerating away towards the sea as PCF-12 scouted the area for any possible survivors of the carnage they had just witnessed. Two wounded men were found and recalled that the two UFOs had been trailing them for miles along the river.

The survivors then claimed that they had decided to fire upon the threatening, mysterious objects, and that was when one of them had issued a piercing blast of light to obliterate the boat. PCF-19 was resting right side up on the bottom, with damage consistent with being hit by two rockets, with two entry holes in the forward berthing compartment and no exit holes. Three U.S. crewmen in the compartment were killed, and the South Vietnamese liaison was killed in the main compartment. At first it was thought by officials that the PCF-19 had been the victim of an enemy missile fired from shore, but a later AP dispatch from Saigon would quote a military spokesman as having attributed the loss of PCF-19 to an “unidentified object,” and not enemy coastal batteries or missiles.
The PCF-12 continued its patrol up the river and were soon approached by the same two unidentified lights, which took up positions hovering on the port and starboard sides around 300 yards away and 100 feet above the water. PCF-12 called in to headquarters to try and get an idea of what they were dealing with but were met with the response that there were no aircraft in the area at the time. Realizing that these craft were not friendly, Snyder ordered his men to open fire on the lights, which apparently did little to faze or even slow them down, and PCF-12 began to retreat at full speed as the two mysterious aircraft tailed and stalked them, flickering in the night the whole time. Second engine man Jim Steffes would later claim that he got a good look at the craft and described them as having “a rounded front like an observation halo,” and what looked like “two crewmen sitting side by side.”

Strangely, although no weapons could be seen mounted on the unidentified aircraft, PCF-12 nevertheless found itself being fired upon. Steffes remembered seeing tracer rounds piercing up into the night from the nearby base Point Dume, with their targets being what he said were other far-off blinking circular lights whizzing about in the sky above. Eventually, a group of Phantom F4 fighter jets arrived to converge upon and chase off the strange lights that were plaguing PCF-12 out to sea, leaving the crew to wonder what in the hell had just happened. Air Command repeatedly claimed no U.S. Aircraft was not in the area of the sinking of PC-19 on the night of this tragedy. This quick, 160 pages read is packed with facts, evidence, maps and photos that will truly make you ruminate as to what the truth was with PCF-19 and question why even today this is still wrongly classified as a “friendly fire” incident.

Editor’ Note: Actually, you could get control of missiles with an alternating magnetic field. UFOs have taken control of intercontinental missiles as early as 1962, so it’s likely air to air missiles could also be controlled. The 2018 release of a Navy patent provides a compelling answer to what had happened during the recall. General Brown stated, “I don’t know whether this story has ever been told or not. They weren’t called UFOs. They were called enemy helicopters. And they were only seen at night, and they were only seen in certain places. They were seen up around the DMZ in the early summer of ’68. And this resulted in quite a little battle. And in the course of this, an Australian destroyer took a hit, and we never found any enemy, we only found ourselves when this had all been sorted out. And this caused some shooting there, and there was no enemy at all involved but we always reacted.”
Editor’s Note: I was the 7th Air Force Intelligence Officer Analyst for I Corps in Vietnam and I put out a Daily Intelligence Message about the Northern portion of South Vietnam that was sent all over the world and even to the White House. Almost every morning I briefed General Momyer who was later replaced by General Brown.
UFOs or enemy helicopters were often reported. I successfully predicted that the North Vietnamese would attack during the normal truce period during the Tet Holidays, when South Vietnamese soldier’s returnee home.
General Westmoreland, r the Supreme Commander of the United States Military Assistance Command Vietnam (MACV) was very upset with Captain Murphy and me for sending out our daily message predicting a major Communist attack, since he had just returned from the states giving speeches saying we were winning the war. I was severely criticized since the Army had no warning of any attacks and we were inexperienced at predicting Communist intentions.
Our Air Force units fortunately went on full alert based on our warning message and were able to divert the enemy attacks during Tet. Our road watch teams picked up Communist made tanks from China moving down the Ho Chi Minh trail, so I also predicted tank attacks near the DMZ. Again 7th Air Force Intelligence was severely creolized by General Westmorland, since North Vietnam had never attacked. with tanks.

