Lord Admiral Hill-Norton writes, “There is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilization; and it behooves us, in case some of these people in the future or now should turn hostile, to find out that they are, where they come from, and what they want.

Hill-Norton got his unexpectedly early promotion from commander-in-chief, far east, to first sea lord.

He became chief of defiance staff, Britain’s most senior serving officer, with the rank of admiral of the fleet, in April 1971. His final active post was as chairman of Nato’s military committee from 1974 to 1977.

Guantanamo Bay UFOs

Who Built the City>Off the Coast of Cuba is this amazing underwater city. over a twenty year  ago, a team of explorers were working on an exploration and survey mission off the western coast of Cuba when their sonar equipment picked up a perplexing series of stone structures lying some 650 meters below the surface. The structures appeared completely analogous against the barren ‘desert’ of the ocean floor and seemed to show symmetrically organized stones reminiscent of an urban development. A media flurry soon ensued with news sites sporting headlines such as ‘Atlantis Discovered in Cuba’ and ‘Lost City of the Caribbean Found.’ However, the finding also attracted the attention of the government, national museum, and national geographic, who all made promises to investigate the strange sonar images. The Canadian team, from Advanced Digital Communications (ADC), estimated the ruins could be more than 6,000 years old . Now, twenty years on, the story has disappeared into obscurity. What ever happened to the sunken ‘ruins’ of Cuba? Were they ever fully investigated? And why has the media fallen silent on this unusual discovery? The discovery was first made in 2001 when Pauline Zalitzki, a marine engineer, and her husband Paul Weinzweig, owners of a Canadian company called Advanced Digital Communications (ADC), were working on a survey mission in conjunction with the Cuban government off the tip of the Guanahacabibes Peninsula in the Pinar del Río Province of Cuba. ADC was one of four firms working in a joint venture with President Fidel Castro’s government to explore Cuban waters, which hole of treasure-laden ships from the Spanish colonial era. It is possible aliens are using the structures for their own purpose. The team was using advanced sonar equipment to scan a 2 square kilometers area of the sea floor when they noticed a series of symmetrical and geometric stone structures resembling an urban complex This area may also be a UFO base that the Cuban Government does not want to disturb..

 According to a former US Marine who served at Guantanamo Bay in the late 1960s on the Eastern edge of the island, there is an underwater alien base off the Cuban coast. Furthermore, the Marine claimed that of the many UFO sightings of strange objects going in and out of the water, the US military has even managed to capture several on film.

 He also states that he and his colleagues were under strict instructions not to talk about the strange activity they witnessed there. The Marine claimed that the craft he witnessed appeared to be made of “dull” metal with a series of blue lights. When they entered the water, the blue lights could still be witnessed but would grow fainter and fainter, suggesting to him that whatever the object was, it was descending deeper into the water. I flew into Guantanamo numerous times carrying workers from Jamaica and high ranking sailor mentioned he had seen UFOs from his ship near Cuba.

Perhaps coincidentally, around 190 miles north of the US base in Key West, Florida, there have been several UFO sightings that seem to match the descriptions of the craft as described by the unnamed marine and may suggest they originate from the same place. One sighting came in November 1990,in Gulf Breeze, Florinda when Ed Walters claimed that he witnessed a strange object fly overhead from the coast. It emitted a bright, blue light that “trapped” him in its beam. He stated that while he was caught in it, everything around him was blue, and he could not move. Walters did manage to take several pictures of the craft. Hundreds of witnesses came forward to say they, too, had seen the strange object that evening. There have been strong efforts to discredit the sightings of dozens of people. MUFON felt the sightings were genuine.

 The local newspaper ran a series of photographs and article while the entire Joint Chiefs of Statt showed up Pensacola Naval Base to allegedly view a downed UFO.

Colonel Ware States, “ I saw red light UFOs twice at MUFON meetings in Pensacola, Florida. I saw them five times in Gulf Breeze, once   Steven Greer and many others on 14 March 19 92. They interacted with our thoughts and lights. My last sighting was 22 June 1993 on a sky watch with Winston Milonski from the top of a sand dune near Ft. Walton Beach. We had been sending out thoughts of friendship and welcome for 30 minutes and just talking for 30 minutes. When I suggested that we go home since nothing had appeared except boats and planes, two lights appeared directly in front of us. I immediately put my 10-power binoculars on them. A red one rose slowly from the water while a brighter white one zipped horizontally above the horizon to a point directly under the red one. Then they both blinked out. That could not have been a flare from someone in an unseen raft.

