Water UFO Researcher Carl Feindt Passes Away
Carl and I flew together to Los Angeles to make several Hangar 1 Television programs.
Carl’s interest in water-related UFOs was preceded by his fascination with aircraft. As a boy, he carved balsa replicas of flying machines and in his teens flew model aircraft. He became a cadet in the Civil Air Patrol. Carl went on to study aircraft engineering at the Academy of Aeronautics in New York City. Following two years of service in the Air Force, he was forced to return to civilian life due to a family hardship. He worked in customer service for a major airline for over three decades.
Upon retirement he became active in ufology, about which he had been reading since the early 1960s. A wonderful opportunity presented itself when Jan Aldrich, a UFO researcher, asked for volunteers to do local newspaper searches. Over the course of eight years, he studied microfilm rolls at the University of Delaware, covering the years between 1923 and 1967. To his amazement, he found 750 UFO-related articles in Delaware, the second-smallest state!
Intrigued by the fact that aircraft, as we know them, cannot emerge from water or submerge into water, he started assembling water-related UFO cases. His research has grown into an increasingly large data base and website.
He appeared on TV’s History Channel documentaries “Deep-Sea UFO’s” and “Deep-Sea UFO’s Red Alert” He presented his paper “Physical Influences of a UFO on Water” at the MUFON Symposium in Denver, Colorado. He has been a guest on numerous radio talk shows and gave lectures across the U S and Canada.
Carl Feindt wrote an excellent book about UFOs and Water. Underwater UFOs have been sighted on many occasions lifting out of their submerged depths and taking to the air. In an article entitled “UFOs – at 450 Fathoms,” UFO Reporter Ed Hyde told of the sighting made by Dr. R. J. Villela, a Brazilian scientist, who saw a UFO smash through an estimated 40 feet of ice at the South Pole and soar into the sky at amazing speed.
I have personally seen a UFO surface in our lake on October 1, 1980 at 2 AM; the object was silver with multiple colored lights around its outer rim. The craft was 25 feet in a diameter and has it rose the water poured off the craft.
The first UFO book I read was one written by Ivan Sanderson that contained numerous reports of UFOs emerging and submerging into the ocean. We also had sightings a few years ago off the Palos Verdes Peninsula South of Los Angeles where UFOs were seen traveling under water. “What secrets lurk in ocean depths? Are there alien forms of intelligent life that occupy the vast volumes of water that constitute our oceans, seas, and lakes? The largest of our oceans, the Pacific, covers 64,000,000 square miles and reaches a depth of 36,198 feet, a depth that no ray of sunlight ever reaches. Could these depths hide alien submarine bases?
It was author and researcher Dr. Ivan T. Sanderson who suggested that aliens could remain undetected by building their bases beneath the world’s oceans. Dr. Sanderson found that by actual count, over 50 percent of the UFO sightings had occurred plunging into or coming out of water. This includes oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, and reservoirs. Of the oceanic UFOs (some term them USOs or Unidentified Submersible Objects), one was tracked by the U.S. Navy near Puerto Rico in 1963 and frequently since then. On a training maneuver, a sonar operator detected an object traveling at over 150 knots! The technicians tracked this object for four days and it maneuvered down to the incredible depth of 27,000 feet. Submarines of 1963 could not dive further than a fraction over 5,000 feet into the ocean deeps. What kind of submersible could withstand the tremendous ocean pressures? And how could it overcome the tremendous resistance of water moving at such incredible speeds? I flew to Puerto Rico and interviewed several people who observed UFOs in a Lake on the Southwest corner of the country. The largest of our oceans, the Pacific, covers 64,000,000 square miles and reaches a depth of 36,198 feet, a depth that no ray of sunlight ever reaches. Could these depths hide alien submarine bases?
(Note: We now know that may use a process called supercavitation)
Many witnesses have reported huge cigar-shaped vehicles emerging from the oceanic hydrospaces of earth to take to the sky. In 1965, such an event was logged in the records of the Norwegian ship T.T. Jawesta on the 6th of July and in the log of an Argentinean ship, the Naviero off the coast of Brazil on July 20, 1967. The officers and crew could see a shining object in the sea no more than 50 feet away. It was cigar-shaped and about 110 feet in length and emitted a powerful blue and white glow. It ran silently and without wake through the water. It paced the Naviero for 15 minutes, then suddenly dived and passed beneath the ship and vanished rapidly into the great depths.