My Air Force four stars General Momyer after being chewed out by General Westmorland chewed me out. Westmorland came down hard on me about my wild predictions that the North Vietnamese would attack in large numbers using tanks. The Army was not alerted, and the city of Hue was overrun by North Vietnamese troops for more than a month. I was told when the North Vietnamese attack occurred during the Tet Offensive and Lang Vie was overrun with tanks. I was suddenly a hero, and I was forgiven. The point is lower-level personnel are often correct since they watch real factual intelligence that is not published because politics often changes the truth at the top level.
The Suicide of America Newsweek
Newsweek shares the cover of Le Spectacle Du Monde. Translated it says “The Suicide of America,” and it openly questions if America’s collapse was imminent based on the Biden administration’s recent gaffes in Afghanistan, the U.S. southern border, and elsewhere. “The two most toxic ideologies of the 20th century were Nazism and Marxism. In my opinion, Nazism was identity politics on steroids, and Marxism was an oppressor narrative on steroids. The combination of the two is actually modern wokeism that was born in the United States,” said author of Woke Inc., Vivek Ramaswamy. he general consensus that was reached in these open discussions was that free speech in American society is being eroded by progressive ideology. The evening news is now fake news that ignores all bad news about the Biden Administration.
Over half evacuated from Afghanistan are mot those who helped us
Largely thanks to the CIA, Air Force, and Special Forces, the punitive expedition against the launching pad of 9/11 was swiftly completed, the primitive Taliban scattered, and an example made. Our military moved in for twenty years with numerous injured and 1800 men killed in combat, but virtually stopped terrorism from Afghanistan. . Their main job was to build an effective Afghan Army that was taught to fight with U.S. intelligence and air power. In July this support was removed, and the Afghan Army disintegrated, so the war in Afghanistan is not over despite our surrender and hurried evacuation. Now our enemy terrorists are ten times stronger with the enemy declaring they can now attack us with millions of dollars of our own weapons and equipment left behind in Afghanistan. The Taliban chose those we could evacuate. This is the biggest military blunder and defeat and disastrous withdrawal in the history of the United States.
Apparently over half the Afghans’ brought here are the wrong ones who did not help us
During the week top generals briefed Congress and they claim Biden clearly did not listen to his military commanders on Afghanistan. They claim they told him we should keep 2500 U.S. troops there that Afghan forces were doing the fighting and the situation was very stable. Essentially the Taliban and Issus would not take over and provide a serious terrorist threat to the US as long as the situation remained stable. Essentially the Taliban wintered in Pakistan or could retreat there whenever they wished creating a stalemate in the war The Taliban retreated each year to Pakistan during the winter and the evacuation could have happened then without Taliban interference. We give Billions to Pakistan every year, but they supported the Taliban throughout the war. Attacks on the Taliban bases in Pakistan could have destroyed the Taliban.
Our Top Generals briefing Congress appeared they had little Interest in winning the war’s just playing politician to get promoted. By leaving suddenly we have created millions of enemies on both sides who fought with us and against us. Our NATO allies are disgusted with us because many of their people are also still left behind. UNICIF has warned that this month that a million Afghan children are at risk of starvation. I’m personally embarrassed how thousands of our citizens were left behind because some particular date of retreat was decided by our Administration. The way we suddenly, left not keeping some air power and intelligence caused the Afghan Army to essentially give up. We will pay dearly in the future for this monumental mistake.
I was upset by the politicians and generals thinking and lack of planning. No thought was apparently given about the welfare of the people of Afghanistan or of the United States. We are under attack daily by Communi8st and terrorist forces every day which is ignored by the news media and government.” Several times the generals refereed o the State Department as running things
There is also the basic question of trust, over half the Afghans evacuated according to our soldiers were not those who supported our troops in the fighting. The Taliban were in control and decided who was sent to be evacuated. The Afghans were not rigorously vetted under the wild situation and quick time restraint of everybody out by August 30, put on by Biden. Many who were evacuated are possibly terrorists. When bad things happen, you can assume it sabotage like many of the wildfires being caused by arsonists. Thousands of Americans and most of those with Afghan s with Green Cards who helped our troops were left behind. It turns out the airlift evacuated fewer than half of the approved allies who held Special Immigrant Visas (SIV) holders. In fact, less than half of the 120,000 people were American citizens or Afghans who served alongside American troops with Green Cards and deserved to be evacuated.
To cover up the huge mistake of evacuating 60,000 questionable people, Democrats desperate to cover up the huge administration’s failure put in the budget bill authority to provide lifetime housing and welfare to half the undeserving evacuees. The generals made a point of how cooperative the Taliban were, probably because we were air lifting the wrong people. One person evacuated from Afghanistan to a U.S. military base in Germany is in custody after failing of a security screening.
General Milley was questioned about his contacting Chinese Generals who had just launched bio warfare on the US while Trump was president on several occasions telling then the U.S. military would not attack China. Several Senators said China could have attacked us knowing we were standing down and the General’s actions were treason and he should resign. H e answere, “I serve at the direction of Presdent Biden.” Milley siad did call Chinese communists, you know, the hostile regime highest militaryleader– to General. Li Zuocheng , the communist nation of China on two occasions and he did promise them in January that he would warn them if an attack by the President and our commander-in-chief was imminent.