In 1989 I received twelve messages that appeared to come from higher intelligence The messages taught me lessons and contained much useful advice as an investigator of the paranormal. One of the messages was designed to use me as a messenger to tell a general at Eglin Air Force Base to stop knocking down alien vehicles with their non-lethal directed electromagnetic pulse device. The “Gulf Breeze Incident” that inspired this message occurred when three TV crews had their cameras in Gulf Breeze. If they had gotten the same kind of pictures that Ed Walters had gotten, it would have been tough to keep the public from getting too excited.

On 28 January 1992, I woke at exactly 2 am with two sentences on a video screen in my head. There was no room for any other thought until I got up and wrote them down. One said, “Unconditional Love is becoming the driving force on this planet.” The other said, “I am trying to learn to express Unconditional Love.” I now see this as my guides confirming that I was on the right track in my thinking.

The next year I had an experience that probably involved physical contact with an unseen being of a higher vibratory rate. Twenty minutes after lying on my stomach to sleep, I felt a hand firmly grasp my right wrist. My left hand was under my left thigh. I tried to ask, “Who is it?” but nothing came out of my mouth. I couldn’t open my eyes. I couldn’t get up. My heart rate started to steadily increase. Shortly after I became concerned that the increased heart rate may become harmful, the hand released. Two seconds later I could open my eyes. No one was there. It took two minutes for my heart rate to be slow enough to be counted. I was not dreaming. I experienced mental control of my body by an alien being, as some abductees have.

I have been a truth seeker since 26 Jul 52 when I saw seven red light type UFOs over Washington, DC.

UFO’s.  Sixty years of seeking truth and over 100 UFO conferences have broadened my view of the alien presence as follows. In 1929 some aliens that look much like us, reportedly Aldebaran, came here to help our most advanced scientists develop antigravity technology so we would cause less pollution of our atmosphere as the airline industry expanded. One condition was that we could not use it for warlike purposes. In 1938, when Hitler put an anti-tank gun turret on the bottom of a 100 foot. diameter flying saucer, he proved that humanity was not sufficiently advanced spiritually or morally to be trusted with such technology. More-advanced Pleiadean’s took the militarized saucers and the scientists that built them to their base in South America and gave the scientists a choice

. They could raise their children in the Pleiades or here, but if they stayed here they must stay separated from our warring society. Adrian, of “The Miami Contacts,” said some children raised on the Pleiades chose to return here to work for companies like BMW. Those who chose to stay here continued the anti gravity work in an underground base in the Antarctic in an area claimed by Hitler in 1938 as New Schwabenland.

Some now call that area Melchizedek Land. See www.melchizedek.com. He sent major supply missions there with five large submarines in 1938 and 1942. Now I think world scientists have for decades been sending missions to the moon and Mars from such bases hidden from the less advanced society.

Perhaps there is some truth in “Alternative Three.” Antigravity programs continued in Germany in nine underground bases, and the US brought 30 flying saucers to Area 51 and the White Sands Missile Range in 1945. Australians took some to Pine Gap, and the British took some to a base on the NW coast of Scotland. My CIA friend said that the first class for transition by the German Air Force to antigravity vehicles was scheduled for 15 May 1945, but that was two weeks too late. The only combat  these vehicles had been to spray benzene ahead of our bomber formations during some carpet-bombing raids, causing loss of several planes.

Robinson, first to get a Ph.D. in Civil Law relating to space, said at our 1998 IUFOC Summer Seminar that we have already made a new subspecies, Homo sapiens alterios, and a new species, H. alterios specialist.

He said we did it to make us more survivable in off-planet conditions. He did not mention aliens. I suspect, as a world government lawyer, he was not allowed to. I think human mothers are allowed to raise the subspecies that look much like us. They are unselfish souls with high IQs. The large head would cause problems in natural birth. An extensive underground and undersea system of world government bases here and on the moon and Mars provides them with a home until we are ready to accept them among us. Consider that the Limits of Growth: The Club of Rome’s Report on the Predicament of Mankind in 1972 said that Homo sapiens is a suicidal species, so it is time for another upgrade with increased capacity for intellectual growth and spiritual awareness. The Urania Book says that we have had four previous major upgrades, all for that same purpose.

