Paul Hellyer UFO Disclosure, Nearby Exoplanet Confirmed.
Paul Hellyer, a former Canadian defense minister, had first aired his views and opinions about aliens in 2005. He had claimed back then that aliens have not only visited our planet but they also live among us. That is, aliens live right here on earth and they are right here right now. In January 2014, Paul Hellyer gave an interview to Russian TV and he made certain disclosures . Paul Hellyer served as a defense minister in Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson’s government from 1963 to 1967.
Ninety year old Hellyer claimed that there are many species of aliens and that some of those species have been visiting our planet for thousands of years. Some of these aliens are from other galaxies and star systems but a few of those species do live in Venus, Mars and on the moons of Saturn. Hellyer states, that most of these alien species are not a threat to humans. To the contrary, most alien species are benevolent and intend to help mankind. However, the species have decided not to intervene in our ways of living or to assist us in any way unless we desire so and ask for their help and collaboration. Some species, Hellyer says, are however a threat and may have ulterior motives. The entire interview had made some noise in the press and media. Former Defense Minister of Canada Claims Extraterrestrials are on Earth
Paul Hellyer was Canadian minister of Defense in 1960s, ruling over the country’s armed forces during the time of the Cold War – and when he retired he publicly stated that we are not alone in the universe, and some guests from outer space actually live here, on planet Earth. Paul Hellyer states: “Because I know that they are here. As a matter of fact, they’ve been visiting our planet for thousands of years and one of the cases that would interest you most if you give me two or three minutes to answer is that during the Cold War, 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in formation flying southwest from Russia across Europe, and Supreme Allied Command was very concerned and about ready to press the “Panic” button when they turned around and went back over the North Pole.
They decided to do an investigation and they investigated for 3 years and they decided that, with absolute certainty, four species – at least – had been visiting this planet for thousands of years. We have a long history of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last few decades, since we invented the atomic bomb and they are very concerned about that and the fact that we might use it again, and because the Cosmos is a unity and it affects not just us but other people in the Cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again, and this would be very bad for us and for them as well.”

All of Paul’s claims cannot be rejected outright since there is always a possibility that some alien species may look like us and might be living with us on our planet, undetected for many years. It is entirely plausible that we ourselves did not originate on this planet which doesn’t rule out the theory of multiple species being of similar nature and also appearance, as well as biological composition.
However, what makes Paul Hellyer’s claims outlandish or even bizarre is the list of reasons that he provided for which aliens are not communicating with us. He goes on to say that aliens are miffed or disappointed with us because we don’t have the best ways of living. We don’t feed the poor, make atomic bombs and keep fighting with one another, we destroy forests and don’t evolve and use our planet as we should. All these reasons, although meaningful, appear to be of an environmentalist and a concerned citizen of the planet than that of an alien expert.

Hubble Spots Thousands of Objects Traveling Faster Than Light | NASA’s Unexplained Files
Researchers using telescopes around the world confirmed and characterized an Exoplanet orbiting a nearby star through a rare phenomenon known as gravitational microlensing. The Exoplanet has a mass similar to Neptune, but it orbits a star lighter (cooler) than the Sun at an orbital radius similar to Earth’s orbital radius. Around cool stars, this orbital region is thought to be the birth place of gas-giant planets. The results of this research suggest that Neptune-sized planets could be common around this orbital region. Because the Exoplanet discovered this time is closer than other Exoplanet discovered by the same method, it is a good target for follow-up observations by world-class telescopes like the Subaru Telescope.

