Dragon UFOs Continue Flying
Robert Shiepe is the discovery and creator of a new subliminal photography that makes it possible to find and record unknown, fast small moving objects he calls Dragons. Robert Shiepe lives in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles. In 2017, he noticed some new unusual flying activity by the Army, Coast Guard and LA Police (LAPD choppers).
He has recorded and documented over 4000 videos. The authorities are now and have been chasing an uncatchable UFO approximately the size of a small football group. These UFO are nearly invisible to the human eye (too fast) but not to the camera.

For obvious reasons, this story is not yet in the news. He has personally given this information to the echelon of Aviation and the intelligence community and SETI and the Air Force.

The former vice president of engineering at Seagate Technology told me of his earlier US Air Force experience with UFOs when he was assigned to a Strategic Air Command unit. He told me that SAC and USAF pilots would often detect and track UFOs but were ordered not to submit written reports of sightings.
For SAC, the “reports included UFOs’ accelerating to great speed faster than any aircraft in one direction and suddenly making sharp (e.g., 90-degree) turns at undiminished speed — seemingly in non-adherence to fundamental laws of physics. Radar operators were instructed to deny they had UFOs on their screens and to divert the aircraft away from the UFOs.

What About All Those USO Sightings since August on the Media? Back on Nov. 2,2025, Fox News reported that since August, a UAP reporting agency called Enigma Labs has documented 9,000 reports of objects within 10 miles of our American coastlines. The article mentioned that the states with the highest amount of these craft or anomalies near the coast occurred in California & Florida with 389 and 306, respectively.
Google AI generated that, “A UFO reporting app called Enigma has logged over 9,000 USO sightings since August 2025 within 10 miles of U.S. shoreline or other major bodies of water.” and “This data has raised concerns for national security analysts.” Google AI used a publication called Matine Technology News as its source.
This image is from a longer video in MUFON Case # 137607 out of Fort Lauderdale Florida. It has made the news rounds frequently this month. But what is actually being seen here? Is it a genuine series of 2 USOs or is it scuba divers with underwater lighting? The jury is still our but the media pounces on this as legitimate proof of USOs. It is confirmative of NOTHING! The source of the lights remains unidentified but claiming this photo shows “legitimate alien or other paranormal activity under our waterways” would be inconsistent with MUFON’s high investigative values.
In the Fox article, Retired Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet stated that, “The fact that unidentified objects with unexplainable characteristics are entering US water space and the [Department of War] is not raising a giant red flag is a sign that the government is not sharing all it knows about all-domain anomalous phenomena.”
Kent Heckenlively, a UFO book author, was also interviewed by Fox and said, “What is really interesting to me is the reports that we receive about [United States] underwater vessels detecting craft moving at exceptionally high speeds underwater.”
The Mutual UFO Network would like to ask some questions here because we do not necessarily believe the entire story is being laid out by Enigma, Gallaudet, and Heckenlively.
First, Google AI suggests FALSELY that anything within 10 miles of the coast is a USO. Enigma implies that. That acronym USO stands for Unidentified Submersible Object. A UFO/UAP cannot be considered a USO simply because it is within 10 miles of the coastline. This is deceiving. If this is Enigma’s methodology for what constitutes a USO, it is flawed.
Second, the Fox article, at one point, states only 150 objects in Enigma’s database were seen going into or out of water. This is a big drop for 9,000 reports down to 150 that actually are seen in, below or above, a body of water. What gives? What is truth, then? Are classifications bendable when necessary for a news release?
The newest classification for an object capable of being in air, land or underwater is called a trans-medium vehicle as they can operate in 3 different environments. Our media today is trying to portray this as a new phenomenon. Actually, it has been going on for thousands of years.
Third, the idea that suddenly there are these incredibly fast-moving underwater objects are also a new phenomenon is inaccurate. MUFON’s 145,000 case database has reports of fast-moving submersibles circling our warships as far back as WWII. MUFON’s own Chief Photo Analyst Marc D’Antonio hitched a ride back in 2017 on an unnamed USN submarine, and, being in the right place at the right time, caught an interaction between the sub’s commander and his radar operator using the term “fast mover” concerning a very fast moving object in close proximity to the sub. Right now, the Chinese are developing this underwater technology where soon their subs may transit the Pacific from Shanghai to San Francisco in hours instead of days. Aliens? Or Chinese tech maybe?
BUT HERE IS THE MAJOR POINT!
There is a lot of disinformation on the UFO Street right now on a number of items such as Hellfire Missiles taking out UFOs off the coast of Yemen which was most likely a CCP spy balloon. The 3i/Atlas affair is almost to the point of hysteria for no good reason. It’s almost seeming like an experiment to gauge population gullibility. Just look at the 3i/Atlas cesspool on Facebook.
There is a difference between Enigma and MUFON. A big difference! MUFON investigates! Enigma doesn’t. Just because there are 9,000 Enigma reports of “purported USO objects” within 10 miles of coastline and 150 directly in or over bodies of water, doesn’t necessarily mean these statistics are in any way reliable. How many of these 9,000 objects have been investigated by Enigma, Fox, or anyone else for that matter? BINGO! Where are the investigation reports forthcoming from Enigma and Fox? Don’t hold your breath. You’ll die.
MUFON, The MUTUAL UFO Network, has 4,000 members currently and of that number, 700 are trained certified Field Investigators, most with previous forensic backgrounds. We investigate all 145,000 cases in our database. Enigma does not investigate anything as far as we can tell. And here is the point….MUFON and other UFO Agencies, over the decades, have seen a pretty steady statistic about UFO reports.
Basically, 90% of those reports, if investigated, ultimately end up as being in the “IDENTIFIED” category. So, Enigma’s 9,000 reports since August of arbitrarily classified USOs, most likely are identifiable were they to actually investigate. Roughly, 900 may be hard to figure out. Their 30,000 reports they have accrued since 2022, may turn out to be, if they were actually investigated, 3,000 that may need further consideration. What we believe is happening is sensationalism of the phenomenon. Click bait even for media exposure. Yellow Journalism is the finest 19th Century fashion! It used to sell newspapers, right?
Who suffers because of this? The person who wants to believe. That’s who! Cruel! They are being fed a steady stream of FEAR by our media and people who are sensationalizing every report as if FACT.