Fox news claims it has been forty-six days and counting, hundreds of our fellow Americans, thousands of our allies, green card holders, all of their families, 5,000 all abandoned by that guy that got booed those lives in the White House. They not only got abandoned but they’re not lifting a finger to help them as they live now under the Taliban rule and terrorist rule.
The Administration is not allowing his own State Department to allow private charters — people are paying good money for those charters — to bring our citizen’s home. They’re not allowed to land them in the United States. The State Department says no that is one more treasonous activity the fake news does not report.
Reuters reported at least one plane left Afghanistan with 28 American citizens, six people with U.S. Immigration Visas, and 83 green card holders are being stashed at the hangar in Abu Dhabi. Fifty-nine of the evacuees are children. “The first justification was that there was no procedure by which American citizens could return to the United States on a charter flight, which we did not understand,” Project Dynamo’s Stan Bunner told Al Jazeera. U.S. officials also expressed concerns regarding evacuees potentially having Measles, but Bunner told the outlet that evacuees were confirmed to be up to date on measles vaccination and tested negative for coronavirus.
Amenities and conditions in the hangar are poor, Fox News reports. Evacuees are struggling “with limited food and water, no shower options, poor bathrooms, and restricted movement due to them being on an airfield, organizers say. Families are sleeping on tile floors and hard plastic chairs with limited access to potable water,” according to Fox.

And if a third country allows a charter flight to land but they need U.S permission.

Alaska Light
Kodiak – on September 25, 2021, two men saw a long cylinder of white light moving towards the mountains. They described it as a white streak of light, and both started filming. No sound was heard. The object was seen for nearly two minutes before being lost behind the mountains. Skies were mostly clear near sunset.
Note: The witnesses may have captured a contrail from a high-flying jet. I have had similar reports which turned out to have this explanation. This is “a more than likely” explanation. San Diego – on September 30, 2021, I took some interesting videos which reveal a galactic airport above the San Diego PACIFIC COAST. I am sharing it in hopes it illuminates doubt, amongst other things.

Sycamore – on September 17, 2021, two glue orbs floated and buzzed in and out of the clouds.
There was an aura all around them like displacing matter.\
Chicago Heights –-on September 26, 2021, V-formation, nearly 10 minutes of footage/4 pulsating orb-like bright glowing objects while returning from store.
Michigan Disc
Port Huron – on September 29, 2021, was parked in my car in a parking lot along the St. Clair River maybe 200 ft? From the Blue Water bridge to take some photos (with cell phone) of a freighter. I didn’t notice the object in the photo until I went to edit them about 2-3 hours later and honestly not sure if it’s a UFO or not however it caught my attention. All photos are originals un-edited.

Burnsville – on September 28, 2021, when driving to work I saw the object but honestly do not know what it is.

Harrisburg – on August 23, 2021, took a photo of highflying aircraft and object was in the photo.

Medford – on September 26, 2021, rotating pyramid with horizontal tear drop shaped appendages on 2 sides. Shiny, chrome appearance with occasional bright whit flashing light. Depiction of sighting.
North Carolina Object
Greensboro – on June 12, 2010, I saw an indefinable object at the baseball game.P

Pittsburg – on September 6, 2021, it was super close, silent and not a helicopter.
Texas Object
Houston – on September23, 2021, recording on my Ring Camera.
Dallas – on September9, 2021, Just departed Dallas and saw this object like a satellite.

Rural Retreat – on September 25,2021, Noticed something weird about the Moon. A light has been seen below the Moon all over the world.
Washington Lights
Puyallup –on September19, 2021, I noticed a very nice cloud formation covering the whole sky and decided to take a picture with my iPhone SE cell phone and posted two pictures. This morning I noticed the bluish bubble object on one photo. Not sure what the light bluish image is but it’s different from the cloud formation.

Cairns – on September 21, 2021, I have well over a hundred sightings of UFOs.
Similar photos were taken in New Jersey, Virginia of objects under the moon.
Brazil Lights
Itaquaquecetuba – on September 23, 2021 it’s not the first time I’ve seen these lights hope you’re wrong if it’s a UFO. Maybe it could be lights generated by spotlights in the video I’ve attached has the presence of white light coming from an event not too far away. But the first time I saw it I had not observed an event like this, and it was in another place, besides that I have heard reports from other people from different countries with the same characteristics in places that are not urban as the one I have seen in person.
Canada Light
Montreal – on September 19, 2021, I was on my balcony reading on my cell phone when a shiny and relatively big white light came from my left in the sky and caught my attention. It was glowing white on top, so I jumped on the camera to shot it in 4k. It flew right above me. The recording has some under exposition noises, but we still can see some details of the patterns. It looked like to emanate a kind of magnetic field (waves) which is look like changing frequencies.
Mexico Object
Vaqueros – on September 19, 2021, I heard a single noise because the disc was traveling very fast.
Qatar Lights
During flight on September16, 2021,
I was on airplane and saw the strange lights.
UK/England Light
Stoke on Kent — on September 15, 2021, an object passed over my house in day light with no sound and no obvious form of propulsion in a completely straight line and consistent speed.