On November 1, 2017 amateur astronomer Tadashi Kojima in Gunma Prefecture, Japan reported an enigmatic new object in the constellation Taurus. Astronomers around the world began follow-up observations and determined that this was an example of a rare event known as gravitational microlensing. Einstein’s Theory of General Relativity tells us that gravity warps space. If a foreground object with strong gravity passes directly in front of a background object in outer space this warped space can act as a lens and focus the light from the background object, making it appear to brighten temporarily. In the case of the object spotted by Kojima, a star 1600 light-years away passed in front of a star 2600 light-years away. Furthermore, by studying the change in the lensed brightness, astronomers determined that the foreground star has a planet orbiting it.
This is not the first time an Exoplanet has been discovered by the microlensing technique. But microlensing events are rare and short lived, so the ones discovered so far lie towards the Galactic Center, where stars are the most abundant. In contrast, this Exoplanet system was found in almost exactly the opposite direction as observed from the Earth.
One team led by Akihiko Fukui at the University of Tokyo using a collection of 13 telescopes located around the world, including the 188-cm telescope and 91-cm telescope at NAOJ’s Okayama Astrophysical Observatory, observed this phenomenon for 76 days and collected enough data to determine the characteristics of the Exoplanet system. The host star has a mass about half the mass of the Sun. The Exoplanet around it has an orbit similar in size to Earth’s orbit, and a mass about 20% heavier than Neptune.
This orbital radius around this type of star coincides with the region where water condenses into ice during the planet formation phase, making this place theoretically favorable for forming gas-giant planets. Theoretical calculations show that this kind of planet has an a priori detection probability o f only 35%. The fact that this Exoplanet was discovered by pure chance suggests Neptune-sized planets could be common around this orbital region.
This Exoplanet system is closer and brighter as seen from Earth than other Exoplanet systems discovered by microlensing. This makes it a prime target for follow-up observations with world-leading telescopes like the Subaru Telescope or next generation extremely large telescopes like the Thirty Meter Telescope TMT.
These findings were published as Fukui et al. “Kojima-1Lb is a Mildly Cold Neptune around the Brightest Microlensing Host Star” in the Astronomical Journal on November 1, 2019.
A more reasonable question to answer is, “how many Exoplanet have been discovered”: to date, NASA has determined that there are at least 3,730 Exoplanet in existence. he Planetary Habitability Laboratory (PHL) is a research and education laboratory dedicated to studies of the habitability of Earth, the Solar System, and Exoplanet. The PHL is managed by the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo. Habitable zone. Habitable zone, the orbital region around a star in which an Earth -like planet can possess liquid water on its surface and possibly support life. Liquid water is essential to all life on Earth, and so the definition of a habitable zone is based on the hypothesis that extraterrestrial life would share this requirement. Are Governments Fighting Against Bad Et’s
Now in 2016 Delonge is unabashedly calling many in the US Secret Government “heroes.” It also seems like he is really
laying his hat on the “Breakaway Civilization” hypothesis and that the US Secret Government is “fighting” this civilization
and other “bad ET’s”. I can’t say this is Delonge’s position for sure, but it does seem that way after listening to Delonge’
s COAST TO COAST interview where he is clearly in favor of the militarization of space viewing it as an absolute
necessity for national security.
However, not everyone working for US Government and military interests are allied with such an agenda. There
certainly are well-intentioned people in high places. But I am worried Delonge is placing all of his allegiance with the
idea that there is absolutely no sinister element in the US Military Industrial Complex, only well-intentioned individuals.
This is concerning and requires critical analysis because there is so much evidence that there is a sinister group that
has a different agenda then that which Delonge lays out. Delonge states that the men who are his sources “are not
counter-intelligence people,” but he is unable to put forth any evidence to prove this statement because maintaining
the anonymity of his sources is paramount. In addition the primary job of anyone in counter intelligence is to make sure
no one is aware of their true function.

President Obama’s councilor John Podesta seems to have given his blessing to Delonge’s recent DOD supported endeavor – at least which is according to Delonge’s recent interview on COAST TO COAST where he named Podesta as an avid supporter for his new work. Simultaneously Hilary Clinton feels empowered to mention disclosing government UFO documents while campaigning on the Jimmy Kimmel show.
PRISON PLANET
Many civilizations in the universe may be thousands of years in advance of ours. Increasingly they appear to view banker-controlled mankind as a potential menace, with reason. Strange as this may sound, the focus of UFO attention has been the nuclear installations. They appear to be actively resisting the US plan to put weapons in space.

Significantly he outlined the five-step “scare tactics” used to justify them. First the public has been made to fear the Communists; then “terrorists”; then “rogue nations”; then “asteroids” and finally “extraterrestrials.” “Remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie,” he told her.