The Bible and UFOs at Christmas
The “Star of Bethlehem” is a mysterious celestial event described in the Gospel of Matthew that guided the Magi to the birthplace of Jesus. Scholars debate whether it was a real astronomical phenomenon—such as a comet, planetary conjunction, or nova—or a symbolic sign recorded in scripture or even a UFO.

‘The Star of Bethlehem appears in Matthew 2:1–12, where wise men from the East follow a star to Jerusalem and then to Bethlehem, seeking the newborn “King of the Jews”.

The Bible states, “Jesus was born in the town of Bethlehem, in Judea, during the reign of King Herod.” At about that time some magi (wise men) from the east arrived in Jerusalem, asking, ‘Where is the newborn King of the Jews?’ for we have seen his star in the east, and have come to worship him.”
“After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the young child with his mother Mary and bowed down and worshipped him. Then they opened their gifts.” (Mathew-2.)
Editor’s Note – Magi or wise men were astronomers or astrologers who lived in Persia or Babylonia hundreds of miles to the northwest of Jerusalem. They arrived in Jerusalem and spoke to Herod indicating they were likely of high rank possibly Kings or messengers from kings. We assume they were excellent witnesses. They had followed a starlight for a great distance to get to Jerusalem. Now, they were overjoyed to see the same star that led them to Bethlehem five miles due south of Jerusalem.
According to the scriptures the star moved south and stopped over the house where Jesus lived. Stars cross the sky from east to west at 15 degrees per hour or crossing the surface of the Earth about 1035 miles an hour as the Earth rotates. If the wise men were following a star they could travel that fast and stars due not stop or change direction. It would be difficult for the wise men to follow a star as Quick as all-stars that move both day and night, and a miracle would be required for one to stop or even change direction. One possible explanation is that they followed the light of a bright UFO. Of course, God and his angels can do almost anything but the Bible is describing a light moving in weird directions compared to normal star movement.

Angels God’s Messengers from Heaven
The scriptures and thousands of books tell us the Earth is being visited by angels from the planet Heaven. They appeared over a hundred times in the Bible to men. We celebrate Christmas throughout much of the world based on the birth of Jesus Christ 2000 years ago.
The logical question is what has this to do with ET and UFOs?
I suggest there is a strong connection.
Few remember that Angels and their glowing craft had a key role in the Christmas story and history of diverse nations. Angels are celestial beings believed to be a messenger or mediator between God and humankind. In ancient Mesopotamia, ancient Greece, Judaism, and Christianity and in Islam angels were sent as divine messengers to humans to instruct, inform, or command. Angels apparently helped in the creation, and God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.” Angels also function as heavenly warriors and as guardians.
Many abductees claim healing, love and miracles from the angels or aliens. Many angels are assumed to have the form of human males, and as a consequence they were sometimes mistaken for men.
At Christmas time it would be interesting to review some of the teachings of the Bible because it is one of the most important books on Earth that describe UFOs, their occupants and give us information on why they are here. The Bible states,” In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And God made man in his image, in the image of God.” If he made us in the image of God it is likely he made other aliens in his image. According to the Bible you have a mortal body and soul and spirit that is immortal. The term soul is used 754 times in the Bible and we’re told the soul is the invisible spiritual part of man, a living organism. The Bible claims you have a soul, a life force that continues after death as outlined by Reverand Barry Downing in The Bible and Flying Saucers
At the time we take our last breath the soul or spirit leaves the body and some people who have technically died, like my brother say they hovered above their own body for 20 minutes only to return to live again. Many medical personnel claim to have seen the spirit leave the body at the time the physical body dies.
My wife who was helping her brother walk at the time of his death, felt his body become lighter as his spirit left, followed by his full weight. I saw my Brother in law’s spirit leave his body.
This time of year, we celebrate the birth of Christ who was announced by angels, and his star was seen in the east.
The word cloud or clouds are used 156 times in the Bible and describe anything that flies in the sky except birds or insects. The unidentified flying bright cloud we are told also carries God, who blesses Jesus, and gives his approval and blessing.
The Bible and Torah are filled with references to clouds, pillars of clouds or pillars of fire. The allusions to clouds in Scripture, as well as their use in symbolical language, can only be understood when we remember the climate, where there is hardly a trace of cloud from May to the end of September. Clouds are referred to as showing the power and wisdom of God in their formation. (Psalms 135.6).