Taking on Water
They pulled their sail down to slow their boat to avoid a collision, but when the ship approached their boat they realized it wasn’t a ship. It was a UFO with a lot of lights on it. It was sucking water up into it and passed slowly within twenty meters of the boat, but the fishermen don’t think the UFO saw them. It just went by them about six meters above the water, sucking up a column of water almost as wide as the UFO. The water didn’t fall back into the ocean. The UFO went past them and disappeared in the distance.”
08-04-1971 –Three vortexes came out from the sea and from inside them an object appeared.”
07-??-1977 – Could see the water of the lake surging upward as if being sucked into the machine.”
10-23-1978a -Column of water “hovered 100 feet high by 15 feet wide before falling fanlike into the sea”
07-17-1992 – Same as 10-23-1978a “sucking up a column of water almost as wide as the UFO”
04-26-1994– A center plume of water shot up to the bottom of the UFO.
UFO ” Makes Waterspout
Below the UFO the water began to chum. Mist swirled into the air. A center plume of water shot up to the bottom of the UFO. It was a waterspout. The UFO moved slowly to the left and I aimed the camera and took Photo 49. Ten to fifteen seconds passed while I stared at this amazing scene. Suddenly the waterspout collapsed. The UFO angled off to the left, climbed at a sharp angle, and disappeared into the hazy sky. For years witnesses have seen many types of UFOs cruising off the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California. UFOs have actually been seen to come out of the water in the San Pedro Channel. In the early seventies, my friend Jim was on the boat returning from Santa Catalina Island to San Pedro Harbor when he spotted a low, flying disk cruise silently over the channel boat. The craft was so close he could make out every detail of its structure including the four hemispherical pods on its underside.
Strange blue-green lights have been seen in the water since 1989, and again in 1990, witnesses have seen as many as 20 events an hour. One large light appeared to be as much as 100 feet in diameter. This large light spawned babies no larger than 10 to 12 feet in length. These lights were seen to move swiftly under the ocean’s surface some 500 to 1,000 feet from the coastline in Abalone Cove. These lights were too large and too swift to be fish. One of the lights was reported to have emerged from the water.
Large numbers of dead fish are often noticed after the UFO is seen diving into or emerging from the water causing speculation that the propulsion system using high energy electrical systems kills the fish. On one occasion on February 19, 1982, on Lake Lacar, Argentina a UFO had plunged into the lake and shortly thereafter a large number of dead fish were observed. The dead fish were sent to a laboratory and the fish’s air bladder systems had been compressed by a shock wave. The rapid movement of the UFO may have been to blame.
In 1992 a sea kayaker viewed an amazing sight off the Palos Verdes Peninsula. He was four or five miles south of Los Angeles when a waterspout suddenly formed some hundreds of yards ahead of his kayak. As he observed this spout, the forward motion of the funnel stopped, the curtain of light mist surrounding the waterspout disappeared and a rotating column of what seemed to be solid ice appeared. As the sun reflected off the rotating mass of ice crystals, it appeared to be a sight of extraordinary beauty. The height of the ice column was estimated at 100 to 150 feet. When the ice column collapsed back into the ocean, it created a whirlpool. After this amazing event, the kayaker paddled over to examine floating fragments of ice and found specimens of fish embedded in the frozen pieces. Navy is Likely Primary on UFOs
There is indication that the Office of Naval Intelligence is primary in the UFO subject. The Navy and the U.S. Government has been aware of the ‘marine aspect’ of the phenomenon all along. It is much more likely UFOs come from the oceans rather than from planets millions miles away. If they make the trip from a planet they hide in bases on Earth that are often underwater.