Reasons: Until selfishness in mankind is significantly reduced, world or national leaders cannot discuss advanced technologies that can be used for warlike purposes, nor biological upgrades that are contrary to national law. I suspect that there are also galactic laws, such as the Star Trek “prime directive,” that require that knowledge of the alien presence be suppressed until more souls evolve to a higher level.

Graham Handcock’s book, Fingerprints of the Gods “claims included) have “awakened in the state of paralysis with a strange presence in the room.” Fifteen percent (37 million) report having seen, “either as a child or as adult, a terrifying figure—which might have been a monster, a witch, a devil, or some other evil figure” in their bedroom, Fourteen percent (35 million people) reported having had an OBE and seven percent (or 17 million Americans) say they have seen a UFO. non-fiction book that argues for a lost, advanced civilization that existed before known ancient cultures, destroyed by a cataclysm around 12,000 years ago

These “Experiencers” have been called the “shamans” of the technological age, for it is through them that we learn about the multi-dimensional universe that we live in; it is through their eyes that we can glimpse into realities that for the rest of us are invisible—at least for now.

Yet, for generations, our shamans have been effectively silenced, and the silence they have had to endure is like a dark blemish on the history of the human race and one that needs addressing today.

We must begin to understand that spiritual dimensions are constantly trying to reach us, to communicate with us, to guide us and to gain our recognition. But those persons who can best serve as our guides, our leaders in understanding the universe, have been silenced by a combination of fear of the unknown, religious fervor, scientific arrogance, and public ignorance.  , It is assumed, today, that witch hunts are outdated since we don’t burn witches anymore. Instead, we merely ridicule them or institutionalize them.

The fear of the unknown is still with us. In the arrogant, uncomfortable smirks on the faces of mainstream scientists as they attempt to discredit those who have witnessed paranormal phenomena.

The general public has, for the most part, accepted, albeit with skepticism, what Church leaders and government-sponsored scientists have told them about the nature of reality. In spite of their obvious incompatibility, both views, however, convey a common message: “ everything well in hand. It’s OK to go about your daily business, because the true nature of reality, the true nature of God and human origins has long ago been resolved.”

The fact is nothing could be further from the truth. These issues have not been resolved. No matter what you have been told, no matter what you have read, no matter what you have seen on television, no matter how much esteem you place on our scientific institutions and in your religion, you do not have a clear understanding of these matters if you have relied on traditional and conventional sources of information.

You have been deceived, misled, and misinformed by institutions that, because of their bureaucratic structures, must arrive at consensus views on every issue with which they deal. In the process, important and often contradictory information is routinely hidden, destroyed or ignored.

David Jacobs “Walking Among US”

David Jacobs writes, “The abduction phenomenon is inter-generational and the children of an abductee will all be abductees as will their children, and so on. The abduction phenomenon keeps up with population growth and more people are being abducted than ever before. Abductions begin in childhood and continue into old age. It is difficult to know and most abductions are not remembered.

If a person is forty years old and has ten abductions a year, that means he has been abducted perhaps 300-400 times already.

There are four different entities aboard UFOs and strongly suspect abductions are under the direction of biological creatures of so-called “Insectoids/Reptoids.” The main aliens are the insect-like ones that give orders to others.

Sometimes, but not always, these are reptilians. Dr. David Jacobs suspects that they are at the top of the alien socio-political hierarchy, although rarely encountered; they often give the impression of being in overall charge. They seem to be in control of small grays in joint projects, but who are more often than not in competition with them for our resources, genetic and otherwise. Jacobs writes, “There are both tall and small, grays and finally the humanoid hybrids who are all probably created with human DNA and gray alien DNA There are humanoid early-stage hybrids, who are probably crosses between humans and grays, perhaps 80% gray and 20% human; humanoid middle stage hybrids who look more 50-50%; humanoid late stage hybrids who look 80% human 20% gray, humanoid humans, 95% human and 5% gray, and hybrids, 98% human and 2% gray. The hybrids are the ones whose task it is to live here in human society. Each group of beings has been bred for specific tasks and obviously represents a serious concern for the future of humanity. They have a brilliantly thought out program of integration and they have put it into effect. Many are moving into apartments on Earth in numerous countries. What they know is that their task is to live here. The “whys” and “when” are not forthcoming. Jacobs said, “In my opinion, this is the greatest existential threat to humanity that has ever occurred. “This is a clandestine phenomenon and they don’t want us to know what they’re doing – because what they’re doing benefits them and not us.”David Jacobs PH.D.

