Lord Admiral Hill-Norton fought in the Second World War as gunnery officer in a cruiser operating on the Western Approaches and in the North Sea taking part in the Norwegian Campaign, then in a cruiser taking part in the Arctic convoys and finally in a battleship operating in the Eastern Fleet. Clarence L. “Kelly” Johnson
Skunk Works Director Clarence L. “Kelly” Johnson mentored two young men: Ben R. Rich who was hired in 1957 to design engine inlets for the U-2 and John Andrews–The young hotshot model kit designer for Comet Models—who went on to design and be Chief Special Projects Designer for the Testor Corporation.
From 1980 to 1999, John Andrews sat on the knowledge of the skiff’s “Wave rider-stingray-cetacean-form” configuration. He died on Good Friday, 1999 of a cancer similar to Ben Rich’s.
Bill McDonald obtained detailed information about the Roswell alien craft from Army counter intelligence personnel he called Rick and Frank who carefully described, sketched and overdrew on my sketches until the lateral profile of the craft was exactingly close to the profile of a harbor porpoise a species of cetacean known as Dall’s Porpoise. The stingray-skate-like diamond triangular wing form profiles were subtly different–But close enough to satisfy a detective’s standards regarding multiple witness composites.
The hexagonal power cell belly tiles were identically described by both men, to include being subducted under a thin rim layer of approximately eighteen inches. Big hexagons near the nose, shrinking in size towards the tail and trailing wing edges.
John Andrews independently confirmed that Kelly and Ben also described a complex “Power grid” on the ships belly. Likewise for the cockpit canopy/forward sensor array shield–Only
subtle variances in shape and placings. Frank thought it was a cockpit canopy. Rick stated it was a cover for a multi-tiered instrument array. The craft carried seven aliens.
Len (Stringfield) stated in December ’94, that macroscopically, the skin resembled the tiny, granulated smooth beaded scales of the tiny albino Geckos inhabiting t he islands of the South Pacific.

He stated that his physicians reported that the skin was NOT the semipermiable layers that hold in moisture and fluids and hold out dangerous rot bacilli. He stated that it was like synthetic screen mesh under a microscope.
He stated that the flight crew members would have leaked like sieves if they were walking around outside the landed craft and not encased in some artificial cellophane-like substance. Infection would have occurred in seconds. They apparently worked together navigating and operating the craft. Rick n his porch during those early July 1995 interviews that when he crawled through the wreckage he noticed something very odd about the texturing of the floor of the flight deck of the interior crew cabin. He stated that it was the oddest form of “Antiskid” imaginable. He stated that examining experts had compared the deck flooring to rings and swirls like “Fingerprint” and “Coral growth” patterns. Rick stated that in later years, he had occasion to examine a kidney dialysis bag and that when cut open, the microtubule packing was similar to the crystalline layers of micro tubes in the floor layers. He also described vented louvers in the flooring edges on either side
of the crew compartment which when he drew them reminded me of the gill slits of sharks and rays.
I put the skin and the flooring descriptions together and came up with the fluid life support system / flight ballast inertial dampening buffer. Oxygenated fluorocarbons approximate the weight of water but evaporate fast after a hull breech. Sterile fluids would not only sustain life but would also cushion the flight crew from high “G” aerial maneuvers and in dead from rapid onset infections and rapid catastrophic dehydration.