Air Intelligence Division Study No. 203 with the help of the Office of Naval Intelligence presents the first important clue that the Pentagon was well aware of the phenomenon’s marine nature. This document is one of the rarest documents in the national archives linking the Office of Naval Intelligence to an association with the investigation of the phenomenon and offers an early clue that the study of the UFO phenomenon did not fall totally within the realm of the Air Force. The Navy could be more involved than the Air Force since thousands of sightings occur in the ocean..?
There has been in past efforts to destroy UFO reports but a new policy appears to be taking effect.
Feb 1963, Royal Navy North Atlantic Fleet:
After Tom witnessed the senior officer enter the UFO observations in the radar log book, their shift ended. Radar room personnel on the early morning watch ate breakfast and then turned in. Tom said he was awakened at 12:30 AM and ordered to report to the ward room, along with the five radar and sonar operators on his shift that morning.
The senior officer proceeded to go over the events of that morning, asking questions about the radar-sonar observations. He told the six men that their conversations were being taped and explained that until more was known about the unknown target, they were to remain silent about what they had seen. “Gentlemen,” the officer said, “We will remember that we have all signed the Official Secrets Act.” When Preston came on duty once again at 2400 hours, he said he was surprised to discover that a “spanking new book” had replaced the radar log used the previous morning
The F-14 fighter went to full afterburner right off the deck, pulling a rooster-tail7 behind it. It rattled the ship severely as it went by. This USO thing pulled easily ahead of the jet, crossed the horizon in seconds while underwater… no visible wake. It just… I mean this thing was FAST. Well, we just stood there. Wow, you know… what you say. We speculated about what it was. Guam told us it was a classified matter not to be reported or discussed.
Carrier USS Kearsarge:
The cameraman was able to get some photos, not sure how many, before they all took off almost straight up and out of sight.
The cameraman turned the film into to his superior officer and was told to not ever mention it. My dad said he and his friend were asked about the incident by their NCO and also told not to ever talk about it.
Sonar operator Account -British Destroyer Warship:
One of Sanderson’s sources stated that no less than 13 craft recorded in their logs that their sonar’s had tracked this object. Allegedly, the unknown target continued to be tracked for four days as it maneuvered down to depths of 27,000 feet! (This must have been in the vicinity of the Atlantic’s deepest point — 28,374 feet below sea level — in the Puerto Rico Trench.)
Nothing of known earthly origin can travel underwater at such speeds or maneuver at such depths. The fastest nuclear subs can attain 45 knots (52 miles per hour) and dive to around 3,000 feet.
USS John F. Kennedy:
At the edge of the flight deck we observed a large glowing sphere over the ship. It was twilight, but it looked huge. After that, I talked to a friend who worked in the radar department and he told me that all the radar screens were glowing- and then nothing. They couldn’t detect anything on radar. We heard that the compasses were not working on the bridge and that the radar navigational system had gone offline.
A few days later the Commanding Officer came on the closed circuit television system to address the crew of 5,000. He the Commanding Officer said, “I would like to remind the crew that certain events that take place on board a major naval combative vessel are considered classified and should not be discussed with anyone without a need to know.”
Submarine repair ship ‘The Volga’, October 7, 1977:
“At the time, the reports were classified top secret. Now we have a more open attitude in this country. On a few rare occasions I did publish some UFO information, but I paid for it. The official reaction was very harsh, very negative. My career suffered as a result, and the directorship of a scientific group was taken away from me.”
Captain of Navy R5D aircraft, February 8, 1951:
Crew members and passengers witnessed UFO emerging from the Atlantic Ocean: When we landed at Argentina, Newfoundland, we were met by intelligence officers. It was obvious that there had been many sightings in the same area, and most of the observers did not report it. When we arrived in the United States, we had to make a full report to Navy Intelligence. I found out a few months later that Gander radar did track the object in excess of 1800 mph”.
USS Curtiss (AV-4) Operation Castle, 1954
Steamed into Bikini Island and on to Eniwetok; at 2305 an unidentified luminous object passed over ship from bow to stern, yellowish-orange in color, traveling at a high rate of speed and a low altitude.
The Curtiss was carrying components of six thermonuclear bombs assembled aboard by the scientific laboratory and detonated in the Marshall Islands at Eniwetok and Bikini.