He reported that a “change” is coming when very human-like hybrids will intermingle with humans in everyday life. “Soon we will all be together,” the aliens said. “Soon everyone will be happy and everyone will know his place.” Jacob’s book examines the disturbing phenomenon that the alien integration action plan has kicked into high gear. The incidents of alien abductions have accelerated, as have occurrences of alien involvement in everyday human life. A silent and insidious invasion has begun. Alien hybrids have moved into your neighborhood and have been trained to blend into society, to appear as normal as your next-door neighbor does.

This book illustrates in detail the process of alien integration into society and the strategy and support structure that has been developed to make this happen seamlessly. While he is not certain why they are doing it, the final chapter of the book will provide some chilling possible answers as to why they are here and what they want to accomplish.

Jacobs is a careful researcher who has investigated more than 1150 abduction events experienced by more than 150 abductees. This book focuses on the experiences of thirteen abductees.

Jacobs feels the so-called “Nordics” are most likely “late-stage” human-alien hybrids. The blond folks may be considered biological, but of a lesser than advanced ETs. Blonde blue-eyed peoples are thought to have been on Earth only for ten thousand years. The Nordics claim to be our ancestors and many insiders claim the Nordics are helping humans fight off other ET species.

Michael Salla and Ken Bakeman report Reptilians sometimes-called Draco’s are often claimed to be part of the Dark Forces. They are intelligent, technologically very advanced, and clever with strong psychic powers. They can exercise degrees of mind control including taking possession and control of a human body. They seldom if ever speak vocally but rely mainly on telepathic communication. May also use technology to “speak” through electronics, such as telephones, radios, etc. They Can vocalize sounds, however, such as a roar for anger and a whimper for other emotions. They can run extremely fast although some have trouble walking with their large feet. Have pencil-like multi-purpose tools, including weapons, which may operate from a backpack worn with shoulder harness. Their communications are simple and direct, not nuanced, or subtle. They use vehicular travel, including small, utility, “acorn” shuttle craft/transitional portal chambers. They appear as small glowing red balls with the ability to pass through matter, and later to  as a body. They can shape-shift, move trans dimension-ally, and become invisible. After the Zetas, Draco’s are the next best-known alien race. They are the ruling class of aliens on the Earth.

They are considered a “fallen angelic race,” and think of themselves as the original intelligent race who have seeded Earth and other planets, as owners of Earth and its inhabitants. Cattle Mutilations. In addition to vast amounts of blood that are occasionally removed from cattle, the tongue, half the lip, and tissues around the orifices are usually taken. Cattle blood is close enough to human blood to be used by our military for transfusions when needed. A doctor familiar with mutilation told me that tissues around the orifices are high in the amino acids needed for new tissue growth. Together you can make the large amounts of hybrid fetus formula needed for Homo alterios specialist while in the artificial wombs. An investigator told me that there is a cattle ranch in Ohio where such products of young cattle are trucked to Area 51 regularly. Perhaps cattle from various ranges are occasionally used to balance supply and demand. . Brazil’s Minister of Air Force Reveals Advanced Technology of UFOs

Gevaerd, interviewed Lieutenant-Brigadier Scrates da Costa Monteiro, the former minister of Air Force from 1990 to 1992. He has an extremely lucid memory of UFO activities while he was on active duty. Monteiro had access to sensitive information on the interaction of alien intelligence in Brazil.

He was pilot of many aircraft types, including fighters, gathering more than 5000 flight hours in them. He stated Alien, Technology is far more advanced than ours! The officer was the commander of Integrated Air Defense and Air Traffic Control Centre Cindacta, in Brasilia, and also commander of registering the ufological occurrences all over the country.