Light from Black Hole
Michael Kane states – Anything falling into black holes cannot escape, not even light, earning black holes their name. However, as disks of gas and dust fall or accrete onto black holes — say, as black holes rip apart nearby stars — friction within these accretion disks can superheat them to 18 million degrees Fahrenheit (10 million degrees Celsius) or more, making them glow extraordinarily brightly. [The Strangest Black Holes in the Universe]Scientists discovered accreting black holes in the Milky Way more than 40 years ago. Previous research suggested that the accretion disks of black holes can have dramatic effects on galaxies. For instance, streams of plasma known as relativistic jets that spew out from accreting black holes at near the speed of light can travel across an entire galaxy, potentially shaping its evolution. However, much remains unknown about how accretion works, since matter can behave in very complex ways as it spirals into black holes, said study lead author Mariko Kimura, an astronomer at Kyoto University in Japan, and her colleagues.
To learn more about the mysterious process of accretion, researchers in the new study analyzed V404 Cygni, a binary system composed of a black hole about nine times the mass of the sun and a companion star slightly less massive than the sun. Located about 7,800 light-years away from Earth in the constellation Cygnus, the swan, V404 Cygni possesses one of the black holes closest to Earth. After 26 years during which the system was dormant, astronomers detected an outburst of X-rays from V404 Cygni in 2015 that lasted for about two weeks. This activity from the accretion disk of V404 Cygni’s black hole briefly made it one of the brightest sources of X-rays seen in the universe.
Following this outburst, the researchers detected flickering visible light from V404 Cygni, whose fluctuations varied over timescales of 100 seconds to 150 minutes. Normally, astronomers monitor black holes by looking for X-rays or gamma-rays.”We find that activity in the vicinity of a black hole can be observed in optical light at low luminosity for the first time,” Kimura told Space.com. “These findings suggest that we can study physical phenomena that occur in the vicinity using moderate optical telescopes without high-spec X-ray or gamma-ray telescopes.” Thanks to space.com
Did ET Develop Humans?
The challenge of pale anthropology is first to inspect the existing evidence and visualize the human family line, then to place those individuals in the lineup. Although it is woefully incomplete, the cast of significant characters in the hominid fossil record is substantially larger than it was a decade ago, due to the number of new discoveries. There is now general consensus that there were at least four broad categories of hominid that emerged after the split from the ancient chimpanzee lineage—although any new discovery has the potential to change this. The evolutionary pathway appears to have led first from a common ancestor with the chimpanzee to the genus Ardipithecus between four and five million years ago and then to the gracile autralopithecines before the emergence of the robust australopithcines and our own genus Homo, approximately 2.5 million years ago. I suggest these changes in species were planned by superior intelligence (extraterrestrials or God) to breed a better hominid to work in the mines. Indeed many developments occurred in the Johannesburg, South Africa area where gold was first mined. Remarkable window into this evolutionary adaptation is being studied at the world famous Sterkfontein site west of Johannesburg in South Africa. There, in a cave deposit known as Member 4, is evidence of a speciation event: fossils of one species exhibiting a shift in morphology that eventually turns them into another species.
The speciation window at Sterkfontein has been –dated between 2.8 and 2.6 million years ago, fairly soon after the intensification of global cooling. The individual Africans specimens recovered there show an astounding anatomical variation, the implications of which are still being considered.
It would appear that Africanus through the development of bigger teeth and more humanlike physiology—is being transformed either into robust ape-man form or true humans—or both! Although, it is premature to speculate on what we will eventually make of these fossils, there is a real possibility that a transition from ape-man to human occurred in South Africa.
I suggest the creation of the first human was by design with much larger brains, the ability to walk upright with better hands for holding tools. The location where the largest gold deposits exist in South Africa was not an accident. Furthermore, their bodies and mentality made them ideal mine workers. The Africanus male stands about 3.5 feet tall and would have weighed about 99 to 132 pounds while the female weighs 55 to 77 pounds. Being short and muscular would allow the Africanus to follow the gold veins. They also had a larger brain and long arms that would be useful for digging.

According to Sumerian creation tablets, Angels were known under the name of Anunnaki or Anannage (great sons of Anu), and they were the founders of their culture. Sumerian mythology claims that, in the beginning, human-like gods ruled over Earth who came from other planets. This first man was created in Eden, a Sumerian word which means ‘flat terrain’. In the Epic of Gilgamesh, Eden is mentioned as the garden of the gods and is located somewhere in Mesopotamia between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.

Lying on the northern outskirts of the city of Cusco in Peru, lies the walled complex of Saksaywaman (Sacsayhuaman) that only a hair would have difficulty fitting between the stones.

