The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.
However, as scary as the coronavirus is, it pales in comparison to the number of people who have died from the flu season. For example, influenza has infected as many as 45 million Americans since October and killed as many as 46,000, according to estimates from the CDC.

And now, one of the world’s top quantum physicists, Dr. Jack Sarfatti, has suggested that the Tic Tac UFO was able to attain its otherworldly speed and maneuverability by using a “metamaterial” that allowed it to time travel. During a recent appearance on The Hidden Truth Show, Sarfatti told host James Breslo, “See the problem is this, if you read any of the standard papers in the field, if they’re talking about warp drive, time travel and wormholes they say the problem is it ‘takes too much energy’ to achieve it.”

“The Tic Tac does not need a lot of energy,” he continued. “They observed the Tic Tac going from 80,000-feet down to 50-feet in less than two seconds and there’s no jet engines, no flares. It’s going at thousands of Gs, how’s it doing that? There is no way it can do that by conventional propulsion.”
“What happens is that if you pump electromagnetic energy into the material, it can have a certain kind of what’s called a resonance. In that resonance, the speed of light inside the material can go down to a very small number.”
However, despite the fact that there is a “huge metamaterial industry now” in the United States, as Sarfatti puts it, he doesn’t believe the USS Nimitz UFO was created from our technology.
He goes on to explain that the UFO was using something akin to time travel to reach its physics-defying speed.
“Since the space is contracting, it’s like pulling the starship and then behind the starship in the tail you have an anti-gravity source, a negative repulsive gravity and that’s expanding space so that’s so that’s pushing it from behind, pulling it from the front,” he explained. “But the ship itself, locally, it’s not moving at all in its local gravitational field. So it’s not moving through space it’s folding space.”

Filer’s Files #47 – 2017 Happy Thanksgiving on one of his Filer’s Files reports. What I failed to realize at the time, because there was an error in posting the sound frequency spectrogram (another image replaced it). The missing image demonstrates Reversed Doppler! This is the only sound recorded from a UAP known to land at Stewart. All the Black Triangles videotaped between 1992 and 1997 did not land there.
In Filer’s Files #14, 2020 Filer shows a picture of the Aurora. Could the video capturing the unusual dihedral wing shape, with time exposure showing orange-glowing bars pulsing on its wings, be an indication of gravity shielding? The frequency spectrogram certainly shows Reverse Doppler.

Hi Jack,
In the Tuesday evening show a PGR cart was shown, so yes, they have been using ground penetrating radar. However, the radar signal attenuates below 20 feet, and reflections are faint down to 27 feet. In the Jewish cemetery scan, the GPR was powered up to maximum signal, and on the screen, I saw and photographed reflections down to 27 feet. But when the service sent me the graph, they had chopped off the returns below 10 feet. Why? My guess is that the Producer didn’t want evidence for an alien artifact to be documented. Even on the TV broadcast, mention of an underground UBO was censored.
It shows an idealized interpretation of what the GPR screen showed.
But I took a picture of the GPR screen, and it shows data down to 27 feet.
Bill Birnes published in UFO Magazine my analysis in November 2007 before the show aired.

Huge Spacecraft Are in Orbit Above Earth, Star Wars or ET?
These are exclusive images and videotape footage by John Lenard Walson. What you are about to see is quite remarkable. It seems that some of the stars above us are not stars at all…as you shall see. A young man by the name of John Lenard Walson from the UK has discovered a new way to extend the capabilities of small telescopes and has been able to achieve optical resolutions – at almost the diffraction limit – not commonly achievable. With this new-found ability, he has proceeded to videotape, night and day, many strange and heretofore unseen objects in earth orbit. The resulting astrophotographic video footage has revealed a raft of space machines, hardware, satellites, spacecraft and possibly space ships which otherwise appears as ‘stars’…if they appear at all.

The International Space Station (ISS) is the only known unclassified large facility currently flying in space. The on-orbit assembly of ISS began in 1998, and has continued for ten years as a joint project among the space agency’s of the United States (NASA), Russia (RKA), Japan (JAXA), Canada (CSA) and several European countries. The space station is in a low Earth orbit and can be seen from Earth with the naked eye: It has an average altitude of 340 km (210 statue miles) above the surface of the Earth, and travels at an average speed of 27,700 km (17,210 statute miles) per hour, completing 15.77 orbits per day. These space machines represent a tremendous effort, and funding to build in space.