He revealed that the observations of UFOs were regular on traffic control radar screens, well before he assumed its command, and that all the cases were carefully registered, with some being investigated by the Air Force. Monteiro described a situation when the radar station of Cindacta in Gama (DF) was over flown at low altitude by a disk of great proportions, and that its staff opened fire against the intruder… Monteiro gave them express orders to stop the gun fire immediately. They have technology far more advanced than ours, and we don’t know how they would react to our action. He was the commander of IV Regional Air Command  (COMAR), in So Paulo, that controls the air space of the Southeast region, during the famous UFO Official Night in Brazil, on May 19th 1986, when the area was flooded by more than 20 flying spheres of over 100 meters diameter each, which were chased by seven FABs fighters using both F-5E and Mirages from Santa Cruz (RJ) and Anpolis (GO) Air Bases.  This is an important ufological cases in the country. Pentagon whistleblower claims the US has had UFO crash retrieval programs since the ‘1940s

After that famous 2017 New York Times article, this is the most important development in the UFO subject. Every time a whistleblower in the realm of the UFO phenomenon comes forward, there tends to always be skepticism involved even from true believers in the subject. They had been waiting for palpable evidence that can answer the  question of ‘Are we alone in the universe?.’ So many from past and current generations have wanted to get that answer with no real response, especially with the scientific community starting to doubt officials who deny the existence of aliens. Meet Air Force veteran David Grusch, one of the many former U.S. officials who have been coming forward to the government about the existence of alien life.

        His claims were first published by authors Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal in The Debrief. He has the credentials to not be discredited for his testimony. Moments after that story was published, award-winning journalist Ross Coulthart got an interview with Grusch via News Nation. His claims are extremely wild and difficult to grasp.

In short, the United States Government has been lying to the American people for decades. Grusch claims they have ‘quite a few’ retrieved crashed spacecrafts of non-human intelligence. He is coming forward with this now due to a recent law that was passed and allows better protection for whistleblowers when they come forward against their own government. This law also allows these whistleblowers to reveal details of classified documents or content that is considered a matter of national security.

I thought it was totally nuts and I thought at first I was being deceived, it was a ruse. People started to confide in me. Approach me. I have plenty of senior, former, intelligence officers that came to me, many of which I knew almost my whole career, which confided in me that they were part of a program. There is a sophisticated disinformation campaign targeting the U.S. populace which is extremely unethical and immoral. We’re definitely not alone. The data points, quite empirically that we’re not alone. Grusch also claims alien bodies were found. Well, naturally, when you recover something that’s either landed or crashed. MUFON Case of the Week!

MUFON Case # 91331 Riser, Norway occurred on August 29, 2009, 2:30 pm.

Case Disposition: Closed as Unknown Other in the MUFON Database.

The witness stated “I was relaxing in the wood & 2 small lights appeared 3 meters from me. The light begins to swirl faster & faster in a 3-meter radius and suddenly a “black” hole of some kind appeared & out of it fell first a glowing sphere with legs like a sea mine with an aura around it. It was bouncing like a nice & soft balloon. I really thought I lost my mind and tried to grab a picture on my cellphone but suddenly it turned 90 degrees to the right and came straight at me.

 I tried to run from it through the wood but it went through the trees like there were no trees! I thought I was going to die so I turned around to fight this thing off and grabbed 2 of the spikes on the sphere but the sphere bent the surrounding spikes around me and gave me an electric shock and a vibrating shock.    We flew through the air for 200 to 300 meters and landed on a farm field behind some trees and rocks and it felt like I was sinking into the ground. Suddenly I heard a voice speaking in Hebraic or some kind of Arabic language & the only word I recognized was “Abydos” and I thought I got some human help and was shouting for it. I turned my head and saw a white male 230-250 centimeters high (over 8 feet tall). I got into a shock and started to laugh and 3 other orbs or spheres (presumably spikey) appeared at his side. Out came 3 grey “humanoids” that looked like “standard” ETs. The 3 stood and looked grumpy at me before the big white man pointed at the woods and commanded them to roll away (S-SE direction). Suddenly he asked in my language: “Why didn’t you run further because all the others kept on running & dared not to meet them! This is much like the Robert Taylor incident in 1969 and his drawings on the net are 100% the same. I have so much to tell… but this is all I dare to reveal at this moment and my English needs a lot of polishing.”

ANALYSIS: This is a unique report out of all the ones we have investigated so far. He is entangled by spikey orbs like the 1979 Robert Taylor case from Derchmont Law, Scotland that essentially drag Taylor in the same manner. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Taylor_incident)

However, this witness describes the objects coming out of a type of portal suggesting they may be interdimensional. Taylor saw an actual craft. This witness also communicates with a humanoid and small Greys leaving these orbs. Many reports suggest humanoids like Nordics work with Greys. Finally, he describes the objects as being able to permeate solid objects as they travel. Are we witnessing shades of semi-transparency again where that transparency is not camouflage but an ability to go through solid objects in a certain type of state of existence? These are very peculiar types of objects indeed!