ISR Operations Begin at Nigerien Air Base

Nigerien Air Base 201 started intelligence, surveillance, and drone reconnaissance flights after the US and Niger finished the long process of reaching an agreement that allows armed and unarmed assets to fly in the country, US Africa Command said in a Nov. 1 statement. The pact aims to strengthen a partnership to fight violent extremist groups in the region. “We are working with our African and international partners to counter security threats in West Africa,” US Africa Command boss Army Gen. Stephen Townsend said. “The construction of this base demonstrates our investment in our African partners and mutual security interests in the region.”US Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa boss Gen. Jeffrey Harrigian said the base is part of “flexible and diverse postures” across Africa. Construction on the base—the largest USAF-led military construction project ever—began in 2016. Arizona Light
Tucson — During an average night walk, I usually look up into the sky and not see much with the exception of gentle glowing stars. So knowing the stars, and looking up at random intervals, I see these strange lights, slowly moving across the sky. What made them strange is how they angled up a bit while moving and how bright they were. So I immediately knew it wasn’t stars as I’m sure stars don’t just move across the sky and fade quickly. Or military flares that move vertically from the ground. I tried to take a picture of the thing with as it was quite dark and the camera doesn’t have that good of a darkness filter. So it is a bit sloppy. Pictures were taken on November 11, 2019.
Arkansas Lights
Little Rock — Observed a spherical object with pulsating lights, first red then white with varying times on and off.
Altitude was approximately 400′ to 600′ off the ground and stayed at that altitude the entire time I viewed it.
Appeared to change shape as it flew but hard to verify that due to the light changing color.

California Object
Clearlake –While standing outside at dusk facing west I suddenly saw at least 8-10 white lights in a straight line formation traveling slowly from West to southeast.

Colorado Lights
Durango — Entering park at 1:30 pm, my wife had an urge to take a photo of Point Lookout at the entrance to Mesa Verde, Colorado.
Told her not to bother but she saw objects drop out of a circular cloud vortex, and snapped a picture with her tablet.
Enlarged it, above a chem. trail. Reported it to a park gate assistant as a witness immediate. Pictures were taken on August 24, 2019.
Connecticut Disc
Danbury — Observed hovering over my house from my picture window, many reported to police that evening next day paper said it was a weather balloon that escaped.
It was not.

Winter Park — Almost Every week over Florida, 3 crafts are seen flying from the SE flying toward NW and disappear in almost the same spot in the sky. I have several videos in one the craft becomes transparent. Pictures were taken on November 9, 2019.
New Jersey Light
Millville — In the nights between November 7Th-9Th I observed spherical/orb UFOs. I observed them in the direction of Delaware Bay. Across the street from my house there is nothing but woods until you hit the bay. The sphere I saw was in a steady position in the sky but then it would drift east to west and up and down. At its lowest point form my vintage point it was very far over the trees. The object had no flashing lights like you would expect to see on an airplane. It was also absolutely silent.
The object would suddenly start to pulse and seem to grow bigger but then it would totally vanish but would suddenly reappear. I observed this from 10:30 in till about midnight in November 7th and 8th. On November 9th I witnessed the object again. About one year ago I witnessed a rectangular craft near Delaware Bay.

Binghamton — I was driving home with my two daughters in the car on October 10, 2019. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed something in the sky with rapid movement and darting back and forth. I was driving while seeing this. My youngest daughter was very scared, so she curled into a ball, my oldest daughter asked me to give her the phone, and took a short video. It didn’t come out very good since she was shaking. When arriving, my youngest immediately ran into the house. My oldest daughter and I got out of the car and continued to watch. I quickly pointed my cell phone up at the sky, and tried my best to capture the phenomenon. The video that I captured is 27 seconds long, and the object continued darting and zigzagging up above. Ten minutes later the object disappeared, my wife came outside and we both saw one of the biggest shooting stars that we’ve seen in our life. It was a very strange, but fascinating event.
Croton-Harmon — Was on the train (Hudson line) toward Poughkeepsie, sometime between Croton-Harmon and Cortlandt. Looked out the window and saw 3 objects in the sky across the Hudson River from me. They were definitely not on the window, as I could no longer see them after the train rounded a bend.
They did not look like clouds, as they didn’t reflect the sun the same way as the other clouds. They looked like they reflected light to me, but I’m not sure. I tried to get photographs, but they were far away and the train was moving fast. I could only get photos of two of them in the same picture.
Texas Lights
New Home — I was driving home after dusk. Going from the city to the country in November 12, 2019. Two flashing lights caught my eye because they were flying in random. One above and behind the other. So when home took pictues of beautiful moonrise along with trying to capture these blinking lights. What I got was some crazy stuff I could not see with my naked eye. I was holding phone still when I took these. They kind of just hung around the area for an hour and a half. I kept going in because it is super cold. When they cruised off they were heading back westerly and a bit northerly. They were meeting up with another flashing light. Then I went inside. I see a lot of this stuff.
New Caney — I was on patio observing unusual chem trails on November 1, 2019, when I observed a dark round object beneath one of the chem trails. At first I thought that it was a vulture, but it wasn’t moving and it was too high in the sky. I saw it move in and out of the chem trail but for the most part it was just hovering around the trail cloud. I took a picture of it with my iPhone and enlarged it to get a better view. It appeared to be somewhat disc shaped. In a few minutes it just disappeared. Then a saw a small jet traveling at high speed north towards where the object had been.
Virginia Lights
Roanoke — They look human to a point . They smile. I thought they were entities until I got a picture of the space ship.