The space station rivals a U.S. football field in length, span the width of two football fields side by side, and houses six astronauts and several international laboratories to push the frontiers of human and space science. The NASA’s space shuttle fleet retired in September 2010. The various space machines appear as large as the ISS and represent advanced technology. Several amateur astronomers such as Alan Caviness have also reported seeing similar space machines through their telescopes. Most advanced nations know they are there. Perhaps they are part of the new Space Force?
Note : The large size of vehicles in space as described by space engineer William Tomkins can probably hold some 300 personnel and likely have significant weapons.

Encounters with Undersea Objects (USOs)

Our planet’s surface is nearly two-thirds covered by water and it would seem unusual in the extreme if the appearance of anomalous lights and objects were not associated with it. Indeed they have been and eye-witness records spanning centuries have logged these encounters, in lakes, seas and oceans around the globe.
For example, according to Dutch newspapers in August 1954, whilst en-route from Amsterdam to New York, Capt Jan Bos, of the SS Groot Beer, reported observing a strange
object rising out of the Atlantic Ocean some 90 miles east of Cape Cod light. Its keel shone with what appeared to be illuminated ports round the rim and the object’s speed was later described as having been fantastic.
What was it that two policemen saw emerging from the water off Porthcawl on the evening of September 1 1957, which at first resembled a ship on fire? It was located in the direction of Ilfracombe, in the Bristol Channel and began as a bright red glow which soon grew larger than a harvest moon. A black zigzag streak could be seen across its centre and as it rose up the fiery globe took off at an alarming rate accompanied by two smaller lights, heading for the Atlantic.
Woods Hole Institute Ship and Underwater Device
The sounds picked up on the hydrophone of a research vessel operated by Woods Hole Oceonographic Institute were flashed to the ship’s oscilloscopes as it probed the deep waters off Puerto Rico. Scientists on board were puzzled, as the noise continued intermittently from an estimated depth of 30,000ft. This extreme limit almost certainly ruled out the presence of a submarine or any other kind of known underwater craft. When later translating their recordings onto IBM punch cards, the scientists discovered to their amazement that the sounds registered were of a screw turning at a rate of 100 to 180rpm. Several days’ evaluation of the data still left them baffled and the oceanographers eventually began to wonder if in fact they had tracked some unknown type of marine life – subsequently nicknaming it the “180 rpm animal”.
Trevor Tyler was a deep-sea diver of more than 13 years experience when something happened, 270 feet below the surface of the Atlantic, which resulted in his sudden and inexplicable death.
The 34 year-old Englishman was working underwater off the coast of Guinea, West Africa, when without warning over his radio workmates heard an inexplicable metallic noise, followed by a scream and then silence. A fellow diver was immediately sent down and found Tyler’s lifeless body floating 180 feet below the surface, his arms outstretched and the diving suit he was wearing blown up like a balloon. At an inquest in 1968, a witness told how Tyler had obviously thrown away his weight belt before he died in a vain attempt to raise himself quickly. From what predicament no one will ever know.
Returning to the Bristol Channel and one February afternoon in 1965, a Minehead couple were driving home when, while heading down a coastal hill from Exford, they both spotted
what appeared to be a grey fighter aircraft suddenly pass them at a distance of only 150 feet. It was travelling in the same direction but they soon realized its descent could only end in disaster. The driver of the car, a retired radio officer, quickly stopped and grappled his binoculars, watching as the craft continued on until it landed in the Channel with a puff of black smoke and disappeared.
An RAF Search and Rescue unit based in Plymouth checked for any missing or overdue aircraft but found there were none. Every plane had been accounted for and what’s more, no wreckage was ever recovered that could be linked to a missing fighter.
David Fravor a former commanding officer of a U.S. Navy F-18 squadron claims to have seen a flying object about the size of his F/A-18 fighter plane that resembled a white Tic Tac.
David Fravor said he saw the object after a break in a routine training mission off the California coast on November 14, 2004. The former officer claimed the unidentified 40-foot-long wingless object moved rapidly, unlike anything he had ever seen in the air, and he has not forgotten it since.”I can tell you, I think it was not from this world,” Fravor said in an interview with ABC News. “I’m not crazy, haven’t been drinking. After 18 years of flying, I’ve seen pretty much about everything that I can see in that realm, and this was nothing close.”The ex-Navy pilot explained that he was on a training flight mission around 13 years ago when the incident occurred.
Controllers on one of the Navy ships on the water below reported objects that were dropping out of the sky from 80,000 feet and going “straight back up,” Fravor told ABC. “So we’re thinking, OK, this is going to be interesting.” An object then appeared on the radar as another aviator spotted the unusual flying object. “I was like, ‘Dude, do you see that?'” Fravor recalled. “We look down, we see a white disturbance in the water, like something’s under the surface, and the waves are breaking over, but we see next to it, and it’s flying around, and it’s this little white Tic Tac, and it’s moving around—left, right, forward, back. The radar immediately starts getting jammed, and all of a sudden it takes off,” he continued.