All witnesses told me that the craft was unusually light for its size. Without some form of heavy ballast, it would have fluttered like a kite without a tail in atmospheric flight mode. Trim was critical for a craft of its size and weight. Every seat needed to be filled–And as you know, two bodies remain unaccounted for unless you believe Don Schmitt’s latest claims with Tom Carey. Only a fluid fulfills all ballast and all delicate trim requirements for atmospheric flight–Magneto-aero electric propulsion in the air. Certain species of frogs breathe and receive nutrients directly through their skin tissue membranes. They die fast out of the water. Their lungs are partially atrophied from lack of use. Roswell Aerospace Interplanetary Craft
The “General Composite of the Roswell Aerospace Interplanetary Craft is originated and forensically rendered from the testimony of multiple witnesses who were the retired United States Army Counter-Intelligence Corps atom bomb security agents guarding all atom bomb manufacturing, testing and deployment facilities in New Mexico from 1943 to 1951. Further and far more substantial testimony came from Clarence L. (“Kelly”) Johnson and Dr. Ben R. Rich founding CEOs of Lockheed Martin’s famous “Skunk Works”) as provided to Bill McDonald the late John Andrews, Special Projects Chief Designer of the Testor Corporation.
The spacecraft was a single, integrated, machine component; the originating inspiration for all high-altitude, hypersonic, “Waverider,” aerosurf, “Biomorphic” aircraft and space shuttle configuration concepts. She mimicked the design forms of multiple sea animals including porpoises and stingrays. Her life support system and in-flight ballast was an oxygenated amniotic fluid-like broth with an advanced filtration system in the flight deck. She carried a crew of seven humanoids who interfaced with the vessel’s artificial intelligence (AI) cortex directly, physically through the headrests of their individual crash-couches and their surrounding consoles. The organic minds of the flight crew are believed to have functioned as “multiple brain nodes” for distributed processing and navigation. They and the spacecraft functioned as a “combined biological organic/artificial life form and machine system.”

In time, Andrews shared information that confirmed elements of McDonald’s Roswell investigation. Finally, McDonald says, he prevailed upon Andrews to ask then-ailing-from-cancer Dr. Ben R. Rich — late head of Lockheed’s “Skunk Works” — to describe the relationship, if any, between possibly recovered UFO materials at Roswell and advances in aircraft design that occurred starting in the mid1950s. McDonald resolved to withhold the answers while Andrews remained alive. Testor Special Projects Chief Designer John Andrews died also of cancer on Good Friday, 1999.”

Hal was pointing out the obvious. This is precisely what I have been closing my lectures with for the past 4 years. How can anyone miss the comparison that my Stingray/Porpoise-like Chimaera design has in common with the 3 “Aurora” planes: the F-117 Nighthawk, the TR-3A “Black Manta”, and even the original old YF-12A/SR-71 Blackbird spy planes of Kelly Johnson’s genius.
Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and chief model kit designer for the Testor Corporation John Andrews is dead, I can announce that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs), spy planes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles. Andrews was a close personal friend of “Skunk Works” CEO Ben Rich — the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk “Stealth” fighter, its “half-pint” prototype the “HAVE BLUE”, and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.
Dr. Ben R. Rich confirmed:
There are 2 types of UFOs — the ones we build and ones ‘they’ build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual “hand-me-downs.” The Government knew and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon “purge”, administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector.
” ‘An’ item” — as opposed to ” ‘The’ item” — was recovered near the World’s only combat operational atom bomb base (Roswell AAF) in 1947. Hull design, aerodynamic measurements, and propulsion info was passed directly to Jack Northrop and Kelly Johnson beginning in 1950 with a major block of data being passed on from “The Working Group” at Wright Patterson AFB’s Foreign Technologies Division in 1952. “‘The’ item” refers to the top-secret designation of Kelly’s original variant of the U-2 (TR-1) spy plane in Congressional and Pentagon budgets in the 1950s.
Nearly all “biomorphic” aerospace designs were inspired by the Roswell spacecraft from Kelly’s SR-71 Blackbird onward to today’s drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft.
The inward canted vertical stabilizers of the F-19, the HAVE BLUE, many drones, some UCAVs, and the SR-71 matched the 30-degree inward cant of the Roswell spacecraft’s shark fin-shaped pair of vertical stabilizers or “winglets”. The same goes for the wing camber to fuselage “blend” of the air frame designs.