A gigantic pillar of water rose as the sphere emerged
from the sea and collapsed some moments later.
In August 1965, a crew of the Soviet steamship Raduga, while navigating in the Red Sea, observed an unusual phenomenon. At about two miles away, a fiery sphere dashed out from under the water and hovered over the surface of the sea, illuminating it. The sphere was sixty meters in diameter, and it hovered above the sea at an altitude of 150 meters.
A gigantic pillar of water rose as the sphere emerged from the sea and collapsed some moments later.
The testimony of Alexander G. Globa, a seaman from GORI, a Soviet tanker, in June 1984, was in the Mediterranean, twenty nautical miles from the Strait of Gibraltar. At 16:00, Globa was on duty. With him was Second-in-Command S. Bolotov. They were standing watch at the left bridge extension wing when both men observed a strange polychromatic object. When the object was astern, it stopped suddenly. S. Bolotov was agog, shaking his binoculars and shouting: “It is a flying saucer, a real saucer, my God, hurry, hurry, look!” Globa looked through his own binoculars and saw, at a distance over the stern, a flattened out looking object. The UFO was gleaming with a grayish metallic shine. The lower portion of the craft had a precise round shape, its diameter no more than twenty meters. Around the lower portion of it Globa also observed “waves” of protuberances on the outside plating.
At the circumference of the lower smooth disc Globa saw numerous shining, bright, bead-like lights. The top of the middle disc was crowned by a triangular-shaped something. It seemed that it moved in the same direction as the lower disc, but at a much slower pace. Zagadki Sfinksa magazine (Issue # 3, 1992) Odessa,
Close Encounters of the Toledo Kind: Commander Fravor Pursued UFO in 2004

All eyes on the skies
A Toledo-born naval fighter pilot who saw an unidentifiable object that looked like a Tic Tac in the sky over the Pacific Ocean is telling his story now, 14 years later.
VIDEO: Declassified military footage of UFO
RELATED: Fravor pursued UFO in 2004
Retired Navy Commander David Fravor’s tale, backed up with some video and his recorded observations, is providing momentum for those who think the government should investigate these sightings more aggressively. Commander Fravor is one of the few who claim to have been in pursuit of a UFO while flying military aircraft.
A Commander Fravor’s mysterious encounter occurred on Nov. 14, 2004, when he and another pilot were on a training mission 140 miles southwest of San Diego. What he saw from his fighter jet was a white pill-shaped object about the size of a bus hovering and flying with no obvious means of propulsion or lift. When he flew in for a closer look the object sped away like a bullet. Commander Fravor thinks it came from another world.
Left photo Chad Albert, of Toledo, with his cousin, Cmdr. David Fravor, in an October, 2004, file photo when Commander Fravor took command of VFA-41, Strike Fighter Squadron 41 also known as the “Black Aces” in Lemoore, California.
It became a social media phenomenon just before this past Christmas after Commander Fravor went public with his story more than 13 years after it happened. The Pentagon released a video of the 2004 incident, and acknowledged the existence of what the U.S. Department of Defense had called its Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program, which tracked UFOs.
Commander Fravor was encouraged to tell his story to The New York Times by Luis Elizondo, a retired intelligence officer who ran that Pentagon program. Mr. Elizondo is now director of global security. David Fravor states, “What was unique with ours is we actually interacted with it. We chased it. I went after it,” Commander Fravor, 53, stated “There’s enough credible evidence there are things flying around that we didn’t build and we can’t explain,” Commander Fravor said. At the time of his sighting, he was commander of a 300-member Navy squadron aboard the USS Nimitz known as Strike Fighter Squadron 41.