Why we Celebrate Christmas
It seems appropriate that during the holidays we discuss the birth of Jesus Christ, the angels and Christmas Day that is celebrated as a major festival and public holiday in many countries around the world.
Jesus stated, “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” Many scriptures describe Heaven as a planet in the Northern sky with God, angels, armies, land, houses, trees, and animals.
Angels are described as superhuman beings who are messengers of God who travel to our world. Some have spiritual bodies but most appear as real beings with bodies that have feelings, passion, emotions, and desires. We are told angels come from a planet called Heaven and are given credit for many healings and the protection of many people throughout history. The Bible records 104 appearances of angels to men on Earth and that one third of the angels rebelled against God and came to deceive man.

Note: We can speculate Time Travel or advanced technology allows angels to travel from Heaven to Earth and conduct various missions. I have met people who have seen and talked to angels and have been healed by them. Many claim their lives were saved by angels.
There are apparently angels who Guard us while others tempt us. The Bible claims that the angels are sent by the Father in Heaven who promises the greatest gift of all, ‘eternal life. Billy Graham the friend of most of our recent Presidents and has preached the Gospel to more people in live audiences than anyone else in history—nearly 215 million people in more than 185 countries. He wrote in his book “Angels, God’s Secret Agents”

A new theory proposed by Dr. Ellis Silver states that there are several tell-tale signs present in the human race that suggest human beings did not evolve ALONGSIDE other lifeforms on Earth.
The book called ‘Humans are not from Earth: a scientific evaluation of the evidence’ questions the Theory of Evolution on Earth. In the book, leading environmentalist and ecologist Dr. Ellis Silver goes through an evaluation of thirteen leading hypothesis and seventeen factors which suggest HUMANS ARE NOT FROM EARTH.
Mankind is supposedly the most advanced species on the planet yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth’s environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more said Dr. Ellis in an interview.
According to Dr. Ellis, humans might suffer from back pain because our species initially evolved on another planet with a lower gravity, adding to the mysteries, Dr. Ellis also indicates that it is strange that newborns have large heads and make it difficult for mothers to give birth, which can result in fatalities for both mother and child.
So where do we come from? According to Dr. Ellis, Neanderthals were most likely crossbred with another species, perhaps from the star system Alpha Centauri –which is one of the closest solar systems to Earth— in the distant past, giving birth to modern humans.
According to Dr. Ellis, there are millions of people around the globe who ‘feel’ that they do not belong on Earth.
Dr. Ellis explains: “This suggests that mankind may have evolved on a different planet, and we may have been brought here as an advanced species. One reason for this … is that the Earth might be a prison planet since we seem to be a naturally violent species and we’re here until we learn to behave ourselves.”
Dr. Ellis concludes that mankind did not evolve from that particular strain of life but evolved elsewhere and was transported to Earth (as Homo sapiens fully evolved) between 60,000 and 200,000 years ago.
Furthermore, as noted by Robert Sepher, according to modern DNA sequencing, it is demonstrated that humanity as we know it, isn’t just ONE single ‘race’ that descended from the same ancestor in Africa, but a hybridized species. Humans have Rh positive and Rh negative blood types. If mankind did, in fact, evolve from an ancient African ancestor, everyone’s blood would be compatible, but this is not the case. ? And why is it that an Rh-negative mother carrying Rh positive children tries rejecting her own offspring? Humanity isn’t one race, but a hybridized species.

Nigeria Terrorists Killing Christians
President Trump threatened to send the U.S. military to Nigeria and withhold foreign aid to the country if the government “continues to allow the killing of Christians.”