Vancouver — I stepped outside of my dentist’s office to wait for a ride home. I was taking photos of beautiful clouds because I like to paint them.I did not notice the “glint” until I got home and downloaded my photos. Pictures were taken on October 19, 2019.

Australia Cylinder
Manly — I was on vacation in Manly and on our first night November 3rd, 2019, @ 7:15pm, myself and the group I was with witnessed two separate crafts. In the videos if you slow them down you can see lights blinking as well as a few other colors that show up. The first craft looked to be a Triangle shaped black craft and the second was very similar in color however it was a clear disc shape. At times in the video these almost seem to be helium filled, like there’s a hole in the middle but if you check out the screen shots and/or zoom in on the video, you’ll see that there isn’t an actual hole in the middle and that the middle is raised. We didn’t see how these crafts arrived, we just looked up saw the first one almost dangling there, after it headed south and after a minute or so, another saucer shaped black craft appeared.
Columbia Orb
Santiago –I took two or three photos in sequence of some pigeons that were on the power lines. Autofocus focused on trees instead of the pigeons. Later when downloading the photos to the PC, only in one of them, this object appears. I cannot explain what it can be. Because this object is out of focus but the back trees are focused, the distance at which it passed is that of the pigeons, therefore I think it should be approximately similar in size. I can’t explain what that object is. Maybe it’s an orb? Pictures were taken on September 22, 2019.
France Light
Epagny — I was with my wife just getting out of a shop on November 11, 2019, when my eye was attracted by a glowing star. The night was clear in that direction, and the light was strange with a bright point projecting two large beams, like a car in the distance. Those beams seem to encounter a particularly foggy atmosphere, so the beam disappear/is stopped at a certain distance. The object is flying at a speed of a jet liner, at middle altitude. As we are close to the Geneva Airport (30 miles) , I first thought it could be a plane just airborne (I use to fly from this airport, and the path when flying to the south is almost the same ) or circling …
But the lights were really weird , so I told my wife to take a video ( Samsung galaxy S8). I could film it for about 35 seconds, and then it reached a cloud barrier.
The news paper Le Progress from Lyon published that some people reported the same observation over Lyon and Grenoble;
I was surprised, because the object was glowing through the cloud sat at quite low altitude.
Ireland Object
Cork – The number of objects spotted flying over Mount Gabriel in Skull, West Cork in August 2010.
I managed to get a picture of one of them on an old Sony Cyber Shot Camera.

Mexico Disc
Alle Mexicali — My coworkers went out for breakfast and did not invite me. I went out into the outer hallway and saw something in the sky on November 20, 1994, I easily observed what it was, and yelled at him saying that someone had forgotten a wallet. He left hurriedly asking what it was and pointed to where the UFO was and I told him there is your wallet. What about the wings? And the sound? Then I wonder if it was a helicopter, I replied, don’t you know how to differentiate between a plane and a helicopter? And I wonder what that was then? I can tell you that this thing does not raise or fall does not come or go and does not it move to nowhere, and we watched it until our feet were locked and we decided to enter the office.
Puerto Rico Triangle
Caguas — It was very unexpected but it took me one and a half seconds to decipher that it was a UFO and not an airplane coming from the distance. It was just passing-by. It emitted a loud constant noise when it came nearer. Its speed was medium-fast and altitude at cloud level.

UK/England Light
Carnforth, Lancashire — My wife was having a cigarette in the back garden when she spotted a large orange/blue object in the sky travelling west to south. She shouted to me to come and have a look and I saw the object for a few seconds before it slowly disappeared. At that moment another orange/blue object appeared in the sky travelling west to south along the same trajectory as the first, I quickly opened the camera on the phone and took a picture. The second object then disappeared like the first object, it looked as if it was travelling south at speed as it disappeared. These were definitely not planes, helicopters or satellites, nor where they Chinese lanterns as they didn’t flicker. The objects seemed to be very large in size but did not make any sound. I have attached the original picture and an edited picture with the brightness increased. I also took a video of the object but nothing can be seen in this (I will also attach the video).

Ortiz – I took a picture while watching the clouds, and when I check it this object appears. It was a picture I took while watching the clouds, and when I click it this object appears. Pictures were taken on August 14, 2014.