The pilots were flying the Navy’s newest aircraft, the F/A-18F Super Hornet. He had more than 3,500 flight hours and was a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School known as TOPGUN. He retired in 2006. His 24 years in the military included 18 years as a Navy jet pilot. Three others were in the sky with him. In addition to the pilot in the other F/A-18F who accompanied him on that mission, a weapons system officer was in the back of both fighter jets. Shortly after the two fighter jets began their training mission, they were redirected by a radio operator from the cruiser USS Princeton to a part of the Pacific Ocean where the Princeton had been tracking as many as a dozen mysterious objects for two weeks. Objects had been seen dropping straight down from above 80,000 feet and stopping at 20,000 feet.\
In this case, a huge object —10 feet wide and 40 feet long — hovered as low as 50 feet above the ocean. There was a disturbance in the water directly below it, with waves possibly generated by a second unidentified object.
Commander Fravor said he and the trio accompanying him had their eyes glued on the airborne object for about five minutes.
He said numerous times that UFO had the appearance of a giant “Tic Tac” breath mint. It was an oblong, all-white tubular device with no windows and no wings. It had no exhaust, and its energy source and form of propulsion were unknown. It wasn’t anything he’d seen in his years as a Navy jet pilot.
He said he told the other pilot to stay up high, that he was going down for a closer look. As soon as he got within 3,000 feet — a little more than a half-mile — the object zoomed away at bullet speed, he said.
“As I get within about a half-mile of it, it just rapidly accelerates,” Commander Fravor said. “As it crosses my nose, it just disappears.” It was gone within two seconds on a day so clear he had 50 miles of visibility
“I believe it was something not from this world,” Commander Fravor said Dec. 20 on Fox News during a nationally televised interview with host Tucker Carlson.
One reason Commander Fravor said he’s going public is he wants to demystify UFOs, in hopes the U.S. government and people in general will take the potential for them more seriously.
Several retired Pentagon intelligence officers have been calling for the Pentagon to restart the Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program, which tracked UFOs at a cost of $22 million from 2007 to 2012. Christopher K. Mellon, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence in the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations, is urging the government to analyze reports of unidentified aerial phenomena. He frames it as a national security matter. Russia USO Secrets
For years, strange phenomena have been reported by people at sea, especially by navies around the globe. Although many of the USO files of the Soviet and Russian Navy remain secret, some have become available due to the painstaking efforts of dedicated researchers. Paul Stonehill and Philip Mantle reveal strange encounters by the Soviet and Russian Navy with things that are not supposed to exist. Here you will read about the mysterious Kvakeri, the “swimmers” of Lake Baikal, the oddities of Issyk Kul, inexplicable events within the forbidding Arctic Ocean, and much more. Most of these stories have never been told outside of Russia or the former Soviet Union. They provide yet more evidence that we are not alone. Indeed, they suggest a permanent presence of something unusual in the depths of Earth’s large bodies of water. UFOs over the Lapley Sea
The former head of the fleet of the Russian Navy Admiral Vladimir Chernavin describe encounters that had been declassified Russian sailors with three types of UFOs: cymbals (discs), drums and cigar-shaped. The Admiral said that the former Soviet Navy watch had gathered a large number of UFO sightings in those decades in various regions of the world.
Weekly meetings on encounters with ships from another world were documented by the section chief former deputy director of exploring the Oceanographic Commission of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, the captain of the first rank Dr. Vladimir Azhazha that launched a new career as a UFO investigator after his time in the Navy. All former senior naval officers noted that about half of UFO encounters occur at sea. Statistically, 60 percent occur in the Atlantic and the Pacific, 10 percent in the Mediterranean and the rest in other waters. But of all the meetings around the world, some of the most amazing – and disturbing – incidents have occurred in the Bermuda Triangle.
Azhazha Captain confirmed another declassified Translated from Russian , said:
“There is evidence that the sailors of the Pacific fleet in the remote waters of the Pacific, observed in cylinders ‘suspended’, of which the smallest flying saucer UFO, dived into the water, sky and then back again to the master cylinder, and then flew away.”
How angry pilots got the Navy to stop dismissing UFO sightings
The Post’s Cleve R. Wootson Jr. explains why a recent admission from the government is like pouring kerosene on UFO conspiracy theories. Photo: Bill O’Leary/The Washington Post)
A recent uptick in sightings of unidentified flying objects — or as the military calls them, “unexplained aerial phenomena” — prompted the Navy to draft formal procedures for pilots to document encounters, a corrective measure that former officials say is long overdue.