Fravor also said the planes flew lower to investigate the object. That was when the object started to mirror their movements before quickly disappearing, he added. “As we start to cut across, it rapidly accelerates, climbs past our altitude and disappears,” Fravor said. “When it started to near us, as we started to descend towards it coming up, it was flying in the elongated way, so it’s a Tic Tac, with the roundish end going in the forward direction. I don’t know what it is. I don’t know what I saw. I just know it was really impressive, really fast, and I would like to fly it.”
Chemtrails and UFOs – Possible Scenaros
Bob Spearing www.worldufowatch.com writes, “I am a Field investigator in New Jersey MUFON given case 57295 to investigate. It was a large orb interacting with a jet spraying chemtrails over Mullica Hill NJ. Two things about the report were startling. First, the highly polished silver sphere was the “size of a penny compared to the jet which was the size of a period” claimed the witness. One of the primary jets identified in chemtrail spraying is the
Air Force’s KC- 10a with a length of 181 feet and a wingspan of 165 feet. If, as an example, a period represented the length of one KC-10a and ten periods equaled the diameter of one penny then the sphere in question would be an enormous 1,810 feet in diameter. KC-10s are stationed at McGuire AFB in New Jersey.
Secondly, and even more astounding in the report was the interaction the sphere had with the jet. It approached the jet from a right angle and forced the plane to divert its course a full 90 degrees in order to avoid a collision. The sphere then chased the jet until they were lost from view. What was the motive in the sphere’s intelligent, deliberate and aggressive action.
Much has been written about the link between chemtrails and UFOs since 2000 when the phenomenon became obvious to Ufologists.
Filer’s Files has approached this subject on several occasions. A sighting from Huntington, West Virginia tells a similar story of an orb intercepting a chemtrail jet. The witness stated ”At one point in the beginning, I thought the object was going to crash into a jet as they approached each other from opposite directions.”
Yet not all interactions with UFOs and chemtrail jets have been violent however. There are also accounts from 2000 from investigations by former Louisiana MUFON State Director Gregg Avery of orbs and spheres seemingly dancing in and out of chemtrails in a non-aggressive manner. So are these orbs and spheres friend or foe? For that matter, are chemtrail jets friends or foe. Let’s examine some scenarios.
The first hypothesis would make the UFOs hostile. Perhaps our government is aware of aggressive life forms in our upper atmosphere and is attempting to eradicate them by poisoning the atmosphere to a certain extent to make earth inhospitable to them. This would explain their aggressive behavior.
The second hypothesis would involve a friendly alien race or secret manmade DARLA-type military robots deriving energy or nutrition in our atmosphere from the chemtrails. This would explain them dancing in and out of the aerosols ejected by the planes.
A third scenario would be a combination of the first two. There are multiple alien races interacting with earth. Some aliens are hostile and some cooperative with us. Some attempt to disrupt the chemtrail flights and some use the aerosol vapors as energy.
This leads us to either an extremely disconcerting or an effusively joyous revelation that alien races are already here and are benevolent but cannot yet interact with us humans because their pathogens would be detrimental to our health. As a result, prior to full disclosure by our world governments, they are enhancing our immune systems with chemtrail cocktails! Of course, there is another darker and chilling way to look at the last scenario that governments already have been subverted by a hostile alien race seeking to control, enslave, diminish or eliminate the human race? Could our own jets be spraying chemicals into our atmosphere to make our immune system weaker so that deadly pathogens will effectively neutralize the human race prior to an advanced hostile species subjugating earth?
The chemical composition of these chemtrails consists of heavy metals and human blood cells among other things. Carnicom Institute in Wallace, Idaho has been investigating the link between chemtrail discharges and the mysterious disease known as Morgellens Syndrome. They have found causal links between the mysterious fibers growing on parts of Morgellens sufferers and chemtrail spraying. Extensive testing on these fibers has detected the presence of artificial blood in their composition. Chemtrails are much fewer now. The Carnicom Institute’s position is that there is a mass poisoning of the world public by a consortium of governments for reasons unknown. Hi George: I appreciate the information you send. What was really touching was the reference to God. Since 1947 my feelings for God have been greatly expanded. He is the God of the Universe and we have many brothers in the Cosmos. My experience in Iraq has reinforced this belief. There was a time when a mortar came in and landed just feet away but it did not detonate, you know firsthand how terrible mortars are. They sound like a low flying jet, and I had guys wounded around me but fortunately no fatalities. Other times direct fire from and AK-47 came within inches of sending me home. I thanked God for the extra time He has allowed me to exist on earth. I wonder why, but I will not question. It is a perfect example of why I have a strong faith in God because it is through His Divine Providence that kept me safe. Brinkley — For a week prior to sighting, what first appeared to be a satellite was being seen in the South Southwest at10:00pm-10:30 PM. The object was silvery white and looked like a star, but it was much closer and brighter. However around 10:00 pm on March 36, 2020 my wife was in our front yard and called out to me that there was a UFO. I joined her and I had my cell phone camera rolling and took five one minute videos of the object in its silver-white form.