The outward cants of the F-22 Raptor, the F-117, the McDonnell Douglas YF-23, and the TACIT BLUE stealth concept prototypes perform similar aerodynamic functions for stability in high performance flight.
Rich observed that the impression Kelly Johnson’s contacts had [of ‘them’] was negative. And Kelly implied in rare conversations on the subject that “Factions” from “Out There” were a threat more than they were a blessing, and that the cost of having ‘them’ around was “unimaginable” and “unbelievable”.
It should also be known that Dr. Ben R. Rich attended a public aerospace designers and engineers conference in 1993 before his illness overwhelmed him in which he stated — in the presence of MUFON Director Jan Harzan and many others that — “We” (i.e., the U.S. aerospace community/military industrial complex) had in its possession the technology to “take us to the stars”.
General Twining UFO Report
This letter was sent our by General Twining Commander of Material Commands (AMC) in response to a request from Brig General Schulgen in the Pentagon. As a result of the opinions expressed by Twining, Gen Schulgen issued his now famous Schulgen Collection Memorandum, The Walker Memo was sent to see what field offices could find.
Some proponents view this letter as proof that the Air Force knows that extraterrestrial UFOs exist. “The possibility that some foreign nation has a form of propulsion possibly nuclear, which is outside of our domestic knowledge.” However, the proponents tend to ignore, or dismiss as an “obvious lie” dictated by the Super Top Secret Roswell Conspiracy, the instruction that his commanders should consider: “The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash recovered exhibits which would undeniably prove the existence of these subjects.”

As requested by AC/AS-2 there is presented below the considered opinion of this command concerning the so-called “Flying Discs.” This opinion is based on interrogation report data furnished by AC/AS-2 and preliminary studies by personnel of T-2 and Aircraft Laboratory, Engineering Division T-3 at Wright Field. This opinion was arrived at in a conference between personnel from the Air Institute of Technology, Intelligence T-2, Office, Chief of Engineering Division, and the Aircraft, Power Plant and Propeller Laboratories of Engineering Division

2. It is the opinion that:
a. The phenomenon is something real and not visionary or fictitious.
b. There are objects probably approximating the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft.
c. There is a possibility that some of the incidents may be caused by natural phenomena, such as meteors.
d. The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and motion which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled manually, automatically or remotely.
e. The apparent common description is as follows:-
(1) Metallic or light reflecting surface.
(2) Absence of trail, except in a few instances where the object apparently was operating under high performance conditions.
(3) Circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top.
(4) Several reports of well kept formation flights varying from three to nine objects.
(5) Normally no associated sound, except in three instances a substantial rumbling roar was noted.
(6) Level flight speeds normally above 300 knots are estimated.
f. It is possible within the present U.S. knowledge — provided extensive detailed development is undertaken — to construct a piloted aircraft which has the general description of the object in sub- paragraph (e) above which would be capable of an approximate range of 7000 miles at subsonic speeds.
g. Any development in this country along the lines indicated would be extremely expensive, time consuming and at the considerable expense of current projects and therefore, if directed, should be set up independently of existing projects.
h. Due consideration must be given the following:-
(1) The possibility that these objects are of domestic origin – the product of some high security project not known to AC/AS-2 or this Command.
(2) The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash recovered exhibits which would undeniably prove the existence of these subjects.
(3) The possibility that some foreign nation has a form of propulsion possibly nuclear, which is outside of our domestic knowledge.
3. It is recommended that:-
a. Headquarters, Army Air Forces issue a directive assigning a priority, security classification and Code name for a detailed study of this matter to include the preparation of complete sets of all available and pertinent data which will then be made available to the Army, Navy, Atomic Energy Commission, JRDB, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Group, NACA, and the RAND and NEPA projects for comments and recommendations, with a preliminary report to be forwarded within 15 days of receipt of the data and a detailed report thereafter every 30 days.
4. Awaiting a specific directive AMC will continue the investigation within its current resources in order to more closely define the nature of the phenomenon. Detailed Essential Elements of Information will be formulated immediately for transmittal thru channels.
General Twining’s Roswell flying disc report stated, the craft had typewriter-like keys that control the propulsion system to a thirty-five foot doughnut shaped one-inch tube inside the craft filled with a clear substance and a coil of copper-like material. Twining’s engineers report that the object was not manufactured by the US, Germany or the USSR for a variety of reasons including; lack of any known design resemblance, lack of external propulsion system and power plant, and the lack of identifying markings. This Roswell crash data was of higher classification then the AMC report may have deliberately denied debris from a crash was available.
China is at War with Democracies using Weather Control and Coronavirus
The world is sick? China’s Communist rulers made the world sick with assistance from, you know, WHO. The Communist stated goal is to make all nations Communist, but with the strong increase in US military strength Chin’s military Communists must attempt to attack the US and democracies in any way possible..They have infiltrated the press, gained control of key positions in radio, TV and motion pictures. Just listen to the world news constantly supporting China and being 98% against the current administration. The refrain is the same every evening: praise for China’s handling of the coronavirus and dire news of the US handling the Wuhan Lab disease. Interestingly a few countries are waking up. Australia is asking questions why the Chinese essentially spread the disease abroad. The latest spat started after Australia called for an independent inquiry into the origin of the novel coronavirus. Australia’s push for answers is receiving support from President Trump, who has raked China over coals for downplaying the severity of the virus It now seems unlikely that the virus destroying lives and livelihoods around the world began in a wildlife-for-supper market in Wuhan. More plausible: that it began in a laboratory in that same Chinese city.