As first reported by POLITICO, these intrusions have been happening on a regular basis since 2014. Recently, unidentified aircraft have entered military-designated airspace multiple times per month, Joseph Gradisher, spokesman for office of the deputy chief of naval operations for information warfare, said, “We want to get to the bottom of this. We need to determine who’s doing it, where it’s coming from and what their intent is. We need to try to find ways to prevent it from happening again, he vowed to “investigate each and every report.”
Luis Elizondo, a former senior intelligence officer, told The Post that the new Navy guidelines formalized the reporting process, facilitating data-driven analysis while removing the stigma from talking about UFOs, calling it “the single greatest decision the Navy has made in decades.”
[The government admits it studies UFOs. So about those Area 51 conspiracy theories …]
Chris Mellon, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence and staffer on the Senate Intelligence Committee stated,
“I don’t believe in safety through ignorance,” he said, scolding the intelligence community for a lack of “curiosity and courage” and a “failure to react” to a strong pattern of sightings.
“In some cases, pilots — many of whom are engineers and academy graduates — claimed to observe small spherical objects flying in formation. Others say they’ve seen white, Tic Tac-shaped vehicles. Aside from drones, all engines rely on burning fuel to generate power, but these vehicles all had no air intake, no wind and no exhaust.
“It’s very mysterious, and they still seem to exceed our aircraft in speed,” he said, calling it a “truly radical technology.”
According to Mellon, awestruck and baffled pilots, concerned that reporting unidentified flying aircraft would adversely affect their careers, tended not to speak up. (As it did mine.) And when they did, he said, there was little interest in investigating their claims.
“Imagine you see highly advanced vehicles, they appear on radar systems, they look bizarre, no one knows where they’re from. This happens on a recurring basis, and no one does anything,” said Mellon, who now works for To the Stars Academy of Arts and Sciences. Because agencies do not share this type of information, it is difficult to know the full extent of activity. Still, he estimated that dozens of incidents were witnessed by naval officers in a single year, enough to force the service to address the issue.
“Pilots are upset, and they’re trying to help wake up a slumbering system,” he told The Post.
[Pilots saw a ‘very bright’ UFO streaking over Ireland. If it wasn’t aliens, what was it?]
Lawmakers’ growing curiosity and concern also appeared to coax action out of the Navy.
In 2017, the Pentagon first confirmed the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a government operation launched in 2007 to collect and analyze “anomalous aerospace threats.” As The Post’s Joby Warrick reported, the investigation ranged from “advanced aircraft fielded by traditional U.S. adversaries to commercial drones to possible alien encounters.”According to former Pentagon officials and documents previously seen by The Post, program funding, which totaled at least $22 million, was suspended in 2012.
Gradisher said in a statement that “in response to requests for information from congressional members and staff, officials have provided a series of briefings by senior Naval Intelligence officials as well as aviators who reported hazards to aviation safety.”
Elizondo, who ran the AATIP, said the newly drafted guidelines were a culmination of many things, most notably that the Navy had enough credible evidence — including eyewitness accounts and corroborating radar information — to “know this is occurring.”
“If I came to you and said, ‘There are these things that can fly over our country with impunity, defying the laws of physics, and within moments could deploy a nuclear device at will,’ that would be a matter of national security,” Elizondo said.
With the number of U.S. military personnel in the Air Force and Navy who described the same observations, the noise level could not be ignored.
“This type of activity is very alarming,” Elizondo said, “and people are recognizing there are things in our aerospace that lie beyond our understanding.”
The True Story of an Air Force Intelligence Officer’s Life with UFOs
U.S. Air Force Major George Filer belongs to the generation of pilots and airmen who first became aware of the strange aircraft showing up in the Earth’s atmosphere after World War II. These men – military professionals who flew planes, served as radar operators and air traffic controllers at air fields around the world – began to whisper among themselves about encounters with suspected extraterrestrial aircraft.
During secret debriefings at U.S. bases, pilots and air crew told their commanders of seeing UFOs off their plane’s wings. Award-winning investigative author John Guerra spent four years interviewing Filer, a decorated intelligence officer.