Laguna Beach — Out walking our dogs on the streets on a quiet night and looked out to the water and noticed 4 bright glowing objects above the water. They slowly increased one by one until at one point there were seven. Then they started to fade out one by one until there were none left. I thought at first that someone had shot some flares boat but all the objects maintained a straight line hem for 0-15 minutes. We took pictures on March 31, 2020.

Orlando — Watch the two flying saucers next to each other flying and as they turned they will reflect the sun light. It’s very hard to see unless you zoom in. But they were two in the video at 9 seconds. Slow it down and see the speed of the object. Pictures were taken on March 31, 2020

Pingree Grove – I saw this just as I was getting home from work looking east on Route 47, There were four pulsating and rotating objects. I turned into my neighborhood but kept going to get a closer look. By the time I was able to view them again there were only two. They all looked the same in person but the image captured showed one giant, ‘diamond light with a very distinct disc to the upper left corner. There were no aircraft in the direction I was facing.
Massachusetts Object
Boston –’My brother was on a job site on June 14, 2019, and saw the UFO. He sent the photo to my mom. I just took it from her and wanted to report it, even though it was last summer. The first picture is the original; the second photo is zoomed in.
Note: This is a strange picture. I have never seen a UFO of that shape. There was no data describing details of the photo or metadata as the witness said that the photo passed through two hands before it was reported. Michigan Lights Aircraft

New Boston — Was up early with coffee and a smoke and decided to film the overhead passenger jets flying into Detroit for my mother. I noticed a strange light through my iPhone and I kept filming repeatedly ten flights total. It seems to be the same light flying around several passenger flights that morning. I filmed around 7 flights all coming from different directions. Only 3 were visible with this strange light in the sky.

New Jersey 30 Blinking Aircraft
Hopewell2 — Driving home on March 13, 2020, an extremely misty night I noticed four lights very close together and low in the sky. My date and I drove after the crafts only to realize there were many of them. We stopped by a field with a clear view of two craft and another craft closer to us and low down joining up with the other two. Two more crafts where approaching from higher up. They all were quiet about the size of a car and had blinking lights flying just barely over the trees. Some were moving faster than others but they seemed to be merging and continuing onwards while others floated around by themselves. We then drove up to a cemetery on the top of town to get a better view and for over an hour we saw over 30 of these craft maneuvering and heading east at speed or hovering. I was able to see at least 10 at a time heading east where the sky was clear. They had solid structure about the width or length of a car and were Pancake shaped with edges and a wide front. I called the local police and they had no reports. The officer I spoke to said on a few occasions he himself had witnessed strange hovering lights.