The evidence that has come to light so far suggests the pathogen was neither genetically engineered nor released as a bioweapon from the Wuhan Lab, although it is certainly a possibility. It may have gotten loose by accident or, by a deliberate plan. The truth is that the Chinese government willfully and knowingly concealed information about the severity while simultaneously stockpiling personal protective equipment. It ordered medical supplies from all over the world and claimed the disease was not spread by face to face contact.The U.S. and Australia intelligence agencies are investigating. Eighteen Republican state attorneys general are asking Congress to hold hearings on China like they did on Trump in January while the coronavirus was penetrating the country.
At least as early as December, China’s rulers must have been aware that they were dealing with a local epidemic that could become a global pandemic. If they’d shared what they knew, and prevented those infected from traveling abroad, less damage would have been done. According to a University of Southampton study, had interventions in China been conducted just three weeks earlier, transmission of COVID-19 could have been cut by 95 percent and saved hundreds of thousands of lives. The coronavirus has infinity for killing older people and with a billion population that is difficult to feed they may not have cared. One could suggest the COVID-19 was designed that way as it mainly attacks the lungs of older people. . .
President Ronald Reagan took an aggressive stand against the Evil Empire by backing freedom fighters from around the world that were struggling against the left-wing communist jackboot. As a result, the Soviet Union and its satellites imploded a considerable and unexpected setback to the international communist movement. China’s rulers lied. On January 14, they claimed the disease was not being readily transmitted human to human. On January 19, they declared the virus controllable and its spread preventable. They silenced those who knew better, including Chinese doctors, Chinese journalists and even Wuhan’s mayor. Some were arrested and charged with “fabricating, disseminating and spreading rumors.” Some have disappeared. Meanwhile a plume of crematory smoke from dead bodies hung over Wuhan, with many funeral homes each asking four 5,000 crematory urns indicating heavy losses of life in Wuhan.

The World Health Organization (WHO) a U.N. body funded largely by American taxpayers (our annual investment is ten times that of Beijing) echoed such statements and praised the Chinese government’s response, including the “very rare leadership” of President Xi Jinping. The WHO resisted recommending restrictions on trade with or travel to China. Not until March 11, did it declare the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
President Xi knew the disease would seriously weaken China’s communist economy. He knew that if he helped other countries, those countries might suffer little or no damage. Why should China suffer the effects of a pandemic while others stayed safe – and increase their strength relative to China. The Chinese military may have taken things into their own hands sending Chinese delegations to many parts of the world such as Italy spreading the disease.
To spread the disease would be immoral and, one might argue, criminally negligent. But don’t expect the International Criminal Court to take up the case. China’s rulers continue to lie. Last week, MEMRI (the Middle East Media Research Institute) reported that China’s Arabic language television network is still telling its 14 million viewers that U.S. Army personnel visiting China last October brought the virus with them. China is waging a “quiet kind of cold war” against the United States, using all its resources to try to replace America as the leading power in the world, a top CIA expert on Asia said
All are recent presidents except Reagan and Trump have managed to convince themselves that the Communist dictatorship is evolving into America’s partner and has given them billions in trade and technology. China’s spies are waging an intensifying espionage offensive against the United States some even work for our Senators. .
; The Trump administration is, however, the first to identify China as an adversary. It did so in the National Defense Strategy written and released in 2017. Beijing is building its military strength, violating maritime laws, incarcerating Muslim Uighurs, colonizing Tibet, suppressing freedom in Hong Kong, stealing intellectual property by the ton, waging information warfare and law fare, as well as hijacking international organizations.