From objects in the skies over Cold War Europe to a UFOs over during the Cuban Missile Crisis to lights over the DMZ in Vietnam Filer leaves nothing out about his Air Force UFO encounters,
Filer’s most memorable case – the shooting of an alien at Fort Dix Army Base in 1978 – is fully recounted for the first time in this book. As a member of the Disclosure Project, military experts, astronauts, and scientists urge the U.S. government to release all it knows about UFOs to the public. Filer describes his UFO encounters in this incredible book. By John L. Guerra.

UFO Sightings in the United States
Sightings are from MUFON CMS
Fort Jones — As soon as I got a picture, I had to tend to my kids crossing the street. When I had looked back up all I saw was a whole in the fog going straight up. I photographed the object on November 4, 2014.
Naugatuck – It was above the sun on a nice perfect sunny day.
I found it in my pictures when I got home. Nothing was in the sky when I took photo. Picture was taken on April 24, 2019.
Bellview — I was heading east on my way from work and I noticed a bright light just hovering over the Carriage Hill Apartments. I see a decently bright light and I say “What’s that?” and I keep driving closer. I pull up snap chat on my phone to get a picture.
Whatever it was zips away and I get a quick 10 second video of it. As I get closer I slow down and roll down my window to see this triangle shape facing west just hovering there. I turn to get a good look at it as it zooms away.
Macon — Object behaved like a falling meteorite. But it had a blue flame trail and a double diamond shape. It made a slow descent. Objects were observed on April 8, 2019.
Scottsburg — Southern Indiana ufo sighting across a field on April 22, 2019.
The large light at left brightened then diminished in size.
Horse Cave — Sitting on my front porch for over an hour around 5:57 pompon April 21, 2019, I did not have to look hard to see this silver object. It was heading away from my location to the southwest. It did not leave exhaust or contrail. I estimate the object to be at 11,000 feet AGL. I saw it pulse silver color then vanish and then turn silver again. Silent flight path was slow, low and straight. I estimate the length of craft to be 30 – 50 feet.
Michigan Red Lights
Sidney — I and my girl friends two children were returning home from my sister’s house. We were on a dirt road at 7pm, on September 2, 1989. I was driving and my girl’s son said, “Hey Rex I see a UFO!” I saw 3 red lights in a huge triangle hovering over a farmer’s field. We all 3 got out and could see darkness between the lights. It started counterclockwise in our direction. I got a little worried as it moved towards us. I told the kids to get in the car and backed the car up and turned east onto the corner road. Triangle shape then slowly followed us. I turned around and drove fast out of there and home. Later we were watching TV of the same lights reported over Belgium and the kids both said, “That’s what we seen.”
Nevada Moon Shot
Reno — I was filming the moon as I do every month that has a clear night for videoing. During the videoing time of around three hours on this night I believe I may have videoed something that was never videoed before.
I filmed seven objects that streaked across the moon going slow enough to freeze and gain some detail of the craft on May 28th 2018. The streaking objects were videoed.
North Carolina Lights
Greensboro — Some months back, I witnessed this thing from my front door (the red lights on the antenna are over to the right a few hundred feet on April 19, 2019. This time it was the same silent, fast oddly flying deal as before,- but no blue lights like before.
It looks like a coffee table flying like a helicopter straight and fast but silent. I was able to hear a Cessna flying overhead. IT was an Unidentified Flying Object.
Hudson — I saw three non-flashing lights in the northern sky that formed a huge triangle on October 1, 2018.
As they moved in unison, they gave the impression of a triangle craft tilting.
Off to the left of the video, the flashing lights of an airplane can also be seen and are much smaller.
Holtwood — My boyfriend and I were having a small bonfire and were sitting facing south toward the river on April 21, 2019. I noticed a strange fast moving red/orange orb coming up the horizon behind the trees. We got out our cell phone and recorded this orb as it flew overhead. It pulsed a red, orange glow and changed direction from south to west. It also seemed to turn off its lights and then it was a dark grey black triangle that reflected the clouds and was semi-transparent. It flew into the clouds.