Espanola — I’ve already sent in some footage of these orbs that I’ve been witnessing for the past 3 years to MUFON. On March 31, 2020, I used my new Samsung S20 ultra, with the zoom and caught the images of the so called orbs that I have been witnessing all these years. What do you make of these pictures?
These orbs/drones come out almost every night and what I saw was explainable. I’m happy someone else was with me to also witness it.

Brooklyn – I was walking home from the store on March 15, 2020; I like how the moon was shining that night, so I took a picture of it. When I got home I enlarged the picture and saw an orange triangle ship with lights on the bottom just floating in midair. The object is to the left of the moon, and two white circles above the moonlit know it has to be a spaceship, too many lights on the bottom surface. Pictures were taken on March 15, 2020.

Tulsa — The object was noticed because I was looking in that direction at the sunset, and observed the object hovering not far off the ground over a soccer field off Highway 169. After noticing the object I quickly pulled to the shoulder and got out my phone to take a picture. Just as I started to snap some photos the object suddenly and silently shot upwards and out of view. I could view the object in the few seconds of the “live” photo that play before the still shot was taken. That is where the image of the object comes from. The object can be seen near the top of the light pole on the left side. Pictures were taken on May 25, 2018.

Mooresburg – We we’re camping and he got up to pee round 4 a.m. He said you got to see this thing with points on it.

Virginia Sighting report via UFOINFO
In the mid 80’s I had finished working second shift in Norfolk General Hospital and was walking out to the parking lot with two other nurses. Looking up I saw a large round object with a row of lights encircling the perimeter. The object was steadily moving silently at the height of the hospital which was about seven stories high. As we stood on the back steps gazing up at it, the object silently glided above the hospital and off. I asked my companions what that was and in unison they replied “an airplane!”. “ That doesn’t look like any airplane I ever saw” I replied.
The next day the “Virginian Pilot” front page had all sorts of reports from people who had seen the same thing. The reports were from all across Hampton Roads. I took the paper to work the next evening and plunked it in front of my naysayer co workers. “What do you think now?” I asked. “It was an airplane” they responded. Thanks to Roberta
Washington Light

Woodinville — My son and I observed an unusual light in the sky a little after 9 pm on March/25, 2020, in the vicinity of Paradise Valley Conservation area. We got out and filmed it when we stopped. The light was much brighter than any stars. It would occasionally wobble and or momentarily dim and appears to be spinning. When the lights are in full view they seem to be changing frame to frame as if spinning and consist of two concentric circles like Saturn-like in appearance. I saw distinct lines and corners as opposed to fuzzy circles of light. The object was viewable for an hour. There were planes and stars, but none were bright enough to show up on my screen.

Argentina No Picture
Sevigné – I saw a UFO in the form of a cigar with two sections of different diameter in straight and level flight on longitudinal axis. The front and thinner section was a third of the back, both in diameter and in wingspan. The slightly conical cylindrical back section was wider in its termination. It was matte black with no window or wings and its shape resembled a punch or screwdriver. Nor did it emit smoke or fire. It moved horizontally at low speed. I could see it through the window of the train that was running in the opposite direction. The sighting lasted approximately 10 seconds. I could not photograph it. It was not a bird. The sighting area was rural, in broad daylight without clouds. It was observed on January 4, 2020.

Lima — A circular object emitted light between yellow and gold.
At first it was totally stopped, and then he began to change its position slightly. And finally it walked away heading west. Pictures were taken on March 30, 2020/
Spain Sighting report via UFOINFO
Rota – In mid February 2020 late in the evening about 9pm. my husband and I were outside grilling. When he looked up at the sky and seemed memorized, I looked up to the sky as well. Without saying anything we’re both looking in awe at these three aircrafts moving at a very high speed like a jet and giving off no noise. They’re glowing red-orange with a white dot in the middle of each of them. This occurrence lasted for about 30 seconds from when we noticed them to when they disappeared. We live near an air strip but there were going at such a high speed and were very elevated but made no noise. They were intertwining with each other but were staying in a triangle formation with one in the front leading and two in the back. It looked like they were coming from the ocean going east.