In contrast, the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has faced little resistance. Launched in 2013, the BRI is a trillion-dollar network of projects aimed at building land, sea, digital, and economic infrastructure across more than 100 countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America. The BRI, now enshrined in China’s constitution as an initiative of lasting importance, could help close the global infrastructure gap, providing much needed ports, railways, bridges, roads, and other critical infrastructure capacity throughout the developing world. The Weather War
A hundred million Americans have freezing temperatures on May 9th and its snowing in New York City and 12 inches of snow in New England. At least twenty states are under a freeze and dozens of records of freezing temperatures are being broken by a freezing cold wave in May that is considered highly unusual. . After sending its disease worldwide I suggest China is using weather modification, financial disruption, tornadoes, and terrorism to attack the US and its allies. These attacks are hard to prove but very effective. An unusual May freezing spell is hitting the Midwest and Northeast this weekend. The Chinese weather control also brings larger and more devastating tornadoes and floods to the US and other allied countries. Cold is thought to help the spread of Coronavirus because the warm sun tends to kill the coronavirus within minutes, the US Department of Homeland Security claims. HAARP
The Beijing Weather Modification Office is part of China’s nationwide weather control effort, believed to be the world’s largest; it employs 37,000 people nationwide putting silver iodide or dry ice into clouds. We are falling behind in the weather control race; modern aircraft could drop chemicals or dry ice into Tornado forming clouds and greatly weaken their potential destruction. Dr. James E. Mc Donald’s a famous ufologist’s weather studies showed how weather modification could occur with devices like HAARP.
The government in the USA has failed to properly support basic scientific research and weather modification since the mid-1970s. China and Russia are working together to create HAARP to control the weather. Five experiments launched in June with the purpose of modifying the ionosphere above the Earth for both communication and military purposes. They were able to modify a zone more than 310 mile above Vasilsursk, Russia that experienced an electric spike, which carried 10 times more negatively-charged subatomic particles than other regions.
A second experiment heated that portion of the atmosphere – a portion roughly half the size of Great Britain – more than 200 degrees Fahrenheit, due to particle flux. Those particles were shot into the ionosphere from a Soviet-Era atmospheric heating station. This was done by an array of high-power antennae designed to spike the higher levels of the atmosphere with a large amount of 260 megawatts, microwave radiation. He who controls the weather – also controls the world, militarily, economically, socially, monetarily, completely. With HAARP they are supposed to be able to affect the Ionosphere and move the jet streams about at will – determining drought or floods wherever desired in the world.

China effected Polar Jet Stream
Small electrical and temperature changes in the Polar Jet Stream in China or Russia can create large changes in the jet stream when it hits the US. Weather weapons that are able to change the trajectory of the Polar Jet Stream can create record low temperatures unheard of in May that can have disastrous effects on the spread of disease and damage to the early planting of crops. High-energy microwaves, such as those recently discharged by Russia and China allow the controller to manipulate communication and weather patterns. In reality, they can penetrate ground or water as deep as 328 feet and even disrupt satellite communication.

Arizona Light

Tulac — I left my apartment to go east and placed a video camera inside the apartment. Two days later I got a notice in the video of it.
A small, maybe seven or 8 inch airplane shaped, almost like a paper airplane, flew through the front window and pass the camera. It flew in a wave. I made Steele shots and you can see the object clearly had structure to it. Pictures were taken September 23, 20-19.

Stockton — I walked outside and spotted what looked like a satellite and another light came behind it.
That is when I got my phone and started recording. Pictures were taken on May 5, 2020.