Del Rio — We were tent camping at Lake Amestad on Saturday, April 20, 2019. There are no towns or highways near our campsite. I was taking pictures of the night sky with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone camera. We did not see anything with the naked eye. I saw these photos the following day. There was nothing around us that looked anything like this.
Sandy — I didn’t see these objects when the selfies were taken. When I got home I was showing my wife the pictures I had taken during the day. My wife asked me if I had seen these objects that were in the background? I hadn’t noticed them. She has been looking up everything to find an explanation. We thought it might be balloons but we can’t identify these objects.
Worldwide UFO Sightings
Australia Globular Type Object
Willunga — Went to take photo of sunset an observed 2 bright lights in sky with a dark circular shape in centre. Object was not at first visible until photo was taken. Photo was taken on April 11, 2019.
Cranbourne – My wife was driving us home on April 22, 2019; I had two beers and two glasses of scotch. I was with my wife, son and daughter; my wife had nothing to drink. We were almost home when she gasped and said “Oh, what’s that?” she was looking up and opened her window, then my daughter opened her window and both were asking the same thing. I saw what appeared to be a completely black almost spider shaped blob or globular type object flying low, flying east. It could have been a drone however it did not appear that way at all. No lights or sound. There appeared to be another similar object, completely black flying east. We eventually got home seconds later and had lost both objects among the trees.
Roboré, Santa Cruz — UFO seen in Roboré, in a photo taken at random.
Craft is flying above mountains. Photo was taken on April 19, 2019.
Botucatu SP — I was in an aerial event of the smoke squad of the armed forces of Brazil on April 14, 2019 at 5:15 pm. I was filming the acrobatics with my smart phone. When I arrived home I looked at my videos and noticed something that had passed very fast between the planes. I paused the video at the 46 seconds mark and I could see the objects.
Costa Rica Object
San Jose – I was looking at sunset, when a flock of birds passed towards the mountain as seen in the in the video. I decided to take a video with the slow motion option. It was later that I saw the object coming out from the mountain at super speed, turning back and then heading back on April 19, 2019. This was taken with an iPhone 6.
Nakskov – I saw a weird light cross the sky.
It was larger than planets but was not very distinct.
My video was shot on April 20, 2019.
Puerto Penasco — Watched orange orb floating in the sky over the houses on the beach, it slowly turned east and disappeared.
Another followed a few minutes later. Video was taken on June 6, 2018.
Lowestoft – I was on a bus on the East Coast of England on the 10th April 2019, about 9.00 am, I saw this round disc shaped object and recorded the object for 10 seconds then it disappeared.
It was a massive object under the clouds with flashing color lights Top of Form Plymouth — I saw this thing for over 2 days with flashing lights from massive round headlights. I took this photo on April 20, 2019.
Help our Website Stay afloat
Your editor needs your help to continue. It’s expensive to have a web site, a web master and to send out emails to 30,000 people. I’m a 100% disabled veteran and could use your help. Even a dollar would help pay expenses to keep sending you important information that is not generally available to the public and only the highest ranking government personnel receive.

Our research is uncovering amazing truths by solving challenging projects deemed too difficult by other firms. We have had some success in finding missing persons. We could use your help in getting more results from our research. I have put together a DVD of the last seventeen years of Filer’s Files for you with hundreds of great photographs and UFO sightings. Have been digging through the giant DVD you sent recently. As a relatively recent joiner, I was unaware of the years’ worth of consistent reports of the same types of objects all over. This has been very educational. Just wanted to thank you for all you’ve done.

Put another way, a young person in the U.S. is nearly 11 times as likely to die in a swimming pool than in a school shooting. Few public officials would say pools are doing a poor job protecting swimmers, but the statistics suggest that we need “more lifeguards at pools, as opposed to guards at schools,” Fox said
The Filer Research Institute feels the scientific study of UFOs is for the benefit of humankind and is an important endeavor. The US Air Force investigated UFOs publicly for more than twenty years under Project Blue Book; and I continue this advanced research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-inceasing numbers.
I will be in Mt Shasta this summer and wish to encourage people to come and see this conference.