Cortez — Went outside to view and take a few photos with my cell phone of Pink Moon on April 7, 2020. Took five photos in succession in about a 30 second time span and returned to my home because it was extremely cold out. I didn’t view my photos to the following day, and first noticed the blue orb moving in the photos towards the Pink Moon. What caught my eye next was the strange object in the lower right corner of the photos that looked unnatural.
Florida Object
Miami — Last night I saw 12 lights hovering above the water. This afternoon my son says: “Dad look a UFO and I looked and there it was a cigar shaped craft hovering. It was going slow for a little while and then shot up into the sky.

Santa Rosa Beach — Object hovers in western sky every night for over 2 months. It is round and disk shaped and well lighted. It is white disk shaped object on February 15, 2020.orbiting object. It does not move or emit sound. At times it emits downwards small glowing red balls. Position does not match up with any known star or planet. I am a retired airline pilot who has been flying for over 50 years and this is no craft that I am familiar with. John McKeever. Captain – retired.

Maple City– About 20 celestial objects were tracking southwest to Northeast. They were in direct uniform line except one of them which tracked the opposite direction then turned around and disappeared. At this time they headed towards Lake Huron, Canada. I notified NORAD and Pictures were taken on May 1, 2020. Note probably Space X Satellites.

Hammonton — My son Anthony who is 25 years old was working late on our 300 acre Blueberry Farm in southern NJ. He spotted these pulsating bright lights in the sky and managed to take a short video. I told him he was crazy until I looked at the video and blew up the image. One light turned into3 UFOs under horizon. Pictures were taken May 1, 2020.

Lights were circling very low on the horizon just above a garage.

Selinsgrove — A large bright blue spherical light was seen over the Susquehanna River, at 7:20 AM on April 28. 2020. I stopped at the Isle of Que looked up, and saw the blue light over the water coming from Shamokin Dam. Left of the object are steam stacks of the power plant. The iPhone 7image on my phone is moving from the water to the mountain quickly. Note: The blue light is not a reflection or lens flare. The witness saw the object and snapped a photo. Washington Lights
Everett — I and several others were enjoying the beach when these objects kept appearing and reappearing with no sound, almost as if fading in and out from another dimension. Not sure if it was military and but it was not any aircraft I am familiar with. We are near the Snohomish County/Paine Field airport and near Everett navy base. Pictures were taken on May 1 2020. Tomingley West NSW – A black metallic cigar-shaped objects were seen near the contrail that was low on the horizon heading southeast. We lost sight of them while swapping our cameras.
A tadpole-shaped object was seen moving well ahead of and slightly lower where the contrail ended. Pictures were taken on May 3, 2020.

Oiapoque — First a light appeared on the horizon that looked like a sun but was not.
Another one appeared and then another 3 in total, they disappeared and appeared in another place, seeming to be move but there were 3 bright lights

Medicine Hat — The first time I saw it I was walking home on May 3 2020, late at night, I stopped for a sec to look at the stars like I always do and I saw this V shape UFO with 5-7 lights in a V shape gliding across the sky completely silent. Humacao — After taking several pictures of nature, I found by reviewing the photos what it looks like is a cigar shaped object. There is a power station to the northwest and a mountain 500 to 600 meters apart to the west of the object.

South Africa Object
Dwarskersbos, Velddrif –– A while disk shaped object found in my cloud photo. I took the photo of the clouds and did not notice anything. I only saw the “object” on the far right when enlarging it on my laptop.
Note: The apparent disk shaped object could be a reflection. The photo shows a smaller white object in the upper left of the photo.

Papeete — I did not see this disc until returning from vacation taking this picture at the Col du Tahara’a Observation Deck on February 18, 2020. I took this picture at 11:56am and took another picture at the same time but at a lower angle and no object. Then I took a panoramic picture at 11:57am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The brown/gold object is over Moorea Island. .

West Wickham –I noticed big bright light fairly bigger than a star and quite low around 11pm. I took a picture and a video that looked like an orb with few rings inside. I checked on it 20 minutes later and was gone.
